Dr Williams is incredibly talented, a fun person to be around and does everything he can to make your care affordable. I moved and have been to two different dentists offices since and they were fine offices but the skill or end results are no where near what I received from Dr Williams. I miss him so much haha.

I have been coming to Dr. Williams for a few years. I had a root canal/crown done in 2019 and I am back today to get another one. He did such a great job in the first one that I could not tell you which tooth it was that I had it done on. I have transferred my whole family here and it is so worth it. The staff is amazing with the care they give... I will recommend this practice to any and everyone I know!!! Thanks to the Gentle Dental Care Family💜💜💜

How is the only option that you have for simple chipping is “veneers”? If you are not skilled in bonding just say that! Went from simple chipping to even more messed up situation that thankfully I have another facility that’s going to fix the issue! This tooth hasn’t chipped in over 15 years but when he did I had a facility that fixed it! This facility is going to tell me that it would fall right back off and it wouldn’t look right how when I have had this done 15 years ago from a skilled dentist. No mention of composite resin, just straight to veneers? If you don’t specialize in that area or just not skilled you should have said that! This place is going down hill! Luckily I’ve found a place that’s skilled in what they do and are giving me more options then some high veneers! I’ve always had a movie star smile what professional dentist recommends two veneers for slight chipping?

I love my dentist! Dr. Williams does a amazing job. He leaves you with a great job and a amazing smile. My teeth got better with him and I’m getting great results. Also thanks to Liz that helps with me on my teeth and helps me on my opinion on my smile. Can’t forget about Luis letting everyone feel welcome and brings you a smile to your face. This is the best and most amazing dentist I can ever recommend.

Was very pleased with Dr Williams and the staff. Had two teeth extracted and he did a terrific job. I felt pressure but no pain at all with two broken teeth. Very professional. Made me feel at ease from the start. Also I had a lot of pain in tooth so they worked me in quickly.

Its a amazing place for my family. They make you feel like family. They also have done a great job on my duaghter Andrea. They keep my family teeth clean.

I thought long and hard before leaving this review. I was always pleased with the service I received from Dr. Williams. I did notice as new employees were in and out things did change. Sometimes long wait times and hurried in/ out services. My breaking point was when I ordered a bleaching kit and was told it would be back in two weeks. Well after a month I called and was told my the receptionist I could come get it. Due to work schedule at the time I had my mom pick it up. Well I got a kick nothing to bleach with. When I called to ask about it, I was pretty much told my mom lied or took the kit bc the receptionist gave it to her. Why would I need to lie about a kit if I was going to continue to have my teeth cleaning needs done here.. well thank you Kim and receptionist ( cant remember her name) my teeth will be treated elsewhere..

Dr Williams and staff are Absolutely Amazing! The environment is friendly and professional. They were able to see me on short notice, so I have no complaints about the wait. He took the time to talk with me about my options and did the job quick, with no pain. Loved this place. This was my first visit and I almost did not go b/c of the bad reviews so I felt compelled to share my Wonderful experience, I could not have gotten better treatment!

As long as my insurance is good at Dr Williams office I plan to go to see him! He has an awesome staff! He is an awesome dentist. I need a gentle dentist and he lives up to it... I saw him again yesterday for the third time I believe and Im not going anywhere else.

Someone I spoke to on the phone told me that if I was paying out of pocket for an extraction that they could see me early as 8 am the next day Tuesday but if my insurance paid for it then they couldnt see me until Wednesday!! Im in alot of pain, so bc I have insurance I have to wait another day.

The staff is very professional and I recieved reminders of my appointment. Dr. Williams is friendly and gentle when providing dental services. I have no problems recommending his work to the upstate community.

Had a morning appointment and didnt get seen until 30 minutes after I was suppose to then the dentist and the helpers just rushed me in and out. Maybe saw the dentist for 5 minutes and he wrote me a prescription and left. Didnt answer any questions or even talk about whats going on. They seem to just care about money more than patients.

