This place is terrible. I was referred here by the hospital. My 6 month old had a terrible rash. And I made an emergency appointment for like two day later. I came in at my appointment time. We were leaving for vacation that day and I would miss my plane but it was for my baby. And mind you I had my phone with me the whole time never on silent. I live 45 min away, not a problem. I arrive and go to check in. And the lady at the desk informs me “ oh we tried to call u like 5 min ago, your appointment was cancelled. They did not call me to inform me that. They said oh you were scheduled during a procedure time. There are no dr here. So I cancelled my flight(non refundable). And arrive to have them lie to my face. The lady called the other lady at the other checkout counter and sat right there in front of me and said hey that lady that you tried to call earlier yeah she’s causing a huge problem. RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE! I left I was furious. I called the right people and opened a case with the help line people they gave me a case # etc. They never did anything. It’s been 3 months. They said they would call back they didn’t. I called back and they said. That’s not a case number we have. So many lies. I pay them to take care of my child’s health. That ridiculous. They aren’t doing me a favor. I pay them for their services. And they treat me like this? I would never trust them with the well-being of my child ever again. And I hope you don’t either. Also any time I had a concern about my bay they brushed it off as I was a new single parent. And didn’t listen to my concerns at all.

I’m very impressed with the level of care my son is receiving at the center for family medicine. They dedicate time and real care to the patient. If allDoctors did this, personal care would come back again.

This place is so frustrating if you’re trying to call and ask a question regarding your health matter, they never answer their phone!!!! It doesn’t matter what time during the normal business hours even if it’s at 8 am. If you leaves a meeting, they don’t call you back. If you’re lucky and happen to get a live person and leave a message with that person, guess what!! The message never gets to the doctors, this is absolutely horrible!. You’re better off joining another doctor’s office! Bad customer care!

Love the doctors office they are nice an they do what they can to make sure your taking care of ..

No one cares about your well-being

Came in for a new patient appointment and was kept waiting in waiting area for 30+ minutes and then was taken to a room where they kept me waiting for almost 2 hours until I couldnt wait any longer because I had other places to be. Then they called to reschedule and I made another appointment for only a week out and then I had to cancel because I couldnt get a sitter for my new born that I didnt want to expose to a bunch of germs. So I called back to reschedule and I sat on hold 3 times once for 15 min no answer, then twice for 20-25 min where I was hung up on and then when I finally got through to the office they said they wouldnt allow me to make an appointment sooner than 3 weeks out because I was a new patient even though I had already been there and had to leave because of them and had rescheduled once before for only a week out. I will not be going to this office because they are clearly unprofessional and uncaring! And I normally love prisma health offices but I am appalled at how they talk to patients and treat them.

Will not be going back to this location and would not recommend this place for anyone.Dr. Voronejskaia is by far the worst doctor I have ever been seen by. She didn’t even consider what was going on with me or seemed concerned in the slightest bit. She kept telling me to look up my condition on google when I got home which I did and it turns out I’m not having any of the physical symptoms of the condition she diagnosed me with!! I will now be going to a specialist who can correctly diagnose my problem and do something about it!**UPDATE**I went and saw a specialist and was confirmed that I have a condition completely opposite than what Dr. Voronejskaia was trying to diagnose me with! Be careful when going here because you may get diagnosed with something you don’t even have and that is very concerning!!

For a training facility everyone is Curtis friendly and knowledgeable

Rude doctors. They don’t care about improving quality of life they want to put you on medication you don’t need and send you out the door. Go somewhere else.

My visit here is very pleasant Great Doctor Who care about your well being very concerned about your health and listening to you and the nurse are on point

Every time I come , I have to see a different resident. They have no regard for your pain and suffering. I work in the medical field myself and Ive never seen people so nonchalant about your health.

Ive been sitting here since 3pm , it is now 4:40 and nothing is going on except for the staff party in the hallway. will update the time seen. If that ever happens!I walked out without being seen at 4:55Nice way to spend my only day off after working 60 hours last week

Do not go to this place. The cost of seeing a doctor at this place is astronomical. One office visit, for a 20 minute conversation, cost me right over $300.00. No lab work done, and three prescriptions written.Plus, their billing system is confusing and they send you multiple bills for the one visit.

Always waiting 30 minutes or more to be seen, while the doctor I see is nice this is ridiculous that it happens every single time.

Its ok just have different doctors all the time.

Waited 90 minutes to see a dr. only to find out they did not transfer my medical records so I could not get done what I needed?! Now I paid my visit co-pay for what...
