All of the staff are always pleasant and prompt. Dr. Melba actually listens and addresses any concerns I have. He also knows me and my family, I am not just another number or faceless patient to him or the staff which means a lot because so many doctors just rush patients through but this is truly personalized health care at its very best which is why I will not see any other doctor or go to any other practice.

What an amazing Doctor, John Melba is.He is so detail oriented. Attentive and CaringMy mom went to Dr. Melba for years before moving closer to us due to dementia. Dr. Melba helped us with those first months of diagnosis and navigating some of the meds that can assist. His guidance and advice was invaluable and i know my mom really loved having him as her GP for about 12 years!

I had a virtual visit from my home, with my doctor in his home. Staff called me and walked me through setting up my laptop for this visit, and everything went exactly as described. Doc was able to see me, diagnose me, and prescribe medications, which I was able to pick up that afternoon.