Today was the third and last time I am going to this place. The first time the hygienist seemed to spend more time watching the day time talk show than working on my teeth. On my second visit, I sat down and turned the TV off. For both visits I waited in the lobby over 30 minutes after my appointment time. Today, I called 10 minutes before my appointment and was assured they were on time. I arrived on time and waited over 30 minutes before finally leaving. A company that has no respect for its customers and their time does not deserve my business.

This office changed from good to horrible. The wait time was 45 minutes to an hour after your appt time and not including the wait time in the back. I would always pay my portion outside of insurance. I would always end up with a credit,which I do not like because they never want to give you your money. Luis always want to hold it and say you need other treatment so that they dont have to return the over-payment to you. I know my dental benefits very well because I always call before my visit and not to mention I am an insurance coordinator. Luis refused to give me a refund because they wanted me to come back for more work. The hygienist that I had could never clean my teeth with the prophy jet unless she went to get help. I will never go back there again and I am informing the BBB. Luis manufactures consent forms. Oh and the one satr is only because you have to give a star in order to write a review. They deserve -5.

Would not go back. I went to two appointments. On both occasions the actual dentist was out of the office, so tough luck if you actually have an issue. I got fed up and changed to another practice. When I tried to have Gentle Dental transfer my records over they said that they had no record of me ever being a patient. Seemed like a poorly run operation.

Just left there today and was very offended how they treated me. Been there many times before so I had no bad experience til now. So they had me fill out a paper to update anything medically wrong so I did the paperwork, and felt immediately I was being treated differently. I sat there for almost an hour and all I needed was a teeth cleaning however one person came in 25 min after me immediately saw him within 10 minutes as I sat there waiting. Then when I was going to leave, they ask, oh youre about to leave? we was cleaning your room that we was going to have you in, fake concern they had, however you already had a room clean evidentally and thats why the other dude was able to go before me. Even though he came after me.

My family has joined this practice and we are absolutely happy with them. The staff is Friendly and Dr Williams does exceptional work!!

Years ago, I was referred to Gentle Dental and absolutely loved it. The staff was friendly, and the doctors were amazing. Recently, since itd been a long while since I had a cleaning, not to mention a terrible cavity and tooth ache, I decided to return to my trusty dentist and have it all taken care of. My experience was far below what I expected after having received such awesome service just a couple years prior. Overall, the new staff was quite friendly, with an exception of the middle aged assistant lady who came in to numb my gums before I received anesthesia. On both of my recent visits, her tone was dry and she seemed very irritated. I thought nothing of it because the doctor who perform my extraction was extremely nice. Another issue I had, which is the reason I plan to never return, is it was told my procedure was estimated at $83, so after my extraction, I was told it had to be paid in full before I could leave. I asked if that was the cost after my insurance and I was told it was only an estimate. I told him that I would wait to be billed and pay once my insurance has paid their part. The billing guy nearly argued with me for five minutes until finally, after a dozen times of telling him Ill pay in full on my next appointment the following week, he said okay and I left. Later that day, and for the next couple days, he called and asked for payment. I told him the same thing. The following week, before my appointment for my crowning, I received a bill for only $52. My insurance had taken care of the rest. On my next appointment I paid for it in full, as promised. However, on this particular occasion, though Id already made payment for my last procedure, I was taken back and immediately after my gums were numbed by the not so friendly lady from last time, the billing guy came in and asked me for payment in full before my procedure was done. He told me the doctor was leaving afterwards and he needed the payment right away. I asked him how muche and once again he gave me an estimate of $545. I told him Im not paying until the insurance kicks in because Id be overpaying. I told him my mom may be willing to help out and he said okay. He walked back to his desk and a couple minutes later, the not so friendly lady walks in and asks for my moms name and number and says I need to get in touch with her before anything can be done. At this point, I was not only frustrated, but humiliated that they would actually come to me and ask for full payment in advance, especially having not requested that from any of their other patients in there at the time. I was highly disappointed and disgusted with the fact that I received that type of service. Ive been to several dentist appointments over the years and never have I been told to pay an estimated amount in full before leaving, let alone in advance using a false excuse. After I walked out of the building, i received a call a short time later asking to reschedule, i told her no and that i would be taking my business elsewhere. She hung up without bothering to ask why. I will never return to Gentle Dental Care because of this. My experience on my first few visits were amazing, but these last two were definitely a deal breaker.

