The staff was up to date on her medical history and took time to ensure Mary was comfortable and understood the process. I set up appointment waited almost 1 week, When I got there all I wanted was Replacement bottom Dentures, The doctor REFUSED to make them unless I spend MORE MONEY to have Filings fist, And I would have to ANOTHER DENTIST to get that done,..WOW, SO I JUST WALKED OUT!!!!!!

The facility in Greenville NC has a good doctor and the staff is very knowledgeable and empathetic to your needs. They performed the surgery I wanted and I had my lower partial the same day. They have made all the adjustments necessary to keep the partial fitting right through the healing process.If all the Affordable Denture facilities are run in the same manner with the same caliber of staff as this one in Greenville, the other denture places will soon be out of business. Went to get new dentures fitted and everyone was super nice, from the receptionist, to the nurses, down to Dr. B.Dr. B was absolutely amazing and made sure my dentures fit perfectly. I went in, in May 2019 just for a consult . The staff was so warm and friendly and Trish and Dr Barber were fanatic in making me feel good about the decisions . I started the extractions end of June and each time I went I felt comfortable and at ease. I was told each step and we did it in stages ( first visit top back, second visit bottom back, third visit front and the temps!! ) each visit was lots of fun believe it or not . I can say lots of laughs.. seriously pulling all my teeth and laughing .. lots of support and I have a beautiful smile! And these are my temps !!! This has been a great experience for such a big decision and my confidence thru the roof. I can’t wait for my permanents in 6 months! Ty for helping me smile again!!

Absolutely love the care & service I received from Affordable Dentures. Dr. Barber and staff are just incredible. I woke up with terrible pain from a tooth that had become abscessed. They got me right in, did an extraction and had me feeling better and on my way in no time. As stated, they are THE BEST!

Refer by a family member. Drove almost 50 mins for appt., was not what I expected .was not a good experience veryyy disappointed!, in short version had to make another appt. With another dentist after i took for wk to get here. No! Prices did not match up of what I was told when made the appt

Great friendly & compassionate staff. Seemed very knowledgeable & helpful. Only issue was being able 2 hear other patients. Kicked up my anxiety hearing extractions going on down hall. Although this particular person seemed more anxious then the average patient. I know small quarters means overhearing so all in all was great experience 4 me as a patient and a concerned love one since my husband was also a patient. I WILL defanitly return to this office for future issues.

Had to have 4 molars extracted. Never a fun time to have your teeth pulled. However, the staff was very professional, easy to talk to, and explained everything before the procedure began. Really liked the Dentist, he was so nice and friendly. Highly recommend them! Have a couple more appointments to get through but dont expect any problems.So, after several cancelled appointments due to Covid19, I went back to the Dentist who I truly do love, he is wonderful. Office staff, not so much. I was given the run around and made several hour long trips to see the dentist and kept being turned away without being seen. The office is locked up like Ft. Knox. Made my appointment and explained that I wanted to speak to the dentist about implants because I was having a serious problem with the bottom denture. The day of my appointment I arrived early, but it didnt matter since it took 50 minutes for the women to come out to check my temperature. Finally called back to the exam room and was told they didnt do the implants at this office due to covid 19. Why couldnt they mention that when I made the appointment? My question is how do they not do a service that is even part of there name??? So, yet again my trip was a waste of MY time.Now I have to make an appointment at yet another Affordable Dentures and Implants for a $500.00 x-ray to make sure I can even have implants. Then jump through all of their hoops to end up with some teeth. The only good part of Covid 19 is that I wear a mask and people cant see that I dont have any teeth in my mouth! The Dentist and his assistant gets a five star review, the other staff causes the two star review... and I am being nice to them!
