I was a patient there years ago. I had several back top molars pulled. However6 years later I still have Bloody holes in my gums and in a lot of pain. Im going to make an appointment this week. Instead of trying to save my back teeth they just yanked them. The dentist had to littterally crawl up on the chair to yank the molars out. Ive put up with the pain for 6 years due to this. I need short term pain relief And I will have to have root canals done to every one of these holes in my mouth!!!

The moment I got to the dentist offfice there was a Hispanic girl that was rude and disrespectful. She rolled her eyes as soon as she saw me. Then she passed me down to the next employee. Then I heard the other employees talking about patients and possibly about me as well.The treatment went by very well. They had a black lady as the doctor. Love that. Then on top of that the office was all women. Also love that. (It’s good that women, especially black women are given these lead roles in dentistry). But everything else went by smoothly

Both of my kids have been going here since they were born. We wouldnt imagine going anywhere else. They are always very professional and extremely nice to my kids.

Pleasantburg family dental is awesome. Both my girls and I attend and the customer service is phenomenal. We are never there long and they are gentle and caring.

We took our autistic son to get a deep cleaning done. It was his first dental experience and all the staff was amazing! He was scared at first but everyone was so encouraging and nice to him that he overcame his fear and calmed down. After the visit we asked him if he would go back the next day and he said “yes”. In our family this is a big win! Thank you so much!

They took my daughter in as a emergency appointment! I could not find anyone else that would take same day appointments , the doctor was great and the whole experience was calming . The doctor finished in a timely manner ( even though she had to work through her lunch ) cant thank her enough !!! What a positive attitude ! Would definitely come back .

My daughter’s appointment was at 3:00. We arrived a few minutes early and she wasn’t called back until after 4. When 45 minutes passed without a explanation, I asked the receptionist what was going on. She informed me that the doctor was running late (which is understandable as long as that’s communicated). Around 4 they called my daughter to the back only to sit in the chair and wait for the doctor another 10-15 minutes. It’s 5:02 and I’m still in the waiting area. They close at 5 so I’m sure she will be the last patient of the day although she arrived before other patients.If you don’t mind not receiving the common courtesy, good customer service and feeling like a valuable customer, this dental practice is the perfect place for you.

I had an appointment today at Pleasantburg Family Dentist. Everyone was polite and professional. They made me feel comfortable from check in to check out. I just went in for a cleaning which was an good experience. Dr Floyd and team even addressed other concerns I had with care and a referral. I will definitely be back!!

Staff very nice!! I will never go back total incompetence I will loss a tooth due to a simple smoothing my tooth out!! I went back to them 2 times to try and get it right with no more skill than the first time. I ended up seeing a dentist on my trip to Chicago after my face swelled up. He said because they couldnt seem to smooth the tooth out I bang it to death!! No way to hold them accountable. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! This wasnt a matter of anything other than incompetence or laziness this dentist was way to old not to know better😡

I felt belittled by members of staff. They blamed me for being in pain when it wasnt my fault the shots they gave me werent effective. This happened while members of staff were drilling out a filling mistake that was made from one of my previous visits and I was treated with disrespect. When I asked for another shot to numb the pain in my tooth they treated me like I was overreacting and so I was basically gas-lighted. I apologized for my screaming anyway and I was still met with a lot of sass; they even refused to continue with putting my filling in if I kept screaming. So yeah, Im sorry if my honesty hurt someones feelings.

My grandson went in for his cleaning and we had a very good experience and the staff there is AMAZING, very kind, caring and generous!!!! I would definitely recommend the pleasantburg office in Greenville Sc!!!!

My son and I enjoy going to the dentist at PLEASANTBURG FAMILY DENTAL. They are always nice and understanding! Ive taken my daughter Brooke there till she moved out of state and now its my son Ashtons turn and so far the past couple of years hes has had no cavities. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone!! I arrived late (less than 10minutes) and they said they would have to reschedule me. I come to the reschedule appointment on time and we sat in the waiting room for over a hour before they finally called my son back. Then they don’t tell you till it’s time to come back that only one parent can come back. This was my son first dentist appointment. When we got to the back the whole room smell like urine. I understand it’s a pediatric dentist but the smell was so strong. The floor was very dirty and the chair was busted open to where the kid head lays. I assume she was going to put something over it to cover but she did not. I can tell by the way the dentist was performing that they actually aren’t specialized in kids no type of way. It took about 10 mins in total of us been in the back including the wait on the other dentist to check for cavities.

Always clean, always kind, takes time with my littlest so he wouldn’t be scared . Morgan and Renada have stolen our hearts !! I would highly recommend for kids and adults l!!!

Pleasantburg Family Dentistry always welcomes my 4 children, my mother , and niece from start to finish. They work with having everyone scheduled around the same time to avoid multiple trips to the office. They are AMAZING.

I been trying to find a dentist that works with our insurance and been looking for 2 months. Went to Aspen dental will never go there again. They didnt acknowledge my daughter had a cavity. They wouldnt tell me on the phone that they didnt accept our insurance. We wasted our time. After visiting Pleasantburg dentist we were very happy with the results. They also took time to listen to our needs. Im very happy with this place. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for making my daughters visit a pleasant one.

Please take your children to this place. Everyone was friendly. My child DID NOT cry one time. The only reason I did not score 5 stars was bc it looked like they didnt wipe the seat down after the last patient. It was some hair grease shining on the head piece. Easy fix. But still great people.

Pleasantburg family dentistry in my opinion was outstanding. My daughter is terrified of the dentist an the experience of getting anything done to her teeth. They were extremely patient with my daughter, calming her as best as possible reassuring her that they were going to their best to make it as quick an painless as possible.

Our appointment was at 4:00 as a new patient, at 4:30 I had to go ask if we were going to be seen. Finally in a few minutes they called my daughters name and we went back, only to find it out that one adult is allowed to go back with the child. My daughter and I both were expecting my husband to be able to come back as well. So at this point I was a little upset. As we are walking back to take x-rays I had to inform the people just exactly why we were there. Then once back to the dental chair I overheard one of the techs saying someone’s mother had been waiting for their child since 2:45 and it was already almost 5 pm at this point! I decided then we were not going to go back!!

Yesterday was my first time ever going! I literally thankful for all they have done for me! Friendly, professional environment! And they genuinely care!!

I would recommend Pleasantburg Family Dentistry for children and adults. They are friendly , humorous, very clean, professional and inexpensive. Ive had the privilege to be treated so kindly by the entire staff. Dr. Huma, the Hygentist , Renita is absolutely amazing. Morgan is absolutely lovely. I cant say enough about the staff there. They have treated me like family since day 1. I feel a close connection with Renita because we are able to discuss whatever and laugh. Plus she cleans the stains off my teeth every year. Lol. The receptionist also are so professional. I could go on and on. I will continue to go there for all my dental needs. Even though my children are actually young adults, I will also still continue to make sure they continue to go regularly. Take the time and make an appointment now. You will not regret it.

Would not recommend them. They were very rude and overlooked my children after putting them in a dental chair. They never review the records and ask every time about the same thing even though they was the treatment facility for the initial accident. Just plain ridiculous. This time was the last straw I will be finding a new dentist for my children.

Every visit is always warming and very pleasant. Family like atmosphere, very clean and orderly, my kids love trips to the dentist.
