All no pain and and-every thing explained during treatment. . And I’m speedily healing. If you don’t believe me . Try her for yourself. And let me read your post I highly recommend family Dentist. This place is an absolute joke. Went in for a simple cavity fill and the dentist is so incompetent it turned into a root canal. Ask any other dentist’s office about Family Dental and they will tell you to stay away. Wish I would have known this info sooner.

This is my regular dentist, and they are amazing! Just recently had to go in for a second opinion after a totally different office pulled a tooth and my dentist here at Family Dental was very caring and directed me to the right place with a referral. These people really care and would recommend them to anyone!

When I arrived The South was very friendly they were very informative once I saw the dentist he went over everything with me did X-rays and came up with a treatment plan to my satisfaction I felt that he was very engaging and very informative With what his treatment plan was the entire staff seem to be very professional and what their job assignment was I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time I would definitely remember family dental to anybody.

I took my son to Family Dental and we had an amazing experience!! My son is a toddler and is usually afraid of doctors and hes not use to strangers due to COVID (I dont take them out much because of it.) But Dr. Esma S. made our experience an excellent one. She talked to him and made him feel very comfortable with her and gave me plenty advice and the referral we needed. Best dentist in town! They take Medicaid for adults!! I had to have an emergency extraction yesterday and they got me in and out with no problems! I will definitely be returning to this dentist! I will also be signing my toddler up for this dentist!I recently just visited him yesterday to have my front teeth fixed! I have not been able to smile with confidence since 2016 and with them accepting adult Medicaid my front teeth are beautiful again and its amazing to be able to smile and not feel bad. Thank you so much to the dentist there you are the best I also allow my daughter to go there! This dentist office is the best ever! I think them from the bottom of my heart from accepting my Medicaid and being able to fix my front teeth! I was able to get an appointment within one day. The staff was so kind. Very professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with my options. They took the time to explain everything to me. I was treated very well. The office was clean. The staff made me feel welcome. I am definitely recommending this office. A truly wonderful experience. I went to them because I was in severe pain. They took excellent care of me.

When I was 6 years old, I went here. They were good at service but when I got in that chair, they said there would be no pain, and tell them if I felt pain, I was getting a filling, and I told them I felt pain, they didn’t listen, and said “you can’t feel the pain” I was sobbing, and crying. I started kicking, and they strapped me down and put the thing that they use to open ur mouth all the way up, and it caused me so much pain! My mom was telling them to stop, but they didn’t listen to her, I was in so much pain, and I will never be going for back. Still years later, I’m horrified of going to the dentist even though I have a much better dentist.

My experience was beyond my expectations.I was afraid to get my tooth pulled. I made an appointment because I was in pain.Dr John was very helpful in explain the imprtance of getting my tooth pulled the bacteria that would be in my body if I didnt. So I needed two teeth pulled numbers18 and 19. Healing nicely.

I realize that they were not clean after set in chair and after pulling a few teeth they left a piece of my teeth in my mouth had to pull it out my self they need more experience before run a Dental clinic.

The staff was awesome. Very professional attentive and friendly. They were the best i have had. They contacted my insurance company and got approval right away. Dr. Gill was so caring, sensitive and performed an excellent job with filling and deep cleaning. They made sure i was comfortable . I truly recomend this Dental office.

Worst experience ever. Most unprofessional place and unorganized dental practice in the world. They are trying to extort money by trying through your insurance. Definitely trying to make you think there are more things wrong with your teeth than whats really going on. The doctor kept coming in there talking about my insurance and how long I have had it. Not how are you, are trying to make me comfortable. I only came in for a simple cleaning. Never got it .Had to walk out. Front desk receptionist are very unfriendly, unprofessional.

They were amazing! My daughter knocked out half of her permanent front tooth. Dr molded her a new one with out anesthetics and my daughter was never in pain. You cant even tell it happened! BTW, my daughter is 10 and smiling again. Thanks guys.

I was private pay and the cost for a tooth extraction was reasonable. They all so gave me quotes on partials that can be broked down into 5 payments. I will try to do this in the future. The doctor was quick and efficient when pulling my tooth. I will come back here if needed.

Dr. Gill is amazing. She and her assistant helped me so much and eased all of my fears. She stayed on top of everything and did phenomenal work. She made sure I wasnt in pain and came up with proactive game plans for good preventative maintenance without being judgmental and has great bedside manner. My son came here for his first dental appointment and she was beyond amazing with him relating everything back to her own daughter. And, my husband, who has his own fears with dentistry was eased by the other dentist and had a positive experience as well. They work you in, see you early, and are as flexible as humanly possible.

Such caring staff! Absolutely LOVE this place. My two girls and I go here and we have always had a great experience. They fixed my two front teeth so well that I cried.

I rarely leave reviews and Ive never had a bad experience with other dentists, but our experience at Family Dental was frightening. We called to make appointments, got a confirmation text, and showed up only to be told they had no record of our appointment. They asked if we could come back Monday. If I didnt need a Saturday appointment, I wouldnt have chosen this company! They rescheduled us for 2 weeks later and called Friday at 4 to confirm the appointment and verify insurance. That process took longer than expected because I didnt have the right info, and they kept saying we couldnt come without it and asking if we could come back Monday. I called them back and gave the needed information to one gal, but then got a call from the original lady 15 minutes later saying it was taking longer than expected. Turns out she had no knowledge of the information I had left for the other lady, and she had misspelled my last name. By the time she called back a half hour later to say the insurance info went through, I had googled the company, seen the terrible reviews, and made an appointment at a different dentist. Id rather miss work than risk missing teeth! Maybe the dental care would have been okay, but after the communication nightmares, we didnt want to risk it. I suggest you dont either.

