This is a very well-run gym that I’m really glad I discovered. I appreciate the safe, 24/7 access, the strong AC, high quality equipment, and the private shower/changing rooms. Highly recommended!

Exactly what I was looking for while staying in Greenville for a few weeks. Easy accessibility, clean gym, plenty of equipment and space to do my workouts. Highly Recommend this location.

Good gym, well maintained and clean equipment and facilities. I was visiting from out of town so it was nice to have a gym available. The layout is different than my home gym but that wasn’t a bad thing, as it forced me to vary my routine a bit. I cannot attest to the staff here since I visited during non-staffed hours. In fact, I was the only person in the gym the entire time I was here (came in 5-7am on a Sunday). 5 stars because, of the parts of this gym I experienced, nothing was unsatisfactory. Good location and I will definitely be back the next time I am in the area.

Downtown location is my favorite Anytime Fitness. You cant go wrong by joining up.Posative atmosphere,,,friendly people. Best Equipment and staff. 💪

I was traveling for work and management showed me around, made me feel very welcomed and the atmosphere was great! VERY clean. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym!

This anytime fitness is very clean and I like the location of it! Everything that you need to get a good workout in! I had the gym to myself when I went in!

I love the new renovations and the gym is very clean! All of their trainers are certified and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend working out here.

Great facility. For being a gym its probably the cleanest one Ive ever seen. No kids equals me not giving death stares to undeserving parents. Im able to get a good work out in and get out in a short amount of time, which is great. I work out late at night so the free parking is pretty sweet. If youve ever dealt with downtown traffic then you know how important that is. All in all, fantastic gym!

I struggle with weight loss and keeping upbeat about a work out program the staff and trainers at this anytime fitness location have a great attitude and are very helpful. They have everything I need to keep me interested and exited about working out and keeping me on my goal. Very helpful staff to help you learn different methods and work out plans. The best part is that i can exercise anytime and the equipment works.

Great gym-talk about flexible hours! There are always machines available even in peak hours; they have a wide varity of weight equipment and classes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

New, clean and well maintained. Knowledgeable and friendly local staff--unfortunately the franchise owner and business office dont live up to the standards of service expected.I forewarn anyone looking to join Anytime Fitness that the policies in place create a nearly impossible opportunity to exit membership, even when relocating out of area. Ive worked without avail to cancel my membership since moving out of state in August. Unfortunate to end a positive experience so negatively.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and tidy. Although a bit small, still has everything needed to get a great workout in. Happy to be a member!

Excellent facility!

Before I left my house I called and asked if I could use my 7 day free pass at this location and was told that I could. I drove downtown and walked a few blocks to the location. I was greeted by Christina who told me I could not use the pass. I told her I spoke with a guy who told me I could. She told me no guys worked at this location - only girls and that I called the wrong location. I explained everything and there was no concession. Not even to work out one day. I walked back to my car and called the number i originally dialed and Christina answered the phone. She told me that it must have been one of the trainers. So apparently she lied to me that guys didnt work at this location to convince me I called the wrong location. I explained the courteous thing to do would be to allow me to work out today considering everything, and she said no Im sorry.

Every class gives you an amazing work out. Especially the afternoon yoga and spin classes. And the equipment is top notch

Gorgeous gym in an incredible location with the absolute nicest people in town! This Anytime Fitness is extremely clean, has a great assortment of cardio and weight machines, an extensive class schedule, and is technologically up-to-date with interactive classes played on big screens, key fobs to let you in 24/7, and a very relaxing hydro-massage bed. Though Im only in town for work, I would not hesitate to join this gym! The staff is so wonderfully friendly - true southern hospitality in a fully-functional, fun, healthy environment!

Beware and proceed with caution!!!! Downtown location is a very small gym and doesnt take much to get crowded. I signed up end of July. The terms of the membership were explained minimally only to find out after trying to cancel due to being dissatisfied that the only ways to get out of the contact are 1); die or be written out by a doctor. 2); move 50 miles away from the spartanburg, greer or the downtown location; or 3). transfer my membership to someone else and pay a $100 transfer fee. They will NOT let me out of the contract simply because I am not happy with the facility, therefore I will pay $59 a month for the next 22 mths. Anytime Fitness values deducting the $$$ out of my account and binding me to the contract verses valuing customer satisfaction. I felt it was important to write a review to help others potentially avoid what Im going through. This information will only be found in the fine print and will not be explained to you with this much detail and once you sign up theres no turning back.. I wish I would have done more homework before signing up. There are many other gyms in the area that will not bind you to a contact and have a lot more space to work out in. Good luck!

I joined about a year ago. The place was nice, the equipment all worked. Now half the treadmills are worn out and do not work properly (heart rate, elevation, TV, etc.) All of the bikes are missing parts, like foot straps, etc. Some of the bikes malfunction when using and jerk your leg down as it suddenly loses its resistance.The clients (customers) use to dress and act appropriately, and also keep the place neat. Now everything is filthy, the club is loaded with some really low class people, almost looks like gangland at times.They oversold it and let it go down the tubes. What a shame! This was once a great place!

Hot, small, and crappy equipment...AC unit goes out frequently, so if you like getting dehydrated from running 2 miles on the treadmill, this place is for you!

Great location! Its always clean, there are lots of machines and treadmills to choose from, and its right in downtown Greenville.

The phones dont work and they never have. I dont understand how they expect to gain customers when you cant even contact them. (this was the number on their website). To Planet fitness I go!

Beware. Relied on their word that this was cancelleable $39 per month deal. Lost my job and was sent to collections for well over $1,000.
