In my opinion, this is the best place to go for anything minor to urgent. Practically no wait time to be seen, very nice staff, they also have their own xray and radiologist for quick and inexpensive xrays. Their hours of service are also very impressive compared to a walk in or primary physician. Tell em tattoo face sent you.

Sat in my car for @ 4 hours yesterday to be able to do a simple pre-employment DOT urine test. 4 hours! Express should absolutely NOT be part of their name. What a joke!!

Everyone working there was as nice as u can ask for. That goes for the receptionist and the nurses the one alaina was really awesome. I would not mind seeing her again

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Tested negative for COVID but still feeling under the weather. They couldn’t tell me what was wrong since it obviously wasn’t COVID but didn’t treat me and basically acted as if I didn’t need to be there. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect especially as YOUR patient.

I came in really needing to be seen, I didnt have my insurance card and didnt know my ID number, they told me they couldnt look up my insurance info and I asked how much a copay would be and they said they couldnt allow me to pay a copay if I have insurance. Even though Ive read that you can be reimbursed by your insurance later on. So not sure if any of that is accurate or not. Every other doctors office and emergency room Ive been to has been able to look up my insurance without me having the card or ID. Just curious for future reference if this is the case for all walk in clinics!

If there was a way to leave no star i would. Took my wife in and sat in the truck for over two hrs , watched people go in that come after we did. What a joke definitely need to take the word express out of there name

Adam and Amber were so courteous and helpful. Great care and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Been there several times and always got great care. Thank you Adam and Amber for being so compassionate.

Ugh, here for pre employment testing, everyone else is coming in for covid testing because of exposure or symptoms. Im not sick, have no symptoms of covid but they say I cant leave because of employment testing. I feel over exposed sitting in this hot box!!

The wait time is way too long. There were people before my boyfriend that had been waiting for over two hours. My boyfriend just came in for a pre-employment drug screening, and he had been waiting for an hour. They still let people who came in after him go before him. I will never come to this place again.

People at the desk were beyond rude, and there needs to be a better timeframe they provide services. I waited over three hours when multiple others went ahead of me yet arrived AFTER me.

So reading the reviews of the ole grumpy rude lady well I must have finally be able to meet her today !! Rude ! If a patient comes and request to see a doctor not any one should question it or try and get you to go somewhere else I paid for the treatment last visit and the treatment isn’t working if I spent my money and the issue isn’t taken care of you come back and try another route ! Don’t be condescending and rude you have one job that’s to check people in and get to be seen by a doctor it’s not your judgement to dictate weather I need to see a doctor ! If you want that title become a doctor not a tech next step is to dispute the charge with my bank and get a refund never again will I waste time here oh and not to mention getting me to pay over 100.00 for the first visit then only have to 50$ per visit after that telling me it was cheaper that route than use my insurance ..spoke with my insurance and they said it’s cheaper to use insurance will also be filing a complaint with my insurance company as possible fraud

Took myself and my 1 year old son in here to be seen. Asked if they would work with me on my copay which is $150.00 for both of us. They said we couldnt be seen without it.Edited to add that I can go to any other urgent care without needing the co-pay up front besides this one. Also 150 is exactly what we pay for us both. $75 a piece.

Poor staff very rude never got to see a doctor

Never made it past the front desk. I was vacationing nearby and my 10 month old son got sick. They said they opened at 9 on sat, I called from 9am-945 and it had the closed message on. When I got there they wouldnt see my son because he was not over 1 year old. This is exactly why I called beforehand, so I didnt drive all the way there for no reason. The people at the front desk were incredibly rude and not apologetic. I would not want to be treated by these people.

We were in town visiting and I took my daughter in for an earache around 4:00PM on a Monday and didn’t wait more than 5 minutes. Office staff, nurse and doctor were so patient and kind. I wish I could take this office home with me. The doctor was so personable and joked with my daughter and made her feel so comfortable.

Very Professional, personal ,very impressed. The doctor and nurse were great. Wish they would take regular patients. I would be one of them.

Ive taken both of my children to be seen here. I had already been iffy with urgent cares but once I was seen here it completely changed my mind. She actually listened to me as a concerned mom and asked what I felt like it was, and didnt judge my mom diagnosis. I recommend everyone to go here. This is our 2nd stop if their pediatrician cant see them.

Our daughter had not been feeling well. We wanted to have her tested for the influenza virus considering the CDC has classified it as widespread in Tennessee, and some of her classmates had been diagnosed.Upon our arrival I went inside to ask if she might been seen in a timely manner as we were under a time constraint. We had an appointment for a meeting with the coaching staff, and they were adamant that we not be late. The staff at HEUC&OM assured me that they could accommodate us. They were patient with me, and answered all of the questions I posed to them in a positive, and highly informative manner. I cannot remember the last time I had experienced such customer service and welcoming feeling at a medical facility.After the intake process, i.e. insurance, I.D., forms, I went to our vehicle and got my wife and daughter. We sat in the waiting room for mere moments before she was called. Subsequent to them going to the exam area I asked if I might pay, so I could return to the vehicle and wait for them there. I was promptly presented the bill, paid, and returned to the vehicle. I made it a point to get the names of the staff prior to leaving, as I wanted to write this review. I have only written one other review in my entire life. EVER!When my wife and daughter returned to the vehicle we had ample time to make our scheduled appointment. She was negative for the virus, but was diagnosed with a sinus infection for which she was prescribed medications to treat the issue. The first thing I heard when they got in the vehicle was my daughter say; she was so nice, to which my wife concurred.I want to thank the staff at Health Express Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine for the excellent professional service, and friendly personal attention we received during our visit. We wish them continued success and recommend their services to anyone in need.

Wonderful doctors, nurses & staff. In & out. Highly recommend.

They open at 8:00a. Got there at 7:50a. The first employee pulled in at 7:55a. The second employee pulled in at 8:00a. I checked the door at 8:02, and it was locked. I got back in the car. I checked the door again at 8:10, still locked. I could see the lady at the reception desk. I work in the healthcare field, and Ive never worked anywhere that would allow us to be that late without repercussions. They could have at least unlocked the door and let me know what the holdup was. But I was in too much pain to deal with that, so I went to Takoma instead.

This place treats people horrible, they told my husband he would have to work even with his ribs black and purple. He told them he unloaded trucks they told him it would hurt thats all. Got a call right after he when i to work that he had passed out.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and provided excellent care!

They have a good Dr there and is very caring about your problem.

Came there with terrible pain came to get seen I was turned away I dont know when a receptionist ever practiced medicine then for her to address my issue with no prior knowledge of the medication im on made the situation even worse NEVER again will go back she put 2 symptoms together that had absolutely nothing to do with each other and not only that read to lazy to get back out her chair to ask the doctor!!!
