Dr. Underwood is a caring physician. He listens to your concerns and doesnt rush you like other physicians. He explains the care that you need and makes sure you can understand and gives you the best care possible. In my opinion Drs like him are few if any in the field today. He is worth the wait.

I Believe his office help has been sabotaging this doctor. In the past Ive worked for a doctors office and I can tell you first handed, the office help in the front and the back can destroy a doctors good name and practice. I feel this doctor has been rail roaded For many years now. Im very sad that I have to find a different care giver.

Great doctor and he is worth the wait. He cares about his paitents and treats the problem. He doesnt stay on a computer and see you as a number. Worth the wait.

Extremely unprofessional office. You wait hours to be seen. If you get to be seen. The staff is always short handed. Bill collector showed up while I was there to shut off the internet due to not paying the bill. I didn’t get to see the dr, I chose to leave after waiting 2 hours. When I got outside the dr was picking up trash in the parking lot. I saw people waking in thru the back door & they weren’t employees. Made me suspicious he was selling drugs. Do not go to this dr. I am not showing up in your system because I left after a 2 hour wait. Some of the info I shared came from the staff.

Go see him if you want to wait to be seen in about 3 hours. If youre lucky. If you have a order put in from somewhere else. He might get to it in about 3 months. The slowest doctor Ive ever seen. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone.

Been waiting for this doctors office to fill my medication for 3 months..they do not respond to refills !!!
