Dr. Koger’s office shows diligence and care with my needs. He and his nurses work well together and with their patients. I am especially happy to work with his nurse, Star, when she is on staff at the time.

Hes really nice and listens to you and gives you choices about your problem and offers different kinds of solutions and you can pick one. Nurses are friendly and helpful.

Dr. Koger is the best physician I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, informative and caring. That is saying a lot for what I expect and he always exceeds my expectations. I trust him explicitly with my health. I never felt that way over the years until I had Dr. Koger for my physician. My husband trusts Dr. Koger as his physician also. Dr Koger’s staff is also great. Horrible Doctors office and rude staff. It took 8 hours for Dr. Kogers office to return my call. The clinic administrator was unsympathetic when I voiced my concerns. Be aware of Dr. Koger and his nurse Star.

Ever since Dr. Koger became affiliated with Baylor Scott and White, the service has gone downhill. This is bureaucratic, assembly-line medicine. No one answers the phone and never returns calls promptly. Its too bad - his old practice was better.
