Best dentist ever. The staff is friendly, professional and makes you feel at ease. They explain exactly what they are doing during the treatment and what, if anything additional needs to be treated. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfactoryexperience.

Clean and following Covid-19 safety guidelines. Stephanie the hygienist was thorough and very friendly. Dr. Schmidt is always friendly and very good to identify issues and explain treatment options. Brittany in the front office was very pleasant and helpful. She pointed out I had a credit on my account and took time to update everything in my billing records. Great office.

I feel that every time I go they take less and less time to do my cleaning. Previous Dentist used to do a complete check for potential weak spots, oral cancer, etc, but new doctor, takes a quick look and is done with check after 10 seconds. Had to catch him on his way out to ask some questions I had. It definitely feels that they are trying to rush you and get you out ASAP. I’m considering looking for a new Dentist.

I’ve had tongue cancer with reconstruction surgery and he was familiar and up to date with this fairly new procedure and explained things to me that I had not known. I wanted to see Dr Williams here but he left. Dr Brandon Schmidt took over. Honestly, I really liked Dr Williams and since he has left, I was thinking of leaving also since a new dentist moved up at the top of my neighborhood. I really wanted to leave but he was very personable and thorough. He took his time answering my questions simce I came in thinking I was going to need to see a Periodontist after this visit. I love my dentist! I went for a cleaning they saw a couple of things that needed to be fixed that wouldn’t take long, so instead of making me come back they fixed it right then! Always sweet and pleasant.

Dr. Brian Williams is the gentlest, most thorough and professional dentist I have ever been to. I get the best and most thorough cleaning and exams from his hygienist as well. The fact that they use Care Credit makes all the difference to me as I could not afford things any other way.

I have been the patient of Dr. Brian Williams for more than 7 years. He is excellent.Sadly can’t say the same for the management. I went here only for Dr Williams. When he moved away the management did not bother to inform, patients like me, who have exclusively been his patient about the change even when the appointment was with him.Patients of Dr Brian Williams be warned that he does not work here anymore.

Awesome staff and explained everything

Dr Brian Williams is the absolutely most honest (won’t try to sell you services you really don’t need, will tell you about all options but tell you the least expensive one is as good as the most expensive one) and highest quality dentist I have seen in my 50+ years. The front office staff and text automation (appt reminders) are great. Never have to wait and they always fit me and my entire family in for emergencies. He takes every single insurance I’ve ever had over the last 17 years (and there have been quite a few!)

Ive been going to Dr. Williams since I was in middle school - so about 13 years now! He has always been wonderful. However, I came to write this review today after getting off the phone with Christina. We had some issues with my insurance company, and in a world where its nearly impossible to talk to an actual human on the phone, Christina picked up immediately and was so helpful and kind. She really did go above and beyond with brainstorming and trouble shooting the situation. I appreciate this so much. I always dread dealing with insurance issues, but today was much different! :)

I was looking for a dentist that wouldnt keep saying I needed my wisdom teeth out (theyre completely fine). I found this office and was immediately impressed. Wonderful staff, and then finding out that the cavities that I needed fixed at my last dentist, were imaginary. Let me tell you, I really appreciated having an honest dentist (my insurance appreciated it too). They treated my teenaged son and I great-I really wish I didnt have to move across country, or at least I could bring them with me!!
