Everyone was friendly and kind…fear was not evident. My son had an inner ear infection and this was literally the 3rd place I’d tried to get him in…two other appointments were canceled at other urgent cares due to his symptoms (earache) and we were advised to do telehealth, but by the time I knew they were canceled, there were no telehealth visits available. It was extremely frustrating so to be welcomed with kindness and calm made my night.

The doctor took the time to explain things in terms I understood. I felt valued and not just a number

The staff was courteous and friendly, but we had to wait for 2 hours total from start to finish when they were not busy! It did not make sense why we had to wait so long in the exam room!

Appointment was quick and easy. Service was great. Nurse and doctor were wonderful. Nice and clean facility.

I was so pleased everyone was masked and respectful. Dr. Leep provided excellent care and called with the results . He was thorough and responded to all questions.

The check in process was seamless even though I arrived at a busy time. Being busy didn’t deter attention or prolong time or attention to my need. I walked away confident with the diagnosis and plan of action.

Dr.Leep asked for my thoughts and concerns and listened. He took time to explain things thoroughly and was proactive but not over-reacting. He was also encouraging.

A nurse brought me a wheelchair when she saw me having trouble walking. I was quickly entered into the system. The nurse came quickly to get vitals and the doctor came quickly. Everyone was attentive to my needs. Doctor devised a plan with minimal cost and time.

We were in and out very quickly! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful! They also have my 2 year old who hadn’t been drinking any fluids a popsicle. She LOVED it and we were able to get some fluid in her!

Excellent care at this facility. Clean and well maintained. Staff and medical caretakers are caring and considerate to your needs. I have been here for several health issues and was never disappointed.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT ! The nurse was so understanding when my son wouldn’t allow her to take vitals she tried every way she could and I truly appreciate that ! There was hardly no wait time. The doctor was on it and had me informed of what the action plan was going to be for my son. We were in and out in no time. Will definitely be back if need be !

Everyone was kind and listened to my concerns. Dr. Leep was kind and understanding. I feel like he took extra time to explain my x-ray results in more detail once he could tell how upset I was. He assured me that everything was going to be ok. I did not expect this from an “Urgent Care” provider. I was impressed.

Well it’s my fault, I have sinus infections 3 to 4 times a year! I had such pressure, congestion and the worse headache I can remember having! The medicine hasn’t touched it, I knew something was wrong after a few day on the antibiotic. Just got tested for Covid!

Everyone was caring and professional. The office was very clean. The appt was on time. I would recommend Immediate Care to my family and friends.

Dr. Leep really listened to me and helped me with a predicament I was in. He helped me out a lot.
