Love it here. Not crowded easy to access equipment and no judgment. The staff is amazing and the price for what you get is truly a deal.

First of all, thank you PF for the new manager! He is awesome, and really has been working hard at fixing the mess that was created by the former manager and her team. Cleanliness is so much better, even with the increase of hours and people. The staff is friendlier, and more willing to assist you. The entire atmosphere is 100% improved. Its nice to walk in and be greeted with a friendly hello. Dante and his new team is doing a great job! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pretty standard PF, lots of treadmills/ellipticals/bikes for cardio and machines for lifting. A good stretching area and 30 minute exercise workout area too. Only “bad” thing is you get basically no service inside and the wifi is for the premium members only (not the $10/month). But it’s nice to be able to focus on your workout!

I really enjoy planet fitness. It’s kept clean and the equipment is well maintained. Good size gym do I never have a problem getting on a machine, and then to be able to use the massage chairs and hydro beds afterwards is the final touch, feeling great.

I went to the Greenfield location to get a tan before I get married and go on my honeymoon. I asked for 6 minutes and got 10. Thankfully I realized it at 9 minutes, but it wasnt fast enough. I was burned so bad I couldnt sleep for 2 nights due to how painful my burns were. And now I am 2 days away from my wedding and I am still red and now peeling.

Fast in and out. Always clean and the black card lounge is always great after a hard workout. Staff is friendly and ready to assist at any time.

Always feel comfortable and welcome here. Dont have to wait often for a machine and if I do there is plenty of others to try while waiting. The employees are friendly, they are always cleaning and will help with anything you need.

Ive been to quite a few planet fitnesses. Their level of sanitation has improved from a few weeks ago but has not kept up with the giant influx of people. That is not their fault entirely, but it is unfortunately something they have to address. Honestly, that is probably hard as socially distancing while cleaning a crowded gym is not exactly an easy task. I clean my equipment and whatnot, but not everyone does and they may need to enforce that. I dont think the staff do a bad job, but they could do a better job and will need to adjust as the gym gets busier. They also need to monitor for free weight hoarders as holy cow some people have like six sets of weights at their bench and are on their phone and not doing anything for thirty minutes at a time. People also just randomly move benches and whatnot and dont put it back and it makes it super hard to find a comfortable place to do floor work and free weights. Honestly, I think they just need more people walking the floor and enforcing the rules. What I do like is that they have bands (all kinds which rocks!!) and the stretching cage, plenty of disinfectant stations, and the equipment is newer than my old planet fitness. The temperature is comfortable for working out and the gym has a great locker room as well. They could have a dedicated space for floor workouts that isnt in the center of a room, but that is likely due to the limits of the building. The staff is also super awesome and kind and I love my banter with them. I also really love the water massage chairs and the overall feel of the place. But, the influx of people who have suddenly discovered that they want a hot bod summer is causing a bit of an issue. That being said, Ive seen them improve over the last few weeks (short of the weight hoarding thing).

I will start off by saying I am a clean freak and I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of this facility. This was my second visit to this location. I thought maybe the first time I came was an off day for me, so I gave it another chance. My second visit I used the Total body enhancement machine and the platform was black with dirt. I know it is the guests responsibility to wipe equipment. At other facilities staff wipes down machines after guest use to ensure this is done properly. I feel I waste more time sanitizing machines than actually working out. Guests should be held accountable for continuously changing equipment without wiping it down. I always sanitize before and after and I cant believe the amount of people who dont, especially now. I wont be back to this location.

Staff is always good. Clean environment and has all the equipment I need for my workouts then follow it up with the hydro massage and Im good to go

My first time at this location, and they had very good employees working behind the counter, very friendly and professional. Clean gym and the layout was nice!

