The people who work there seem to be very rude for no reason, especially the women at the front desk. Never going there again.

If you have to go to vestal and vestal Im REALLY SORRY......You will have little to no input on the product you receive.you are most likely sold what they can make the most money on.They LITERALLY jumped on me for not buying enough contacts from them over the last year, I guess they forgot about glasses.But forgetting is probably a common occurrence as it seemed like I went in a retirement home when I walked in,and Im sure technology has changed since they were in school in the 50s.They dont listen to you,talk over you,they know all you know nothing (just ask them).They cost me more for an exam than anywhere Ive ever been (even with insurance).ill will personally be glad when they close for good so they can no longer bully someone who goes to them for help....Like I said at first if you absolutely have to go there im sorry and I wish you luck

To old dont wanna work with you on contacts only wanna get you glasses need to get with modern time ppl

Nice people for the most part but very outdated mindset and tend to be rude if you question them in the slightest..Not horrible but certainly wouldn’t reccomend them for children!
