A message to all who contemplate alternative medicine, take the leap!I began this journey doing my research on acupuncture and oriental medicine specifically targeting vertigo and allergies. What actually got me there was pain in the shoulder area, elbow and lower back. I knew that if I called a “doctor,” they would immediately write prescriptions, probably order physical therapy and if that failed, then they would order a slew of other costly tests just to tell you they could not see anything and there is nothing they can do other than offer more pills.I went into acupuncture with a very open mind, and I do recommend that you read about meridians and xi (chi); it will help you understand what is happening within your body as you undergo acupuncture treatment. On the first round of acupuncture, I felt things in my elbow and right leg that I had never felt before. I was absolutely shocked with the result from the first treatment. As we continued the weekly acupuncture treatments, Eric was able to provide relief for the pain I was feeling down the right side of my body. Eric also helped me with eliminating Vertigo with oriental medicine. Since I started the medicine, once day 7 hit, I have not had a single incident after having them daily. I highly recommend giving Eric a shot at helping you with whatever ailment you may have.

Eric is an EXCELLENT Acupuncturist! He was referred to me by my Massage Therapist and I’m SO Grateful to have Eric and his many talents aid in my body’s health journey.I have many health issues such as Fibromyalgia, Severe Degenerative Osteoarthritis of the Spine, TMJ, Carpal Tunnel just to name a few. I often scare off practitioners as they either don’t know how to handle the challenges my body represents or they just don’t want to deal with someone who has a complicated series of health conditions. But not Eric! He took on the difficult task of becoming a member of my “team” and didn’t look back!He has a VERY gentle touch which for someone who used to hate needles (I still don’t care for shots or blood tests) is saying something. Despite his gentle touch, he seeks out every last bit of tension/gooey junk in the area he is needling. I suppose another way to describe his work as Very thorough. He’s had quite a bit of training and uses all his many talents to your benefit. One of my favorite things he does is he makes sure to treat the body with “Dessert” after the acupuncture. In this case, “dessert” is usually some massage and/or cupping. It always helps you feel better as well as aides in flushing out the toxins he just released through his acupuncture.To top it all off, Eric is plain and simply a Really Nice person. I call that Dessert to top off the many skills he has to offer. Like any exceptional practitioner, Eric has a fairly full schedule. Having said that, he will practically turn cartwheels to get you in his schedule (see, what did I tell you? He’s nice!). So if I where you, I’d give him a call. I did and wish I had done it years ago.

Helped with my chronic headaches so much! Great over all experience

Erics treatments have focused on three areas: upper back/shoulder pain, peripheral neuropathy - especially in my feet, and low energy level. The acupuncture treatments have been most beneficial to address the first two. I can fall asleep at night without having to endure the tingling and burning sensations along the soles of my feet and I wake up in the morning minus the tightness and and shoulder discomfort I experienced before treatment.Eric prepared an herbal blend to help with the energy level. After a few days of drinking the herbal brew I felt my energy level increasing. I can now do a series of chores without needing to stop between each task. I have discovered that Erics expertise in Eastern medicine has provided solutions that my Western trained doctors couldnt find.Eric is professional in every way and he listens attentively to my symptoms. He is kind, affable and a pleasant person to have as a healer.

Eric has given me back my life! I went to him for help dealing with spinal stenosis. Hes done so much more than Id hoped. Dr. Eric Aufdencamp has possibly saved my life. I came to him with Interstitial Cystitis and subsequent chronic and embedded UTI’s for 3 years non stop since menopause, and his herbal mixture has helped me stay active infection free in over 3 months! Western medicine had given up on me locally. Prior to his treatment the longest I had been without infection and severe symptoms was a few days after stopping antibiotics. He is even helping me with a special mixture to help me stay infection free as I travel out of town to go through an invasive scheduled surgery to improve my bladder function.
