Dr. Arriagada and staff were absolutely amazing with my daughter who tends to get nervous about being on the exam table. They were patient, kind, encouraging and very thorough! This is the cleanest, most professional, caring, and friendly office! My children have been dental patients for years, as well as orthodontic patients, and they have gorgeous, healthy smiles. We love the upbeat atmosphere and decor. It’s obvious that this practice cares about children and families. I highly recommend EOPD!

We went in today thinking my son would need an involved procedure. Dr. Taylor and staff took their time and explained everything. Upon reevaluation of the teeth, and thinking about all of the options, the team decided to go with a new cutting edge treatment that did not involve any invasive procedure. We were so relieved! The education used, and the care expressed for my son, is so much appreciated by this family. They have my respect!

Dr. Lewis is hands down the best pediatric dentist that I have ever met and had the pleasure of knowing. I would never trust anyone other than him, when it comes to my daughter. He is patient, kind, gentle, caring, and one of a kind! He also put my braces on when I was in my 30’s. I’ve always been terrified of dentists. He is definitely a dentist you can trust!

I’ve called this business on more than one occasion in the past 7 months. & it all sums down to they don’t want to accept people with Medicaid. They were all ready to schedule my appointment until I notified I had Medicaid then they all of sudden they couldn’t give me appointment. This happens every time I call. I even offered to then pay out of pocket and was denied. If they discriminate against people with Medicaid then they should cancel their contract with Medicaid!

The entire team is wonderful! So patient, kind and thorough with my children! The office is very clean and organized, and so nicely decorated for children, they work hard to ease anxiety with children being scared. Thank you all for taking care of my babies!

Dr. Lewis and staff at EOPD are beyond amazing. From the time we arrived, until the moment we left, we were greeted with friendly faces and encouraging words. One of my kids was quite nervous about his visit, but the staff remained calm, friendly, and supportive towards both me and my son. Dr. Lewis took time to address my concerns and assure me that we were taking great care of the kids teeth. The great care we receive and the friendly staff make driving 45 min for dental visits worth every minute. We are very thankful for the wonderful care we receive each and every visit.

If I could I would rate this place with a 10... I have never been to a medical institution where I felt so welcome. Everyone was so nice and friendly and my daughter absolutely LOVED them. They took the time to explain everything to me and even took the time to schedule FOUR different appointments at four DIFFERENT offices. You guys are awesome! If you are looking for a great dentist office for your child, THIS is the place to go!

So my son has autism and I was taking my daughter that has Down syndrome there and I broke three appointments and the last one was due to COVID and with that being said I can never take him there again. Are you kidding me the last appointment was because I was being cautious and not trying to get my special needs kids sick.

We have always had a great experience at this office, but I was exceptionally pleased with how they are conducting themselves in the midst of the current pandemic. They have staff members who are monitoring the parking lot and come out to your car to check you in (including temperature checks), they text you when they are ready for you and you are escorted straight to the back. All of the staff was wearing appropriate PPE - no masks down under the nose or under the chin in this office! They did an excellent job in keeping patients distanced, during exams and while entering/exiting the office.

Today was my first time going to an orthodontist office and it was such a great experience! The receptionist were very polite and the Dr. Lewis was so friendly and helpful! They were very professional and kept each area clean. I would recommend this facility to others!

Disappointing response to their failure to coordinate an orthodontics appointment with the referring dentist. We expressed that their cancellation of an appointment was frustrating—that’s literally the harshest word we used over the phone—and they called to terminate the orthodontics that we had already paid for. It felt like an unprofessional response to reasonable criticism due to their own administrative failure. Total bummer.

While Im fully understanding businesses are changing guidelines due to COVID-19, we called two times prior to our appointment and were told both parents could go into the office with our 4 year old. Upon arrival, we were informed only one parent could come inside leading to traumatic experience for my child. I would recommend caution and/or avoiding using this business as they clearly do not value honoring their commitments

My 2yo got injured at daycare. At the time we hadnt established a dental provider yet. This happened on a Thursday night so trying to find someone on a Friday, I knew would be difficult. They worked us in with all smiles and even apologetic for the wait. I was just happy we were able to get in! Next for the assessment experience. The Doctor was equally amazing. Calm, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I was beyond impressed. This is coming from an experienced health professional myself

One of the best pediatric dentistry offices that we have visited! Everyone was so nice the entire visit from the reception area, to intake, to the dental hygienist, to the Dentist, and finally the check out receptionist! Very family oriented and made the experience great for my kids and for myself as a parent. I would highly recommend this office as your new pediatric dentistry and orthodontist solution!

