Every time I go to pick up a prescription whether it be mine or for my children it’s never ready . It’s always in process . 4 hours 10 hours or next day after doctor calls or sends it in , it’s never ready . People’s lives are to short to set in line for 30 mins just for them to say it’s not ready it’s still in process .

Just trying to deliver 4 pallets of water and the guy won’t get the electric jack from the floor to pull the pallets off. Have been in the dock for 1 hour now. What a joke Kroger. Drivers have all the time in the world clowns.

They cant seem to fill prescriptions correctly, and they refuse to refill them when they are supposed to be because everyone there seems to have developed a god complex. Go to CVS people!!
