Caylee is amazing! She is so sweet and always lets me have a time around my crazy schedule. She is amazing at consulting your needs and wants out of eyelashes based on your shape. They also have colors that I have been adding to my lashes for a pop of fun! Super affordable compared to other places I have been. Amazing lash tech and great business!

Don’t waste your money. The lashes fell off within a few hours and within a few days the were completely gone! Out of the country right afterwards so I couldn’t go back within the 5 day guarantee.

Only giving one star because zero doesn’t work.Most ridiculous experience making an appointment with a business ever! They ask for your email, credit card info and all sorts of information before even giving you an appointment. The lady was busy doing other stuff while talking to me and laughing at me when I would ask for prices and services. Is it a scam number? Just ridiculous!!! I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

Worst membership ever. I had a reaction to the glue and when I called to cancel they said I had to pay ANOTHER 109$ to cancel after telling them I would not be returning. So they charged me a fee for month of June and “final charge”. $218 to not return!?!?!?!

Mila is an absolute jewel. Super sweet girl from the Ukraine who is very knowledgeable in lashes. She goes above and beyond with helping me with anything from style of lashes, length, and even just making sure that I am comfortable during the service. She always gives me tips and tricks on how to take care of my lashes.

I cannot explain how pleased I am! Literally THE BEST when it comes to lashes. I did the Xpress which costs so much anywhere else. It was relaxing! Angela was kind and amazing! The service was worth it! Definitely coming back!

I previously had a membership and have had positive outcomes with several of the technicians. I can’t say a single negative thing about the people that work there or the customer service. I took off one star simply because I think the membership rules and pricing needs major adjustment. Read the rules carefully or you could loose money. Again though, even though I had difficulty with the membership we came to a solution and I appreciated their understanding and flexibility. If I were someone that needed lashes all the time the membership is a great deal, but if you are someone that just wants them now and then, I don’t recommend becoming a member.

Ladies!!!! I could not recommend Deka Lash Greenville more. Not only are they the most affordable lash option Ive found in this area, this is the best lash quality Ive found too with my retention lasting longer than any other place Ive gone. The service here is amazing and I always leave my fills beyond pleased and I get a TON of compliments on my lashes.

During my first appointment the technician double booked and had someone arrive after only 45 minutes of service. She rushed through my appointment and after 50 minutes stated that she was done. She took off $20 and stated that I can book an express service for $30 in 2 days to complete the look, ugh. Although I told everyone that I would never return, I am traveling and needed to get lashes asap plus I had a remaining balance on a gift card from my husband. Today I arrived a few minutes late due to construction and terrible traffic. I called an hour before hand to let them know based off my GPS and driving distance. When I arrived a 1:09pm the technician spent time trying to talk me out of a New Express 1 hour service because she wouldnt have time. This is a new service for full lashes, not a refill and should have been communicated through customer service an hour prior when I called. After the technician gave me the full run down on this new service there was only 35 minutes remaining to complete my lashes! I left paying full price for sporadic CLUSTERS!!! This new service looks like clusters and not individual lashes and has resulted in large gaps throughout. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!

I would recommend a different place to get your lashes done at. My visit was nice and my lashes looked good but they started falling out as soon as I got home and I did not even touch them. The lashes themself are not quality at all.

Great concept for lash extensions. The location is crazy right now with all the construction going on with 85 and Woodruff. Parking is always hard to find midday. I recommend Jessica though. She is the best!

I was convinced to do this by a couple people. My first time was so relaxing with Mila and I fell asleep. I’ve had very little fallout. I’ve gotten tons of compliments. I bought the serum, makeup remover, makeup remover wands, and the sleep mask (which is helping my eye dryness too!) I’m beyond ecstatic and will definitely return. It’s wonderful to shave time off my beauty routine.

I had a great experience at Deka Lash! Beautiful studio and very relaxing atmosphere. I went during my lunch break to get an eyebrow tint for my grown out, but barely visible hairs. Carmen did a great job and explained the process to me so I understood what she would be doing. I do plan on going back to get my first set of lashes and I cant wait! I have already told a few of my friends about it and now they want to go. I would definitely recommend Deka Lash!

I love my lashes!! I have been there 3 times. Once for the initial and twice for refills! My lashes last about 3 weeks. It is such a joy NOT to have to use mascara!! The atmosphere, the people, and the product are all wonderful!!

I had an amazing experience from booking over the phone to the welcome when I walked in the door. Carmen was extremely thorough in cleaning my lashes before she started. I came in with strip lashes on and had glue and mascara on my natural lashes. When I opened my eyes 2.5 hrs later I looked flawless I will definitely be back.

DekaLash, I’ve always had a good experience with them. I’ve read some of the other reviews and I agree that the lashes do shed a bit. However that’s only when I’m not being careful. I’m a little bit of an eye rubber. The atmosphere here is very professional yet, warm and welcoming. ALL of the ladies who work here do a FANTASTIC job! They all really listen to what you want, which I appreciate. Every time I’ve had a fill in I’ve always been sooo happy with the results!! I really wish I could give them more stars!! I always listen to my lash tech when they say to brush my lashes twice a day and to clean them at night. That’s what keeps them from shedding prematurely. The only bad thing I have to say is when I call the number for this location, the call is picked up by a call center elsewhere. I know it’s not by there choice that’s why they still get 5 stars!