As far as most gyms go, planet fitness unfortunately does lack certain amenities related to free weights and dumbbell workouts. As far as machines and cardio equipment however, they definitely have plenty of that stuff and quite a bit of variety as far as different exercises that you can do. However that being said, the fact that they lack certain free weight and dumbbell equipment unfortunately does hinder your ability to do certain lifts workouts which would require that type of equipment. They dont have any barbells or areas in which you can of the Olympic lifts. Nor do they have any free weight barbell bench or squat. If you want to do bench press or squat or anything else like that, youre forced to use their Smith machines which have a fixed barbell attached to the rest of the machine and it doesnt allow you to actually perform the lift as its supposed to be properly done. So aside from that lack of equipment, and also aside from planet fitnesses trademark attitude and environment related to the expectations of how they want people to behave while they are working out, which can be quite annoying at times, I suppose that ultimately this is a nicer gym in general. If all your looking to do is some cardio exercises and just some basic lifting in general then youll certainly be able to accomplish that with what they offer. However, if youre looking to do some more serious lifting and free weight or dumbbell workouts, then youll quickly find that youre actually quite hindered regarding your ability to be able to perform those exercises simply due to the fact that they fail to offer off of the proper equipment necessary in order for someone to lift in that manner. So if thats your goal, then I would highly suggest going somewhere else such as the animal House gym in New Berlin or even somewhere like experience fitness because they seem to offer a wider variety of amenities related to being able to work out in that specific way.

Love this location! The Manager Dante is phenomenal & his Customer Service is superior; every day! The building is always extremely clean as well!

I love the location in greenfield. The staff are professional and inviting. Will who is my trainer, he’s very motivating and gives me the extra push I need during workouts.

The gym was a very different layout than I have experienced in other Planet Fitness facilities. The dip machine was not adjustable to just use your own body weight. Nice facility overall and clean!

I went around 11 at night and the staff was friendly and the environment was welcoming.

First gym Ive ever been to but the overall experience was wholly positive. The staff was knowledgeable, answered all the questions I had, and it was a very clean place as well. I will definitely be coming back to Planet Fitness.

Pros and cons to it. Good place to work out. People are very nice. Clean and prices are good. Machines are actually in good working order compared to the competition. They could have more associates at the desk during peak times. They for sure need more accessories like slam balls, yoga mats and other accessories . One major issue is there hours are still not 24 hours. Meaning there not open late enough. And there hours on weekends are even shorter. I understand the covid stuff but covid seems to be business excuses to not having normal hours. Especially when they supposed to be 24 facility.

Im giving this location 2 stars not only because of the poor service, but they are still using covid as an excuse to not be open 24hrs.they say its for cleaning but I seriously doubt there are people cleaning and sanitizing from 7pm till 6am.

The reopen after covid-19 business shut down, the cleanliness and overall Sanitation has been excellent.I do believe it does take both, the facility staff and the guests that are coming in to use the facility, to maintain an overall clean, healthy, coronavirus-free environment!😄💪👊🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️👍

For the most part, the friendly staff... Gina did a great job of taking care of the 7 of us that were waiting to tan while a coworker was hustling in back to clean all the beds. They had the beds ready for all of us in about 5 minute!! All equipment is in good working order and the facility is well kept. Greenfield has a great team!! Would only recommend a few more coin operated massage chairs, they seem to be a hot commodity!!

The Greenfield gym is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Always clean. Equipment never in need of repair. Friendly / helpful staff. Conducive atmosphere for a great workout. Only down fall is none of the Centers offer any kind of water therapy.

What’s the point of requiring masks if NO ONE is wearing them while working out? This places has Covid written all over itChanging my review to 1 star. This place should be shut down IMMEDIATELY. Contacted management about people not even having masks with them even near their face. Disgusting. Poor management and garbage response. Will be calling heath department

Staff and cleaning personnel take care of all members and workout equipment very well.

I have the plus membership. After working out I use the total body enhancement machine and hydro body massage chair. I feel like Ive been to he spay.

This planet is very clean! I walked into the locker room and the floor was just washed. I go to another planet and its filthy.

Tanning bed floors need to be cleaned more often! Otherwise a clean environment.

The facility is nice and clean, but there are a group of people who workout in the mornings, and in my opinion, create a very intimidating atmosphere, which is the epitome of what planet fitness is not supposed to be. They essentially are doing group fitness and take over certain areas of the gym, making it extremely uncomfortable for other individuals to workout in the space. One of the girls in the group live-streams her workouts while other, non-consenting, gym-goers end up in the background of her videos. As someone new to fitness and with gym-anxiety, I’ve had to stop going here because of this atmosphere.

