Dr. Whitehead rocks and the staff are always professional and solicitous. I have had no problems getting prescription refills and changes, and on the odd occasion that I need an urgent appointment they get me right in!

I see Dr.whitehead here. I’ve been going here for a couple years now. I’ve had in person and virtual visits. I get along very well with all the staff here and have never had a problem. This is a great doctors office.

Everyone was so nice. I really appreciated the play area too, since I had to take my toddler. Maureen is amazingly thorough and compassionate. I appreciate what a great listener she was and how patient she was with my scattered brain while simultaneously trying to tell her my medical history and entertain my daughter. I feel like even with all the distraction from Elmo and Daniel the Tiger, I was able to express my concerns because at my previous office I felt rushed and like they couldnt wait to get my then infant daughter and me out of there. I dont have anyone in the area to help me, so this is hugely important. Everything was clean, and the staff was well organized. The bloodwork was painless. I will definitely be back and will be sending my husband as well. Thank you for the great service and for getting me in so quickly.

I was with Dr. Fields for many years but her front office became horrible to deal with. Incompetent, lazy and rude.

Your security alarm has been going off ALL NIGHT! and is STILL going off. Its unbearable! The police have been called but no one can contact you to turn this thing off.

They saved my life today! I walked 2 miles to get there, praying they take walk ins. They dont but a new nurse practitioner (Carolyn) that didnt have a full schedule was able to see me. Quite uncommon from what Im told. Shes great at her job! I was in a bad way and they could see it, it was obvious.. Everyone I was in contact with was great! Very compassionate. Im new to Greenville and Ive found my doctor. God bless them ⛪

I have always had issues trying to get ahold of the nurses or drs on the phone. Prescription refills are a pain in the butt to try to get.

Wish I could give zero stars. Seriously dont waste your time here. These people are a joke. If you need prescriptions...forget it. They have no idea what they are doing. Im usually a very calm person but these people make me feel like Im losing my mind. Ive been completely out of my prescription for two weeks now and they couldnt care less. Every time I need refills I have to fight for it over the phone. Other times I just have to contact other (real) Doctors to get what I need. Btw I have never even been able to see Dr. Carolyn Fields I just have to deal with her RN like Im some kind of back burner patient. Fed up! Switching for sure. Again...dont waste your time here. Very reluctant to take new patients. They would see me in a month, but required that I make a separate appointment for a simple known medical condition. Absolutely no reason this could not be addressed in a single visit.

I have had emails and phone calls unanswered. Once you get a condition they dont know how to treat expect them to just do nothing. I will be switching practices.

Why even HAVE a prescription filling phone line if you arent going to check it? I have been without meds and/or a phone call since last week. NOT HAPPY.

Been a patient since 2005. Dr Fields changed my life to the better. After years of suffering she got me on the right meds and I am forever grateful. Thank you Dr Fields
