Walmart has to be the worst at customer service ever. I order and pay online for an item. I follow all instructions, scan my barcode at the blue tower and I get the wrong item. Mistakes happen, I get that. I take the item to the customer service desk and they said they can’t help me for 24 hours! I ask to speak to a manager. I speak to Heather. She has zero interest in helping me either. Here is an idea take the wrong item to the shelf and bring me the item I ordered. Talk about a company that cannot see the forest through the trees! Having to make another trip after 24 hours, that kind of takes the convenience out of online ordering and pickup. I guess this minor detail slipped through the cracks when the group of geniuses were developing this service offering.

Being harassed for using the benches because Im 8 months pregnant and Im not supposed to be up for long periods of time but seeing as there are no other places to sit in Walmart with your groceries that have not been paid for yet Im left with no other option. RUDE. Im not disturbing anybody and there are no signs saying that I cant sit there.

Inferior people here. Lost my prescription twice; both times after i demanded speaking to supervisor they found it. Then filled my one prescrition twice but not before putting me on hold for exteneded period of time and THEN mocking and laughing at me while i was still on phone. I think they are on the drugs honestly. Ill never go there again unless they are last pharmacy in the USA. I didnt report the jerk woman who laughed and mocked me when i complained of a potential probldm with my script cause i believe somewhere down the road in the future she might do good for people.

Wal-Mart is a joke! Id rather pay more for something somewhere where they care about their customers, than pay less and be treated unfairly.

Worst pharmacy worst service. Told me it would take 15 minutes and Took over an hour. Horrible. Horrible