I took my two boys to EOPD today and the visit was absolutely amazing! Everyone was friendly. The Dentist communicated well with us and my kids were very comfortable. This was our first time vising this dentist office and also the first time my youngest son had been to the dentist. Good job to all of the staff and keep up the good work.

I love them! All three of my children have gotten their teeth cleaned and braces on. They are very friendly and help children feel comfortable. I like that all their equipment is new and well taken care of.

I was a little worried taking my daughter who has Down syndrome to the dentist as it had been a few years since we had gone, but my worries came to an end as soon as we walked in. The staff was super friendly and my little one had so much fun playing in the play area before our visit. Thank you for providing such a great service!!!

First time visit for my 3 yr old daughter. She was excited to be able to watch brother go first since he is an old pro at cleanings. She was very iffy when it came to her turn, but the staff was very patient even though it was far past their time to leave for lunch. They worked with her until we got the cleaning done and she loved all the stuff in her goodie bag. We drive 1 1/2 hrs. to come here and it is well worth the time and $ spent.

My 4 year old son LOVES this office!! He usually has Dr. Gondrez, and thinks he is super funny. I was fearful how he would react to someone working in his mouth, but this practice excels at making him feel comfortable. If you are looking for a place to take your child look no further. Along with making the children feel safe and happy this office does a great job educating the parents along the way.

Walked in office greeted with a good morning how may i help u very polite respectful knowledgeable of job got me checked in prompted on appointment time a young man called me back and greeted me with a hand shake then a beautiful young lady with beautiful teeth and smile very polite respectful nice warm greeting and conversation so understanding caring and willing concern to help very knowledgeable of her job took her time and was gentle then the doctor came over super nice he was also very caring understanding concerned and willing to help knowledgeable of his job the doctor and assistant they done a great job I was very satisfied with the work and impressed with all staff keep up the the good work !!

Dr. Lewis and his team were wonderful! It was my sons very dentist trip and let me tell you, this mama was nervous! I had been dreading this appointment for weeks after hearing all my friends horror stories of their kids first times. It went PERFECTLY! Dr. Lewis was wonderful and you could really tell that he loves what he does! He was so sweet and patient with my little one! I stood back in amazement as he coaxed away his tears with his kind words and friendly demeanor.... less than a minute of tears! He sat there the rest of the appointment tear-free and really let them do what they needed to do! The hygienists were both fantastic, friendly, and all smiles! Everyone got a high five and thank yous on the way out the door! We even got pictures! Im SO thankful we chose this office for his first visit! They really do cater to the kiddos.... from the fun waiting room to balloons & treats afterwards! This mama was SUPER impressed! Thank you all!

Never had anything less than a perfect experience with this practice. I only wish they’d see adult patients too!! All three of my daughters (18, 7, and 2) are patients here, my oldest for about 14 years now. They are always very efficient and friendly, and don’t do or recommend unnecessary services.

All of the staff are very friendly and professional. Its nice to be able to sit right there with your child, to make sure that they are comfortable, during their visit. My children always look forward to playing the arcade games while they wait, and also like the treats at the end (balloon, stickers, etc). 😊👍

We have been going there since our twins were 1.5 years old and we have been immensely satisfied. Our boys have fun with the games in the waiting room and they are actually looking forward to going now. The free balloon at the end is their favorite! Hygienists and doctors are soooo good and patient with the kids.

My daughter had a great experience with Dr. Causey and her assistant!! Dr. Causey ALWAYS make sure my daughter is comfortable and thoroughly explains everything she will be doing and even explains it as she is doing it. She is the only dentist that my daughter feels comfortable seeing. The entire staff is very friendly and professional but Dr. Causey makes things so much easier to handle! My daughter looks forward to going to her appointments!

If you have a child who will sit perfectly still and isnt afraid of dentists, this is the place for you. However, if you have a child with an aversion to doctors/dentists, this is not the practice for your child. My son has been going to this office for the last five years and I have become increasingly concerned with the way they treat children, especially those with special needs. Their idea of treating kids with special needs is to have a hygienist/dental assistant to hold down each of the childs limbs while the dentist goes about his duties. Dr. Gondrez is the WORST dentist ever and has a complete lack of concern for his patients, the parents, and even his staff. He is very condescending and rude. We will NEVER visit this practice again.

I haven taken my boys to EOPD since their first dental appointment when they were 1. 12 years later and I am still happy every time they go. The staff is always so friendly and every dentist I have seen, from Dr. Gondrezs silly ways to put the kids at ease to Dr. Steele helping with braces, has been helpful with the best advice for caring for my boys teeth. Dr. Arriagada is great new addition to the practice was very kind-hearted on my last visit. The reception area is fun with video games and movies for the kids, as well as TV and magazines for the parents.
