I have been here for 3 hours. I have 3 children but they wont let us go back at the same time because of covid. Apparently only 3 people can be in a room at one time, but not 4 even though we are from the same household. They asked for me to leave one of my children in the waiting room by themselves. We go on different rooms the exams and in between rooms they make us go back in the waiting room so they can clean. What could have been cleaned once now has to be cleaned 3 separate times because they wont let us all go back at the same time. They are now closed and we are still here and not even halfway through our appointment.

The appointment today was for my 6 year old Grand Daughter. I was super impressed at the way we were treated. Everyone we encountered was polite, kind and treated my 6 year old with such sweetness. I appreciate their dedication to making sure that she was happy and making sure she understood everything that was going on. They are true professionals. I would refer anyone to go there.

The eye 👁️ exam went very well. She said the pressure in my eyes were down which is good. The eye drops are working on my glaucoma.

They always take great care of my grandson. He always has a nice selection to pick from. And every one there is so nice and helpful.

The staff was friendly, the doctor was nice very informative about everything we needed to know. Also the pricing from the exam to the glasses was very reasonable. This is a great eye care center.

First time here. The staff were friendly. The doctor was great. She explained what was going on with my eyes even showed me the pictures as she explained. I left feeling I had a better understanding of my eyes and what will happen in the future with them.

Got me in less than 24 hrs after calling for appr. Dr and staff were all very helpful, courteous, and caring with a thorough examination from the front staff to Dr and assistants.

In and out within an hour. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

I had a new DR. She did a great job.

Front staff Kelly very rude and unprofessional. Very unknowledgeable of what is going on. The patient has been in states care with agency and has been seen at this office for years but staff refused for staff per patient to come inside until staff called agency to verify. Staff even had paperwork proof. She needs to read before coming out to get patients so she is better prepared.Otherwise other staff and doctor was very nice and helpful.

This place is terrible. The front employees are incompetent and have no clue what they’re doing. I have been going there for years and twice now when I have ordered my contacts they only order my one prescription. So I have to wait for them to order my other prescription. I will NOT be coming back.On an upside the doctor is very kind and seems to care.

The receptionist that sits to the right closest to the door needs a serious attitude adjustment. I arrived with my minor daughter 15 minutes early for her exam. We gave this employee all of our insurance information, and filled out the necessary paperwork upon arrival. She proceeds to argue with me that my daughter did not have any insurance coverage, even though I clearly had a valid insurance card. She was too lazy to call the provider number on the card to verify coverage, so she demanded that I call and get it straightened out on my own with about 6 minutes until 4pm-otherwise my daughter would be turned away and have to wait another month or so for an appointment. I got the coverage verified on my own cell phone within 5 minutes. The insurance provider told me that my daughter was in fact covered- and when I went to hand my cell phone to Miss Attitude to speak with the insurance company I had on the line-she wouldnt even take the call. She made me hand my cell phone to the employee that sits to the left- she clearly let us know she did not want to deal with the situation. Besides her the eye Doctor and other staff was great-but I will never, ever go back there with my daughter. This employee treated us in the most undignified way. She should be fired! I wish I would have got her name before I left!

Waited an hour and 45 minutes to be seen after my appointment time.

UNPROFESSIONAL and INCONSIDERATE. Had my eye appointment scheduled for weeks at this place. Today is Jan 29th yes it is snowing. After arriving early for my appointment, I found a sign taped to the door saying because of snow their office may be close today. I may be overreacting but I feel phone call would have been appropriate. Greeneville Eye Care Center apparently the word CARE means all about themselves. On a positive note I would like to thank the establishment for showing me how much they care about their patients. I will definitely take my money and my eye care to someone else.

Had an appointment for today at 9am, made long time ago. When I get here they go we dont have doctors on Monday anymore and we supposed to call you or send a card...anyway Im coming like an idiot loosing $ at my business just to find out all this. No excuses for this unprofessional eye center

My daughter has been a patient here for over ten years, never had an issue with staff. My husband is a Veteran and they work with all of his insurances so that he can be seen here too instead of driving to the clinic in Johnson City. I would definitely recommend them.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My glasses tint came off twice! The second time they said their guarantee only worked for 1 repair! 😡 I will never go back their again!

Was probably the most pleasant eye exam I had ever had..the entire staff was very nice and friendly and very professional.

My husband felt totally rushed through the exam. They dilated his eyes before they did the fraction. Which, in turn, completely messed up his prescription. He went through 2 sets of glasses before we realized the prescription they gave him was wrong. We had to pay for another optometrist to get a second test done. East View Eye Care, P.C. did a great job! Now he has the right prescription. It was a big hassle and pain to deal with the whole process we had to go through to get the right prescription for his glasses. I would save my money and the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Dr. Yandell was very nice. The receptionists were nice.

Policy change from this doctor, you can no longer fill a Rx for contacts if you did not get the exam there. Staff is very unfriendly.i have walked in many times while they are socializing and been ignorned. I will not be going back.

Showed up for an appointment and was told it was not that day Appointment card clearly said what day it was Was told it was for another dayAsked for copies of records that I had been asked to pick up staff member very rudeWhen we showed back up on the day they told us too Same rude staff asks are you are the one here the other day did u reschedule your appointment I said no why would I she should we Assumed you was cancelling your appointment when u asked for your recordsI said well you never should assume anything I never once canceled this appointment and she will be seen today After filling out the paperwork I told back to staff member handed it to her She raised her voice to me saying dont be hostile I said what do u mean Hostile if anyone is hostile its u and if you are doing this bc u dont wanna see a disabled person I will report u She has a right like everyone else to be seen She changed her story at this time pointed at a camera and said do u want me to show u that u cancelled this appointment the other day bc I will threatened me that I better be carefulI proceeded to tell her I would gladly like to watch it bc I clearly never asked for the appointment to be cancelled but she walked awayI ask to speak to manager on duty but she refusedClearly did not want to deal with thisBut this was clearly exactly what I thoughtThey do not want to deal with disabled ppl and that is clearly wrongThe staff member should be fired for talking to customers this way !We reported to State and will never return there not bc of eye doctors there but bc of their staff they have upfront that are rude and need to realize that we pay her salary

Everyone is professional and very polite! The Dr’s are absolutely fantastic answering questions and taking their time with patients.

I really liked this place, they have a good team, they are kind and they answer any questions you have.
