Dr. Ata has been fantastic for my life. He is a phenomenal neurologist. The entire staff including the atmosphere of Dr. Atas practice is absolutely professional. I highly recommend Neurocare Texas for anybody whos looking for a great neurologist.

Worst experience ever getting refills on time or even getting an appointment and this doctor is not professional and has a ride attitude.

I completely trust Dr Ata he is very understanding and all of his staff is friendly. He does a complete exam and addresses all my concerns. I trust him so much I have even referred family and friends and trust him completely.

My first visit I was there for 2 hours. Seemed kinda strange since my appointment was at 8:00. The doctor himself was very thorough. My complaint is not against the doctor but the staff, and the lack of professionalism. I was booked for an MRI. I showed up 15 minutes early and still waited 45 minutes. During the procedure the machine broke down. I was told that as soon as the machine was fixed they would call me. This was at 10:15 am. At 3:30 I stoped back by to see if they were to call me today or when? I was told that the machine was fixed by 12:00, they were already booked for the afternoon and I would have to talk to Sara upstairs for rescheduling. Upon talking to Sara, she was not aware or waved it off by telling me I could come back in on Thursday. My schedule is just as busy as anyone’s. Being sent away in the middle of a procedure I feel I should have been called as soon as it was fixed. At least this is what I was told. Then not to receive a phone call. Very unprofessional.

I came in for a MRI, he & his staff were amazing & helpful. I felt welcomed & cared for & all within a timely manner. They were able to get my test scheduled quickly all while still willing to work around my own personal schedule.

Very knowledgeable and compassionate! Every person at Dr. Ata’s office actually cares about you! They are all very passionate about their patients and their medical challenges. I have been to many neurologist’s before Dr. Ata, he knew that I had MS before he saw me in person by the survey that his office requires. All the information needed was right there, other neurologist’s just did not pay attention or listen to me. Dr. Ata listens to his patients and works with his patients to diagnosis them and their medical challenges. I love him and his team, they work with you as a team to get you the help you need. If you need a facility that cares, go to Dr. Ata’s, they will get you the help you need.

The review was for my wife Linda Campbell,,who is no longer with us. Your office would not give her the meds that kept her walking for over 20 years. He former doctor had retired. We were only offered a new drug that cost $7000 a month. which is hard when you are only making $2000 a month. Her former doctor kept her walking on about $250 a dose, every 6 months or so. I realize that that the majority of neros do not know how to treat MS, and a lot do not want to know.. and was told that by two nuros before we came there.. We would have had to make long journeys to see someone else and was very painful for her.. but her pain is over now.

Always professional courteous staff never tire of explaining necessary information. Doctors are knowledgeable and concerned with patients.

I moved to greenville from the dfw area and after seeing my new general practitioner, I wanted to also get a new (closer) neurologist. My gp suggested Dr. Ata and I was very excited to not have to continue driving to Frisco... My GP submitted the referral to this office twice and I also called; the answering machine stated not to leave more than one message as that would not help get a faster response. It has been several months and I have not been contacted by this office. If this is how they treat prospective patients, I would hate to see how a patient in need is treated. Ill have to continue my search for a new neurologist elsewhere.
