Terrible Pharmacy. Never have any meds in stock that Dr. prescribes. If a med needs a PA, good luck. You do that yourself and explain to the techs that insurance has approved it. I feel like I have to do everything for them call wise. I had to get a PA on a med they said, and I got a letter in the mail saying my insurance approved my med. I called them to no avail. The United States Post Office is faster than these people. I will be transferring to a locally owned pharmacy soon. Absolutely no one at this particular Walmart pharmacy gives a $%@# about your health!

Usually a good place to visit and shop but lately it has been full of rude employees with a few exceptions. Asked a lady for help and she told me they were sold out of what I wanted and said I could leave. Went to another area and found another employee who helped me find the item I wanted which they did have.

Very poor customer service. They treat you like you are bothering them when you walk up to get prescriptions. And talk about getting the run around when they make a mistake. Ridiculous!!

Was recommended by my dr to use them to get some eye drops filled. Normally always use Walgreens and wished I would’ve again. They are terribly slow and when they say 15 mins they mean 4 hours or more. Dr told me I needed to get these in my immediately after the operation and 4 more times that day but thanks to the staff here I might be lucky to get in 1 drop before bedtime.

I am completely done trying to buy anything through this pharmacy. One pharmacist in particular is to blame. I am only sorry that in my several issues with her, I have not thought to look at her name tag. On three separate occasions over the past few years she has refused to sell me pseudophedrene products from behind the counter. Though I realize that there are lots of druggies in Greene County, I am not one of them. Pseudophedrene is an effective, legal product for real symptoms, not just the base for making some kind of illegal drug. If there is any question, why doesnt the pharmacist just look at my purchase history? Instead, this woman has refused my purchases on separate occasions over the past few years for not demonstrating sufficient symptoms during my store visit, trying to purchase products for my teenage son who was at home sick and not with me during my visit, and finally this last time she refused to bring the package I inquired about to the consultation counter so that I could be certain I was replacing my medication with the same product I had been using. That last incident was just yesterday. Today, I am sitting at home with an earache, swollen face, and severe congestion and I am out of medication because of one pharmacist who thinks she is an MD, as well as judge and jury when it comes to buying medication. I will be calling the store to complain to management this morning.Walmart lost my prescription business long ago because of their ridiculous attempt to keep me shopping and spending money for several hours instead of just filling my Rx. Now they have lost my over the counter business as well. I can get faster service with less suspicion and judgement at Walgreens. I feel strongly that most of these issues are employee discretion, not any kind of law, and I am certain I am not the only customer who has been treated in this manner. Is it not enough that I show my license and sign for everything as per the letter of the law? I am only sorry that I cannot identify the pharmacist by name. I was so stunned and aggravated when I left the store that I just walked out.

The employees seem to be trying to make everything take 10 times longer than necessary. Ignore the fact that you are in line and act dissapointed when they fiannaly run out of ways to stall and actually have to serve you. Takes an hour to get through a 3 person line, and you dont feel welcome there. One time i tried the drive thru, convient is not how i would describe that experience. On a scale of one to ten they have earned every point of negative 12.
