A great experience overall. I have rarely had any work done on my teeth but I decided to try Stone Lake Family Dentistry after I needed a root canal and other work performed. I was surprised at how easy and painless it was. Friendly and professional staff and quality work done on my teeth. Highly recommended.

I love Dr. Glenda & Dr. John!! Its not often you hear when someone gets excited about going to the dentist, but I do. Ive been going to this office for years and have always been completely satisfied. They truly care about their patients and its quite obvious they enjoy their work. They offer all services including Invisalign, which Ive also had and loved the way my teeth look and feel.

The Dentists and Staff at Stone Lake are wonderful.My Husband and I have gone there a few years now.They are very compassionate and understanding.I feel very comfortable there. Got in and out quickly.Very little wait time.My husband has had a crown done there, and a very painful deep cleaning.The hygienist was as gentle as she could be. Took breaks and was very patient.We go there for all our routine or annual visits.Thank you for being so great, I used to be terrified of. the Dentist. Now it doesnt bother me at all. Not everyone (myself included) gets out of bed in the morning thinking man, Im looking forward to going to my Dentist appointment today but everyone at Stone Lake Family Dentistry, from the front office staff to the hygienist to the doctor, make visits enjoyable and relaxing. So accommodating to each family member’s specific needs, skilled hygienists, even discounts on the things i may even see as not a “necessity” like whitening trays! I absolutely love this place. My first visit was amazing everyone so nice professional and answered all the questions I had.

I was so worried and afraid of going to the dentist, but I walked in and everyone made me feel at ease. The sweet lady at the front desk , the nice lady that took my X-rays, the Doctor and the precious lady that cleaned my teeth and treated my gums acted like they had known me forever. I would tell you in a heartbeat that if you need a wonderful dentist go there you will be as blessed as I am to have them.

Haven’t been here since Oct 2019 due to pandemic precautions. I was grateful to get a call about a cancellation so that my daughter could have her appt at the same time as mine.All the staff were helpful and accommodating. Dr Glenda was friendly, efficient,and as competent as ever.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this dentist. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful.I called to make an appointment for a tooth that was causing me pain when biting and figured it would be a few weeks before I could be seen. They squeezed me in at the end of that same day and even pulled my tooth. They do whatever they can to help their patients.

Went for Dental Cleaning 3 months after seeing Dentist for aching tooth. The Aching tooth was not in the same location and was not the same issue. During the visit of the ache, the office took a panoramic xray and told me my teeth were healthy. The ache did subside as it was related to a traumatic injury.During the cleaning 3 months later, they find a large infection on the back tooth, which the assistant says is glaringly obvious that I do not deny, but during the xrays and the once again panoramic xray the assistant said it had been there for some time. I watched her load the xrays and both the panoramic from the last visit and this one was from todays visit was on the screen.I waited until the Dentist came in and asked how their office missed something so obvious and in front of me , the assistant deleted the first panoramic and tells the dentist that I never had xrays before..... what lies.... Good thing I have the print out of the first one done they gave me 3 months ago.... how dare you try to make me feel like I didnt remember the xrays from last time!I will never let them touch me again if they are so eager to delete things in front of their patients to make them look more honest. I wasnt blaming them and we are all human and things can be missed, but such blatant actions will not be tolerated.

I came to this dentist office ashamed of my mouth and smile, I spoke to them about options, they were very honest, direct and genuinely caring about my well being, they offered multiple options and help me pick out the best course of anyone for my problems. I’m 74 years old and I have never experienced a dentist and the entire staff as truly the most professional. The care, professionalism and most importantly is their quality of work. I felt the most important thing to everyone was how I was doing, was I having any pain and they asked me numerous times if I was OK. I strongly recommend this dental office.

I think these are the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever been to. They take time to sit down and explain things and you leave feeling good that you understand all that they did or want to do! The hygienist are always wonderful and try to make you as comfortable as possible!

As much as a dental visit is enjoyable, Stone Lake Family Dentistry makes it so. They remind you of your scheduled appointment, there is hardly any wait and then a thorough cleaning and screening. Dr Glenda was on time and I was all done. I’m looking forward to seeing them again in January.

This was my first visit to Stone Lake Family Dentistry. Stephanie gave my teeth a very detailed cleaning. The staff was friendly. Dr John is the dentist that did the examination. He was very friendly, and didn’t find anything wrong (yay). On a side note, I really liked the 3D model of my teeth. That was really cool, and something new to me. I have scheduled another visit.

Was a loyal patient of theirs for the past 12 years. Had a very bad experience. They need to be way more attentive and thorough... I hope no one else will go through what I want through. They only told me if I had cavities during each routine exam...there needed to be a whole lot more discussion than that. I now go to a dentist who tells me every little thing about my teeth.

Brittany Chapman is the best hygienist I’ve ever had my teeth cleaned by. She has a great attitude, great customer service, cares to know her patients and truly cares to get your mouth clean...no matter what. The staff overall at Stone Lake has blown me away. They are all so lovely and friendly. I’ve been seen by three different dentists every time but every single dentist has been extraordinary as well. Thanks for all that you guys do!

The ladies working the front were very kind and helpful. The doctors in the back we’re also very generous and worked with great care and professionalism. Definitely coming back for future dental needs.

This practice charged me for 3 fillings. I was required to pay $244.50 on the day of his appointment (even though I have insurance through Cigna and they are an in-network provider). I received a statement from our insurance company, notifying us that they too had paid towards my fillings. This resulted in an overpayment of $175.60, which they are refusing to refund until their “main office” processes it in 3-4 weeks. Additionally, they did not catch this overpayment. If I had not caught the overpayment and called them, they would have pocketed the money. Do not go here. Find another dentist that is trustworthy.

I was going to another dental practice and they told me it would be almost $3000 to get an upper and lower partial. Well this practice is going to do it fir almost half that price. I needed a new dentist and had a bit of an emergency so checked around and found Stone Family Dentistry. My appt was with Dr. John. I was apprehensive about the visit but Amanda, his assistant, was patient and told me everything she was going to do. After the exam, Dr. John gave me the news I was expecting as well as options. We’ve relocated over the years several times for business and never once did a dentist give meoptions. I really liked that.While I don’t like going to the dentist because I’ve had crowns, root canals and extractions, this practice seems to be A-OK.

Was a good visit today! Came in with a broken tooth into my gums and John Crawford was very good with details and my questions. He also made sure I was numb before pulling my tooth. Stephanie is the greatest hygienist i’ve ever had. I’ve always been terrified of going to the dentist, but Stephanie always makes me comfortable.
