The instructors here are phenomenal and some of the kindest people Ive ever met. I have taken many classes at this studio and enjoyed every single one.My only negative experience I have had with this studio is my interaction with the studio owner. I am not one to write a negative review, but the way I was treated by the studio owner is undoubtedly the worst customer-service experience that I have ever had.I contacted the studio to cancel my membership to due physical issues I was experiencing that were preventing me from being able to use my membership. I have worked in customer service for many years, so I know that often the policies must be followed, and I try to be very understanding about that.My frustration is about how I was treated and the way I was spoken to. The owner repeatedly kept saying my first name as if I were a child, and it was incredibly demeaning. I explained to her that I have injuries from using the membership, which is why I need to cancel - my body is not responding well to this exercise anymore and it is causing me pain. She did not offer any empathy or understanding, and completely disregarded all comments about my reasons for needing to cancel my membership.Im upset because I kept my membership at this studio through the pandemic, because I wanted to help keep this small business afloat during financially hard times. I continued to pay to stream from home when the studio closed in an effort to support the studio during hard times.Being treated poorly makes me feel regretful for spending my money on membership with this studio.

Best workout ever! Great instructors! After 12 months, I am very happy with the results - stronger and more fit than I have been in more than a decade!!