I love PF in general and am thrilled they opened a location in Greenfield. This location is clean and staff are great. 👍😊I do wish the overall setups were different with all PF locations, however.The way the locker rooms are set up at every PF make it so people are running into each other coming in or out, it’s a crowded hallway. Also, the screens everywhere make for kind of an overstimulation for those who don’t want to stare at 15-20 screens (not to mention those built into the machines). I find myself staring at a space between TVs just to clear my head.Also, there aren’t enough spaces to stretch without being in the way of a workout class or crammed between other machines. Lastly, the music at most is usually top 40, which is fine but I do wish they would switch it up a little bit, not all of us enjoy that sort of music.Again these are just constructive ideas, I appreciate that PF exists and I know no place is perfect. The price is good for all these machines, classes, and hydro massage chairs etc. 😊Just wish they would fix some of those other factors to make it less chaotic of an atmosphere.

I like that Lexce was very helpful in providing me with information about PF offerings (as I had questions about the lockers and WiFi). She even took me over to the areas to show me where the lockers were located. I really appreciate her positive energy and willingness to connect with clientele (we had talked for a bit).

They ARE NOT 24 HOURS NOW. They say they open at 6am but the staff is always LATE and there is a line of people waiting. No apologizing or anything. If you want a pre-work workout go somewhere else.

Friendly staff especially Jazz. Jazz always has a smile on her face and is always available when Black Card members need to sign in for Spa items. She definitely is a great example of what customer service is all about!

My fiancee and I joined last month and weve had a great experience so far. The equipment is in tremendous shape, the club is so clean and all of the other gym goers mind their own business.

Do not trust these people. I called to cancel my membership. I was told I had to come in to do so. A few days later I came in. The person behind the desk typed on the computer and said “ok all taken care of.” A few weeks later my account gets billed again! So I call and am told that I will not be receiving a refund since there is no proof I can’t in that day since I didn’t check in to work out. Horrible service!

Great gym! The amount of effort put into keeping the facility clean is noticeable upon entry. The staff is awesome they greet me as soon as I enter and they’re even sure to say farewell as I leave. I’ve been to a few PFs in different states and this one is by far my favorite.

Everything is fine about the location, except the new machines. Im not sure what other peoples experiences have been, but I am 54 and the new machines are too big + oddly shaped/angled for my body. I have to over extend to reach for hip adductors/abductors, leg extension, + leg curls for example. The angling is so weird I cant even modify to accommodate for my height.

This gym is great, always kept clean and the staff is so friendly, especially Ty! He always makes it so great to be there and makes the gym, which is a tough place to go to sometimes, a lot more enjoyable.

Everyone at this location is so friendly! Chavez answered all the questions I had and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable for having issues. The bathrooms/locker rooms are always clean and never smell bad. And the same goes for the showers! I never question how dirty/unsanitary they are, which is such a relief!!

I love this location, it’s very convenient for me and the staff is very helpful! The only problem I had is as I was leaving after my workout this guy was standing at the front desk & told me he hoped I had a good workout for a Large Girl as he’s standing in front of a worker, & for being in a “non judgement” gym I felt alittle judged!

I am overall pleased with this gym. However, when someone who is clearly juiced and had one too many pre workouts keeps grunting loudly for attention like a big silver back gorilla on the bench press and distracting people, then whats a lunk alarm there for anyway if no one is going to sound the alarm when this happens?!

I really like going to this Planet. The machines here arent all ripped up like the ones at the 27th st location. I always see someone cleaning and the staff is nice.

Clean and new but I didnt feel excited to join here. Took a tour by myself and had to ask about classes. I was handed a schedule.

This gym is spacious and clean, the employees are all very friendly. Theres plenty of equipment and machines so the gym is never over crowded.

I love the staff (Demi is amazing), they are super friendly, full of energy and life. Only $20 a month and it comes with sooooo many perks! I live for the hydro massages (talk about in love).. Free workout consultations helping me work towards my goals!

Horrible customer service. When signing up online, I was told I would be given a tour of the location. When I got there, all they did was have me sign a waiver absolving them of any responsibilities if something goes wrong while using their tanning services..... No tour, nothing. Now, I want to cancel, and they want me to come in to cancel the membership, as they are hoping Ill be too lazy to do. Instead of just providing good customer service and cancelling the membership. The fact that they must bill your checking account directly should be the first red flag that something shady is going on with their practices. Stay away. Be judged, its better than being screwed over by the gym.

Big, beautiful gym right by my house! Dope perks for only $20 a month. A steal if you go to the gym regularly!