I Have Always Been Scared Of The Dentist. I Didn’t Get Scary Vibes When I Walked In & I Was Super Nervous . I Met My Dentist & Her Dental Assistance Within 20 Mins Of Being There . They Made Me Feel Wonderful & Welcomed . Because Of Them I Was Not Scared At All . I Will Be Going Back For All My Future Dentist Needs.

Spent 7 hours here. My daughter came for a crown and they ended up re-doing a root canal they had only done 2 weeks prior. We still have to go back to get the crown which is for my daughters front tooth. My daughter was so upset by the end of the 7 hours that she was in tears and just wanted to go home. I dont know what the deal was on this particular day because previously we liked going here.

Best dentist ever.

I am only giving 3 stars because I had to wait 1hour past my appointment time. We all live busy lives and can’t afford wasting time. I know if I was late an hour that I would have to reschedule and miss my appointment.

This is not my regular dentist office although I called them because they were open on Saturdays. My filling came out of my tooth that Thursday, called and they said that they could help me! They were awesome! Dr. Hicks got me fixed right up! The filling is flawless AND he used white instead of that silver filling stuff! Awesome! I will be going back. I think that I will have them as my permanent dental needs! They are ALL awesome! You will not be disappointed.

Dr Ashok is a very sweet doctor. She has a pleasant personality and an expert dentist. I entrust my teeth with her. The office staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend her.

I dont recommend this dental office to anyone. I had 2 teeth pulled that were abscessed. They didnt get completely numb and I was told to just deal with it. Afterwards I wasnt given any antibiotics or anything for pain. Although I was told I would be prescribed medication before I had the teeth pulled. When I asked about it, was told since they pulled the teeth the infection should go away and to take ibuprofen for pain. I went home in horrible pain. The infection has not resolved and am still in a lot of pain. I shouldnt have to go to emergency room to get prescriptions that a competent dentist would have written in the first place!! The staff were rude and the office was not clean as a medical office should be. I will be finding a new dentist for future dental procedures.

My daughter and I love the staff at Family Dental! They are so patient and gentle with her that she looks forward to cleanings and checkups. Theyve also gotten me worked in for emergencies at reasonable prices.

Avoid this place like the plague. They have never been any good with either of my kids. The wait times are ridiculous even when you have an appointment. I called them when my daughter knocked her front tooth out (during business hours and my daughter had been a patient for years) they wouldn’t see her until the next day and couldn’t give any further information about ANYTHING to do. “Should I try to put the tooth back in? Should I take her to the emergency room or another dentist since you won’t see her today? I don’t want her to lose her tooth”. The reply was “the dentist will look at it tomorrow afternoon” we went thru this about 3 times because I just assumed the woman didn’t understand that the tooth was knocked completely out. I spoke to two different people who both said “yeah that sucks.”

Im very pleased with Family Dental of Greenville I find the staff to be friendly and polite. The dentist is gentle and also polite and considerate. Had a great experience for getting so much work done on my teeth and getting an extraction the dentist was very kind and patient with me and understanding of me being quite nervous gave me breaks in between I wouldnt go anywhere else!

When i got to the back. It didnt take long to have my tooth pulled. I need to see a oral surgeon about the spots in my mouth. The employees are very respectful and well mannered.

If I could give them a 0 star I would the most horrible place in the world to get teeth pulled they think antibiotics cure the pain I had 2 teeth cut out and stitches in my gums and all they gave me for pain was an antibiotic. You will be better off pulling your own teeth. Dont ever go there I would never go back or even take a pet there. The care is very poor and SORRY.

This is the worst dentist I ever been to. I got a filling done which was small. The dentist that no longer works there broke my tooth and made the hole 5 times bigger. I went back 2 months later because my tooth was sensitive to everything. They could not fix the mistake that was made and I also was charged. I think this is a teaching dental practice. Everyone in there is young and have no idea how fix a tooth. Only thing they are good at is pulling teeth. I hope this helps anyone that plans on going there.

The back end was alot better then the lobby wait. The front desk staff are unprofessional. They would talk about the patients once they left the lobby. As far as the dental procedure, it was great.

This place is amazing! I have experienced pain with many dentist that didnt care. Coming here was a blessing, no pain and they care about you. My 5 year old was not even scared, he loved the dentist.

I did like Family Dental at first, but I called Saturday to tell them that I was in traffic due to a wreck on White Hourse Road. They had no concern. They said it is one doctor back there and they are on a time clock. I was like 5 to 10 mins late. I also didnt like when my son was 2 years old, and didnt feel comfortable with them in his mouth, and the dentist told him he too big for that and the fluoride made him throw up when he got home. So unprofessional. I will be transferring him somewhere else more professional. I dont play about my children

Went in Friday due to terrible pain. Paid 95 dollars for the dentist to tell me she cant pull it because of my wisdom tooth. When asked why she said it would make my wisdom tooth loose even tho my wisdom tooth hasnt even came through the gum. The nurse was sweet as she could be. Didnt like the female dentist. After dealing with pain for 4 days and couldnt even eat. Finally made an app that Monday with Jack Davis, he pulled my tooth with no worries that wisdom tooth would have any issues. Cost me 75 dollars..