I dont write reviews but my experience was so bad ...I sure dont want anyone else to go through THAT!After being treated like an American in Mexico or some other Hispanic country I was finally combined with the rest of the people of other nationalities and put in a chair for a while. Open room to hall and 2 other patients. X-ray of the area and the dentist flys in and saying he thought it should come out (he spoke Engish to me and at that moment I realized the others did also but had never said a word to me in english. Had a terrible extremely long ordeal of trying to pull it, grinding into 3 pieces, banging and slamming my jaw around to the point I was forced to reach up and hold my own chin to keep from him displacing my jaw, on and on and on. I was handed gauze as I left and given no care instructions or timing for gauze. Because of that I developed a dry socket. VERY PAINFUL FOR 13 DAYS NOW! This whole effort is to say to ANYONE who is expecting proper care that is available in the USA,DONT GO THERE! EVER ...... I HAVE TO CHOOSEAT LEAST ONE STAR TO BE ALLOWED TO POST BUT MY RATING IS -3 STARS

The worst dental experience of my life. the dental hygienist must have been new. while i havent been to the dentist in a while i never experienced as much pain during a cleaning as here. it was terrible, between the poor suction and almost drowning, to her insistence on focusing on a spot that was extremely sensitive and painful causing me to literally jump at least 6 times before she backed off. I had no issue with the dentist when i saw him for 4 minutes of my visit.As i needed work done and surely the dentist would not b as painful as the hygienist, I had a set appointment to later go back for work to be done. but then someone calls me less than a week before the appointment was scheduled letting me know via voicemail A) the dr will not be there that day B) they will still do a 2nd cleaning but can i come in earlier that day than scheduled. Needless to say I canceled.The older Lady at the front desk also was beyond Rude. i came in she didnt even speak to me, more concerned with talking to an associate behind the desk and gossiping... I just signed in on the clipboard and seated myself with the other period waiting . thank God for her young daughter being there at the desK as well... as it was my first time there, I didnt know where the restroom was and she was the only helpful one there.

I will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning. before my visit i had not been to a dentist in a loooong time. i guess i did somethings right in the meantime as i had no issues besides a good amount of build up (no cavities etc).my wait was short. the dental hygienist was great. dr. Patel showed up for a few minutes in the end to double check and review everything and let me know everything is all good.i was hesitant to go to any dentist. i guess i was lucky that i did in fact care for my teeth well in the years i didnt go, but all together the experience was good, i am glad i went and chose this one.

Don’t go for denture it took one month to get the upper Denture still not right find another place I did want Recommend this place to nobody

I dont understand why people complained about GDC of Greenville asking patient for co-payments, when you go to any doctors office even when you go to the store can you asked to bill you later? the same case at GDC they ask you to pay your co-payments at the time of your services are rendered, due to insurance , if any, they do not pay everything at 100%. shame of those which complained. Now tell me where do you go that they let you have treatment without paying ( please tell me where, that way i can go there too ) i just had an MRI at saint Francis hospital and before i saw the technician they asked me for ONLY $760.00 up front. really...................................................................

Very unhappy with the service I received. The dentist I saw was very unsympathetic.

Waited over an hour just to be brought back and seated for another 15 minutes before anyone even came. Overall seem like nice people but the service wasnt commendable, to say the least.

I plan on having all my mouth work done here very professional staff...
