Receptionist some obnoxious Karen was extremely rude to me because I couldnt hear her and she started to loudly speak and over enunciate each word to me as if I am idiot and couldnt understand the meaning of words.

My doctor Erica Conrad was very knowledgeable and caring as was her nurse. But good luck getting help in a hurry if you need it. Phone tree system is a nightmare and if you leave a voicemail you might get a call back in a couple weeks time. The one time I got though to the front desk the lady who answered tried every way to divert me from taking to and seeing my doctor. And tried to set me up with a nurse practitioner there who Id never saw and would have had no idea how to provide proper care. When I declined she laughed at me and I gave up and hung up after that.

I keep getting charged for things I shouldnt be charged for I called my insurance they said it was the Tusculum family physicians doing this not on their part Tusculum family physicians wont see you unless you pay the balance thats owed even if you are not responsible for it according to my insurance company very horrible place I do not recommend

5-The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are nice. 3-Same day appointments not usually available. 3-Getting ahold of someone on the phone is usually a challenge. 5-However, they do have an after hours clinic that costs the same price as your regular office visit co-pay. 3-Over the summer they charged me $20 for a “missed appointment” for being eleven minutes late to the appointment and the lady at the front refused my appointment. Today I had to wait 25 minutes before I was seen. Buttttttt... I did not charge them $20 for being late to the appointment, hmmmm. I think this should work both ways here!!! (Food for thought)

I tried getting help from the nurse practitioner on numerous occasions for issues due to my Mom passing away in April 2017. To make matters worse, my Dad then passed away in May 2018. I went back a few times afterward still trying to get some help, but I finally gave up.

Drs. Carla and Ken Nickle and staff are terrific. She and her PAs, nurse practitioners, and staff are always kind and take time to discuss your problems. You never have to feel embarrassed to talk about anything with them, and theyll throw in the laughs for free! LOL Best doctors office ever!
