Most thorough eye exam Ive ever had. Dr. Taylor explained every aspect of my eyesight, and I feel more educated about my vision. Ive had some rough exams in the past, but Dr. Taylor and his staff, were thorough, friendly, and professional. I appreciate that they take time to explain procedures, and have patience when testing. Everyone in this office treated me with kindness, and respect. Its the first time in years that I received eye glasses that were correct, and fit properly on the first try. I highly recommend them for exams and glasses. BTW, my family and friends said my glasses look great! Thank you all!

Today was my 14 year old daughter’s first appointment with this eye clinic. I will never set foot in this place again. I had them reverse the charges they made and release my daughter back to me. I was not allowed to enter with my daughter even with both of us wearing our masks. My daughter suffers of migraines and cannot have her eyes dilated. I was told that she had to, or do some other option, that was an additional $30. I said NO but that was not acceptable to this office. I even offered to call our primary doctor so he could verify that she cannot have her eyes dilated or the other alternative that they suggested. My daughter has been seen by three different eye specialists in the past 10 years and never had to go through what happened today at this place. As she was sitting inside, I was on the phone (in my car) with them explaining why she cannot have her eyes dilated. The nurse and receptionist both made unkind remarks and were not very nice to my daughter. My daughter texted me “mommy please the are not very nice, please get me out of here”. I did get here out of there and spoke to the nurse and receptionist, and their excuse was that they never heard of this and couldn’t believe it. Shocking to me that they didn’t understand this and even more frustrating that they didn’t believe me when I explained it.

AMAZING! I cant even tell you how happy I am that I went to Tri City and Dr. Norton. I will be able to see again! I had the cataract surgery from hell (from a different eye doctor) and Dr. Norton has managed to give me a prescription thats going to help me see near and far. Dr. Norton took the time to go over everything with me, answered all my questions, then introduced me to Gloria to find glasses. I love Gloria! I felt like family there. She helped me feel comfortable and gave me options to choose from but never forced any upgrades on me. I would recommend Tri City Vision to anyone who needs an amazing eye doctor and team! Thanks yall!

Amazing! The exam was the most thorough one Ive ever had. Dr. Norton is knowledgeable and obviously keeps up-to-date in her field of expertise. Best exam Ive ever had. Doctor Norton had high tech instruments to check my eyes. She checked more than just to see if I needed stronger glasses like for eye disease. They had lots of cool frames to choose from. The glasses lady helped me pick what fit my face. I bought glasses and sunglasses and very happy. The prices were very reasonable for the service I received.

I love all these people at Tri City Vision. They are all so helpful, friendly , and thorough . Dr. Norton is the only one that can get my prescription eye glasses correct. She is awesome, she makes you feel important. Love all of you. God Bless You All!

I started going to Tri City Vision since 2014 and everytime I leave, its with a smile on my face because everyone is so pleasant and they actually care about you and your vision.Dr. Norton knows her business. The same is also true about everyone that she employs. I can only speak very highly about Tri City Vision Center when asked if I would recommend them, which indeed, I do.

Dr. Norton and her staff are the absolute BEST vision care that Ive ever been to!! She has seen my entire family for 10 years. She is very very sweet, and always gives you a very thorough exam. Gloria is the BEST at helping me always pick out the perfect frames!! Love them!!

Very friendly and professional staff. Impressed with equipment and software, most eye clinics I have been to are using old technology and paper charts. Loved Dr Norton, she is very knowledgable and also very down to earth and fun. Highly recommend!

Dr. Norton and her staff were extremely professional and kind. She was the first optometrist to help correct my astigmatism. They have a great frame selection. The frame Gloria Coffman helped me pick perfectly suits my style.

Nancy has no clue how to fit a patient with contacts.. I was examined by here fitted and could never see through what she prescribed... I was treated as if it was my fault... this is one of the worst places that I have ever been . I would not recommend any one go here...

They treat you like you are the most important customer they have. Everyone is extra friendly and helpful. Tried other Drs when mine retired, no one could get my progressive lenses correct, but Tri Cities Vision. Thank you all for taking the time to figure out how to get it right the first time. It took me about a month to get in but they called almost weekly letting me know if they had an opening sooner an the staff was excellent very friendly my glasses came in about 3 days after my appointment all around great service.
