I absolutely loved my very first visit to this facility! From Melissa and Nola up front to RNP Whit Covington and Courtney, his assistant! Everyone was kind and personable. They were thorough and quick! Great first visit!❤️

Front office staff is WILDLY unprofessional. Their hours are inconsistent and they do not care about getting new patients in the door. Staff WILL get an attitude with you if you question their inconsistent hours at all.

I am not a patient at this office. But I do work for another doctors office and I called today to find out if a mutual patient had an EKG done there before getting the patient to have one done at the office I work at. When the person answered the phone I gave them my name, where I was calling from and what I needed. The response I received was I dont know I just answer the phones. I dont even know who the patient is. I had not been given a chance to give patient information yet. The professional way to respond should have been Can I have the patients name please? Let me get you to someone who can help you. Maybe I just have high expectations for how you should treat people when answering the phones because I am respectful and try to help everyone the best that I can because that is my job! My job is to help patients which is exactly why I was calling the patients doctors office so they did not have to pay for another EKG. Not sure why that person was answering the phone if she is not willing to help.

The only ones that deserves stars from this office is the phlebotomist and my now retired FNP Jane Wamsher. The front desk staff and office manager are so unprofessional. Glad I’m no longer a patient there. Will not recommend that office to anyone.

Would not accept an electronic copy of insurance at the time of the appointment. Did not mention this when the appointment was scheduled. Most places just copy the information from the card but apparently these rude receptionists can’t transcribe data. They were extremely rude to my heavily tattooed husband. We felt like they just didn’t want him there based on his appearances.

Dr. Becera is the man, he corrected my diabetes. The nurses and staff are very kind.

Great first visit. Very welcoming and friendly staff. This will be my new doctors office and Im really excited to find a great place here in Greenville .

I am not a patient of this practice, but my daughter who is in grad school at ECU, went to see Dr. Becerra today for a consultation visit. She wanted to find a local family doctor since she will be staying in Greenville after graduation. She had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. Then the doctor finally comes in and the appointment goes downhill from there. He wants to know why she is under stress. She shares some details and he tells her that she has a God complex and wants to control every situation. Which is so far from the truth. She has chosen to go into a field to help people. She has a passion for giving and has one of the biggest hearts God has made. He also asked her if she wanted a prescription to lose weight. Keep in mind this is a consultation to lead up to a routine physical. She never once implied that she was there for drugs to lose weight. My daughter is getting married this summer. His comment to her was didn’t she want to lose weight so that she would look better in her wedding dress. She already has the dress and is absolutely breathtaking in it. She was in tears even before they finished talking. He was so insensitive and unprofessional. His comments that he made to her were rude and uncalled for. Dr. Becerra, weight and BMI are only numbers. They DO NOT define a person. Today a beautiful, young lady who works so hard to succeed in life, came into your office and in less than 10 minutes, you crushed her. You could have cared less what she has gone through in the last year. And you didn’t even spell her name right. At the very least, you owe her an apology. I truly hope that you don’t treat your other patients this way.

Dr. Mewborn is awesome he is my moms doctor and each visit he has aways spent a great deal of time making sure everything thing is right. Super friendly and knowledgeable so glad to have him as a family doctor for my mom. Staff is also super friendly.

It’s a little off-putting that the cancellation fee is $75 and they have a $50 fee to leave a non-urgent voicemail. I’ve never heard of that in my entire life. Other than that, the staff and Dr. Becerra were all extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed. I would recommend Dr. Becerra to anyone. He was very helpful and kind.

Called to be scheduled as a new patient the first question was what kind of insurance you have which through me!!! The lady that answered was very rude and abrupt. She didn’t want to know if I was having any issues or anything! She asked for all my info including insurance info which I gave then said they would call 24-48 hrs with an appointment date it’s been a few days no call yet I’m glad I’m not dying. I def don’t recommend this place! Should’ve went with my first choice physicians east!!!

I would prefer to give zero stars. I just moved to Greenville to complete my studies and clinical at ECU and Vidant Medical Center. I called to get a physical and my health form completed as required by ECU and VMC, but was outright refused to be seen bc I was not a current patient. Now, I am a nurse with over 25 years experience. I have my immunization records. And I know that any physician, PA or NP worth their weight should be able to complete a physical on anyone with or without past medical records. Also the patient is indeed NOT ONLY A valid source of past medical history but the PRIMARY source of PMH as medical records can be inaccurate. Needless to say, I was not impressed and DO NOT recommend this practice. Any practice should be willing to conduct a physical assessment AND complete a health appraisal form.

I liked it i have only just established care but the experience from the receptionist all the way to check out was awesome. This seems to be a very homey facility. I love my new doctor shes very oldschool & i like that she is super attentive. I definatly recommend them 👌

I had an appointment over two and a half months ago (which went great to be honest), I waited over a month and I have called to follow up several times. Each time, they give me another excuse (your lab hasnt been processed yet, your doctor is out of town, etc. etc.) and that my doctor would call me as soon as he could. I just called again today, and i was given another excuse, and told that my doctor would call me after lunch. The only reason that I came to this doctor was because he was the first one accepting patients. I do not recommend this provider as it appears they are unorganized and unprofessional. If I ever hear back, I will revise this review.Update: I followed up again a month after I left this review and they told me that everything had been processed and that they had been trying to get in contact me since my appointment. I almost always answer calls even if it is an unknown number, and I also never received any messages from them. Still wouldnt use this provider.

You cant do any better for a primary care practice in the area. They have literally saved my life.