Have had my lashes done at other places and I must say this is the best place yet . Everyone is very friendly as soon as you walk into the door. Arianna does my lashes and she is fantastic takes her time and does exactly as you want them. You will not be disappointed coming here.Thanks Arianna !!

The girl did her best, they were uneven, which bothered me. But its been just over 5 hours and the lashes keep coming out and getting in my eyes.. I havent been rubbing or picking, just blinking....I paid for the membership and at least wanted that to be refunded for that but no one at the store answers the phone and and the corporate number just keeps ringing. Since I cant get it resolved with them Im going to go through my bank and BBB.

Please dont waste your time are your money. I got my eyelashes done on Sunday by Tuesday I needed a refill. By Thursday I need a new set. I dont understand why run a special to gain new customers only for them to tell others if your looking for a 1 day good look only go for it not worth $80!

Lashes started to fall out within 2 days.. my eyes were extremely irritated and kept watering for days. After about a week; more than half of my lashes were missing, despite the meticulous care I tried to adhere to. My natural lashes were short and stubby once they all came out. It took me about 2 months for my natural lashes to grow back. The original install was beautiful, but the overall outcome was irritable. Overall friendly staff. I may try again, to see if there is a difference.

NEVER AGAIN. First of all, I am from NJ and have been getting lashes done for years before moving here and switching to this place. Never have I had so many lashes fall out every single day in those years of having them before this. Ive called to let them know, maybe it was the girl I went to I thought? So I switched technicians and then, not only did they look like a drag queens lashes even though I requested a less dramatic look, but they still fell out! I do everything right in regards to taking care of them and still they managed to fall out leaving me to look absolutely crazy after just one week. Not to mention- the lashes they use are hard and in my previous experience real human lashes are soft and have never poked me like these did. Anyway, after calling and telling them I NEEDED an appointment because I had a wedding coming up and was missing almost all of them they gave me an appointment 1 week later, AFTER the wedding. Only to find out the day before I get a call saying There was a family emergency you need to reschedule. Okay, I felt bad I thought well something terrible must have happened, I understand. Due to not being able to find another appointment time soon that would work I was forced to take the lashes off completely and figured let me just take a break and freeze my account. Well when I came in to get the lashes removed, low and behold the tech with the family emergency was there AND SHE REMOVED MY LASHES! Whatever. Annoyed, still I decided I would freeze my account and return in the fall. I have been paying just $5 to keep my membership while it is frozen and although I thought that was pretty terrible to charge someone $5 for no service, I agreed. Here I am in fall and decided its too difficult to get an appointment at this place for the days and time I am available and its just not worth the aggravation of them falling out again so I chose to cancel. WELL APPARENTLY MY CANCELLATION WONT BE IN AFFECT FOR 1 MONTH FROM TODAY. SO IM GOING TO BE CHARGED THE MONTHLY FEE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN FROZEN PAYING JUST $5 BECAUSE I AM NOT RECEIVING SERVICES!! WHAT???? THIS IS ABSURD. AND A RIPOFF. I AM REPORTING THIS COMPANY IF I AM CHARGED THIS FEE EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT AUTHORIZING IT. Find a different lash place, this place just wants to make money. They use cheap supplies, less than professional technicians, and the membership is a crock. Do yourself a favor and stay away!EDIT***** As per the owners response Please call us to rectify--- I HAVE CALLED. And emailed back and forth. There was nothing else you could do for me except charge me for no services per your contract apparently. Im done wasting my time. Ive cancelled my bank account and now have to go through all the trouble of changing all of my automatic bill payments as a result of this mess. Thank you Deka Lash for the bad experience and now inconvenience you have caused me.

After my last three fill ins more than half of my lashes would fall out within the first week, by the time my next appointment for a fill would come around I would have about 10 lashes left max. Because they require 50% retention for a fill in I would have to use extra benefits to get them fixed. I would then run into the same retention issue and ended up paying more.When I went to cancel the member ship because I’m trying to cancel a few days after my payment I will still be charged for my next months membership. This is ridiculous it’s been less than a week since my payment and I’m getting charged an extra $100+ dollars for services I won’t be using for another months time.

I do not understand some of the negative reviews I have been doing my lashes for a long time now and have been to the higher end to medium prices 100-350 price range. For me there isn’t much of a difference the price it great though. I did like the gentleness of the products used Most places rip my delicate skin from my eyes and not one time did this happen here. I have very hooded eyes and got the mod cat eye first few days it was a bit over powering for my eye to many lashes but after a few days they relaxed some and look much better. I get that the lash stylist has to get used to your own personal preferences. I have had hardly any fall out. I have had to cut a few down as with any one I have ever went to bc they are so long and get twisted up after the roots grows out. If your looking to save money and get the same thing go here. If you never have gotten them done before it may not be for you , you will not notice a difference in the other places honestly.

Complete waste of money. Job was done well, lashes fell out after 2 days. I signed up for the membership and was unable to get a refund after such a horrible experience.Don’t waste your time or energy, there are better locations in Greenville. This was my worst experience yet.

Half of my lashes fell out within 24hrs, and the woman actually CUT MY REAL LASHES! I’m not very pleased that my real lashes now look even worse. I will not be returning there.
