Dr. Head and his staff were amazing!!! Our daughter was very worried about getting 4 teeth pulled and the staff went above and beyond to help calm her nerves!!! The crew worked very well together for seamless process from check-in to pre-op to procedure to checkout…truly a great experience! They did a great job explaining to our daughter exactly what was going to happen and how easy it was going to be and even reached out to check on her the evening of the procedure and the day after…made you feel like part of the family!

I have been coming to Dr.Head since 1990’ish. I first brought my two daughters, who are now adults, and now I bring 3 of my grand babies. Both my girls saw him until they were 18 yrs.of age .When they had to start seeing another Dentist, they were not happy at all. I mean, they straight out had a melt down because they didn’t want to leave Dr.Head! He treats you like he cares and that you matter to him and so does his staff. They all are FANTASTIC!!! Let me not forget about the fabulous office he has. It’s beautiful ,clean ,calming and comfortable.Hopefully He’ll be here providing that same EXCELLENT care until my next three turn 18! All of my children have seen Dr. Head for their dental needs. In the past if I felt one of my children didn’t “click’’ with a certain assistant they would note the account and we wouldn’t be paired with that person. Same as if there was someone that we really enjoyed they would keep us with that person. My youngest child has autism and Dr. Head and his team worked as quick as possible to get her taken care of while attempting to sooth her throughout the treatment.

Dr Head and his staff are nothing but amazing! The wait time for the visit is nothing but impressing! They are always friendly and definitely clean! I love them! I hope he doesn’t retire until all my children are grown lol!!!! Thanks y’all!!!!

We waited almost two hours past our appt time before we were finally called back, was told by other patients they were very short staffed so that was understandable. When we finally did make it into a room the two dental assistants never spoke to us, we sat in complete silence for almost 35 minutes while I comforted my son and talked him through it, they literally never said one word to us. The dentist popped in and out to work on my son and he was polite when in the room. Going back for a cleaning and hoping for a better experience.

Awesome staff. We had been here for cleaning before and loved them. For a missing tooth space in my teenagers mouth, I had 2 opinions before I can to Dr. Head. I was told she could only do braces and braces. Then Dr. Head said she could have a partial until she was 18. All the other dentists just wanted to make the $ off the braces.Kudos to Dr. Head and his whole team! Keep up the good work!!!!

We changed to this Dentist as he came highly recommended! I am so glad we made the change! Dr. Head and staff were super accommodating and made an appointment for us quickly understanding the complex issues our son had! Laura was amazing at helping us get his xrays sent over and called us after our appointment to check on our son and talk to us about his next appointment. Dr.Head reached out to a friend and Orthodontist who was able to see our son that morning! Win Win!! We felt so at ease and felt like they really did care about us and our son!! Loved the office super clean and super kid friendly! We even received a letter in the mail from Dawn telling us thank you and she couldn’t wait to see us again soon! Thank you again Dr.Head! You are amazing!!

Dr. Head is amazing. I am absolutely blown away by his kindness and compassion for our community. Unlike so many other dentists, he is not all about how much money he can make but how much of a difference he can make in that childs life. He is a superhero walking around in a dentist uniform. When my 20 month old daughter fell and chipped her two front teeth on Friday night Dr Head was willing to work us in on Monday morning and even told me he would work through lunch if there was nothing available. My daughter couldnt be sedated because she didnt weigh enough but Dr. Head and his dental hygienist were so patient with her and it really helped to keep her calm! Thanks for doing such a great job:)

Dr. Head and his staff are all amazing and they truly care about their patients! They took great care of my son Liam who had to have some extensive dental work done. Every step of the procedure was explained to us and all of our questions were answered. I was able to be with my child during the procedure which made a world of difference for the both of us! Dr. Head and his staff talked with Liam, comforted and reassured him during the entire procedure which also made the entire process that much better for everyone! They also called to see how he was doing after the procedure. Liam now loves going to the dentist and talks about how much fun it is to go!

Great dentist! It is always hard when you move to a new town and try to look for someone you can trust with the well being of your children. But, I must say I have never been disappointed with Dr. Head and his treatment of my children. They love going to see him and he always makes them feel comfortable. He also is very charitable to the community. I cant say enough good things about him. All the staff are so pleasant and always so helpful. I am a father of a 5 yr old girl that I love dearly. Anyone who is doing dental work on my daughter and consulting me on what I should do for my kids should be considered trustworthy... right? The information about this particular dentist being arrested for multiple drug charges 5 days before performing dental work on my daughter would have changed my decision on going forward with this work. I have contacted the office (which essentially belittled my issue) and have had no response from them. I know with that many charges pending that I fall somewhere towards the end of the list of importance.

My 9 yr old son had his first appointment at Eastside Pediatric Dentistry yesterday and it confirmed the reasons I wanted to switch him from a general dentist to Dr Head who specializes in kids. I got some valuable information that was forward-looking as per my sons growth and he also just had the BEST experience! He really enjoyed his time with Dr Head and the dental hygienist was just as great with him as she could be! Wonderful experience with Dr. Head for both mother and son!

My daughter has went to Glenn for over 10 years. We love Dr. Head and Allison and my daughter looks forward to going to her appointments.

Dr. Head is amazing! We took our 4 year old in today for crowns and we planned to sedate him but once he took the medicine he spit it out..my husband and I knew we were at a loss because we couldn’t give more meds to sedate and I knew little man would freak out without. Luckily and thank God Dr. Head came immediately over, calmed our little guy down and gave my husband and I many options of what else we could do.. we ended up going with the numbing shots, one of the options recommended and our guy did great! Dr. Head let us stay in the room with him and worked incredibly fast! He kept our guy calm by talking to him and explaining things in a way to where he (our little one) somewhat understood. Dr. Head is truly a saint and incredible with children and knowing how to keep them calm while working fast! Not a chance in the world I would take my children anywhere else!

I made a terrible decision to switch my 2 youngest children to the dentist my older daughter and I go to for convenience reasons. Very quickly,I realized this was a mistake. My daughter is six years old and very anxious when it comes to her dental visits. She needed fillings and to say the other place was not prepared for this is an understatement. Dr Head was a true blessing. He & his staff handled her with love,care,& knew exactly what to do.I was quickly put to ease after dreading this appointment for so long. I will NEVER take my girls anywhere else!.. They were truly amazing from start to finish. I cant thank you guys enough.

Dr. Head provided an outstanding experience for our child. Lobby was clean and entertaining which reduced anticipation for one anxious child. Staff was personable and professional. Great job.

Dr. Heads dental office is the best! All I can say is that my 4 kids always look forward to going to the dentist ever since we decided to switch to Eastside Pediatric Dentistry a few years ago. Dr. Head and his staff are professional, on time, caring and very accommodating. They are also very efficient and able to squeeze in extra work whenever needed without making additional appointment (which I surely appreciate with a large family). Thank you Dr. Head!

This was my first visit today to Eastside Pediatric. The office staff was extremely friendly. The wait time was under 10 minutes. The hygienist was great with all 3 of my kids. We were all able to sit together in the same room and one by one the kids had their teeth cleaned. Dr. Head was super nice and went out of his way to make my family and I feel very comfortable. The kids got an assortment of treasures to take home. We all look forward to going back again!

So many good reviews on Dr. Head & how he made their children feel comfortable yet I beg to differ with my 9 year old sister. She needed sedation because she is special needs & is scared easily. We were told and even after reading reviews that he was good with special needs but my sister was traumatized by his unprofessional comments & threats. We were even asked “where does she get behavioral issues from?”. Really? She was SCARED. No I am not “that person” that denies a child of having behavioral issues because there’s none at home to begin with. Needless to say we will not be returning.

After a trip to Urgent Care AND two different dentists, Dr Head literally saved the day. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Things were explained to me well and most importantly, my son was comfortable the entire time. This is HUGE for us. He has never been as comfortable with any other dentist as he was with Dr. Head. Would absolutely reccommend this practice, especially to parents of children that have sensory issues.

She broke her tooth over the weekend. I called Monday morning and they were able to get us right in. I was very pleased being a new patient. That they were able to fit us in. My daughter had to have an extraction done on Halloween of all days, and he had a face painter and provided balloon animals! Dr. Head is extremely friendly and kind to the kids and they just adore him!A few days ago, my son had an incident in school where his two front teeth were knocked out. Time was of the essence, and when I called Dr Heads office, they told me to just bring him on in. They took him to the back and immediately began working. Dr Head was able to fuse the teeth back in, and looking at the X-rays, it looked as though nothing had ever happened. They made my son feel extremely comfortable and we both left with a smile..all teeth intact :) I couldnt ask for a better dentist for my children and would recommend him to anyone ! I promise you will NOT be disappointed..and neither will your children!

Hes professional BUT all I see him taking teeth off. I know a lot of kids who lost their teeth including my own kids. Stay away or if you wanna go ask him not to take the teeth out.

My wife noticed an abscess on my daughter on a Saturday. I called into Dr Heads office. He called me back very quickly. He got her started on an antibiotic that night and he fit her in before his office opened on Tuesday (as soon as she could be treated after starting the medicine). This is not a chain dental office and it shows. Very happy with our care here. Recommend to anyone.

The staff doesnt know how to take care of special needs. She said she would recommend sedating every six months just to clean!!! I think not. They just lost 3 patients because of this!

The staff here are great and treat you like family, and are very great with my 6 yr old twins who I bring here.

First of all I just have to brag on how amazing this place is! Not only is the entire staff so kind, caring and understanding but Dr. Head himself goes above and beyond. My daughter is 9, she previously had a HORRIBLE experience at Dr. Munceys office in Greenville. It was so bad, she was left scarred. Every talk of the dentist made her cry in tears bc she was terrified of what was to come.We finally found the one for us! Right away, they reassured her she was going to be okay, they would take good care of her and do their best to earn her trust and that’s exactly what they did! They took their time with her, made sure she was comfortable, completely numb before they even thought to start anything. Dr. Head truly is a wonderful man and it radiates all through the office. We will not be going to any other dentist. This will now be our HOME pediatric dentist for all our girls and I couldn’t be happier!

Dr. Head and his staff are amazing. My 7 year old loves Dr. Head and my 2 year old will be making his first visit next month. Highly recommend the great team at Eastside Pediatric Dentistry!!!

I’m so happy to be a part of the Eastside Pediatric Family for over 18 years !I started taking my daughter to Dr head in 1999 and now I’m taking my grand daughter. You can build all the playgrounds and toys in your office and but absolutely nothing takes the place of expierence and knowledge. Dr. Head and his wonderful staff make you feel comfortable and safe. He will answer any questions and treats your child as his own . I wouldn’t go anywhere else if your really looking for an expierenced dentist that will take care of your children and ones to come.

They have poor office staff especially that office manager. They are very racist dont waste your money I am highly disappointed.
