Doctor Keshav is an excellent primary care physician. She is so nice and polite with excellent bedside manners. If she observes something wrong then she will have you do extensive lab work and referral you to a specialist as needed. I have the great pleasure of having Doctor Keshav as my primary care physician for over 5 years and I am so pleased. I promise you will be too!

I remember when I first came to her she was the only doctor who would listen to me and it seemed as though she genuinely cared… but I don’t feel that same way anymore I had an issue that could have easily been fixed but now I’m stuck disfigured and it’s because she didn’t care enough to listen and I was referred to a group of doctors who didn’t take action. I’ll never be the same mentally physically or emotionally.

I have been going to Dr. Keshav for years and I can honestly say her office is the best practice I have been too. I never have to wait a long time before being seen at my scheduled time. If I need a sick visit, she always schedule me in right away. Her front desk staff is amazing and offer great customer service. She is sweet and knowledgeable. My health has improved since seeing her and I always refer her to anyone looking for a new primary care physician.

I am a new patient my first visit was an annual they ordered blood work an x-rays the follow-up review they told me I have a balance and would not give my results until I paid. Wow I have not even gotten a bill yet they refused to honor my follow-up visit what if I have a life or death issue at least send me a bill before you refuse to share and sending me an email is not a bill from the insurance company telling me how much they paid and what my portion

Dr. Keshav has been my primary care physician for a few years and I am absolutely pleased. She is thorough, personable, caring, and easy to talk to. She is a great listener and takes her time to explain things. She shows genuine concern and has a calming spirit. The wait time is never longer than 10 - 15 minutes and I never feel rushed during my examination. In fact, sometimes I feel as if Im taking up too much of her time. Dr. Keshav is the best primary care physician Ive ever had. Shes knowledgable and out-of-the-box with her treatment decisions. Since Im not a fan of taking too many unnecessary prescriptions for conditions that can be treated naturally, I love that she has that same mindset by incorporating natural remedies with medical treatments to avoid over prescribing patients. Furthermore, her bedside manner is fantastic and her staff is so friendly and diligent.

I’ve been going to Dr. Keshav for several years and I love her. She’s kind, thorough, and accommodating. Here office location was never convenient for me since the first day I came but I was desperate to find a doctor I could trust. I’ve found that in Dr. Keshav through the years I’ve moved further and further away and I’m still willing to drive over an hour to see her instead of looking for another doctor. My husband had the same issue with finding someone he could trust. I told him about her, he made the switch years ago and I haven’t heard any complaints from him.

There are a few things I look for when selecting a doctor, the ease of making appointments, professionalism of front office staff, if they over book appointments or not, if the doctor is patient, listens and is easy to talk to and does not judge, lastly their knowledge.Dr. Keshav has been my doctor for a year now, and her staff have met my requirements. She gave me the referrals and the treatment I needed to get better and maintain good health.

I went to Dr. Kashav for about two years. She started out being caring but over the years her demeanor has gotten rough. I was experiencing dire pain in my scalp that I could not figure out and she was dismissive about it. The pain was intense and landed me on the ER twice. She made it seem like it was nothing. If it was nothing I would not have been in tears. I went to another doctor who told me I had shingles. After medication I finally was able to get some relief but I will never go back to Dr. Keshav.

Dr. Keshav has been my primary care doctor for a couple years now. My experience with her during my visits have always been exceptional, especially during the few months she was seeing her patients through virtual visits. The staff is kind and also attentive to their patients. Dr. Keshav is very earnest, understanding and caring towards her patients. Any concerns I needed to address were always heard and she made me feel well taken care of. I was referred to her by a relative and would gladly refer her to anyone else.

Dr. Keshav has been my primary doctor for about five years. She is very caring and makes sure you are informed and provides great advice on keeping you on track with your health. She speaks with care, and makes a person like me who is normally nervous about doctor visits feel more relaxed.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Keshav last year, and I had a pleasant experience. I decided to schedule an appointment again to get a second set of blood test done. I mentioned that I had originally went to quest to get blood work done. When I told her that her response was extremely rude and unbecoming of a physician. She expressed that it was impossible to get blood work done at quest without a doctors note(false) and she then accused me of lying or doing something behind closed doors because in her 20 years of practicing she has never heard of someone doing that. She also told me that she does not work with patients like me and that if I wanted to do things like that in the future....I should find another doctor. I was extremely shocked by this response, and I hope Dr. Keshav learns how to speak to patients whom she doesnt necessarily agree with in a better way.

Dr. Keshav was very nice, but....I have to say that I was disappointed that my visit with her was not what I was hoping. I initially called the office and asked for an appointment for a physical to establish a new PCP and the office staff said they were only doing virtual visits, so I expected it to somehow be a virtual physical understanding that things look different now because of COVID. My visit ended up being the physician asking me about my health history which could easily have been done by me filling out a questionnaire form (which any other office would do to save everyone time and money). Then, after this visit, my insurance was charged $250 and I was charged $30 copay. On top of that, I was given another appointment to get a physical in person which is what I wanted in the first place. I do not get a lot of time off work and try to fit these appointments in on days off so now I need to use another day off to get a physical. I will not be going back to this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Keshav for many years. I am a 60 year old white male. I feel very comfortable bringing any health issue to her. Her bedside manner is calm, understanding, and compassionate. As a primary care doctor I would recommend her to anyone I know. I love Dr. Keshav I have been going to her for over a year now. I came to her from another primary care physician who always wanted to medicate a symptom oppose to giving me advice on how to lower my blood pressure or cholesterol. Dr. Keshav gave me some healthy options that pretty much work if I follow them! LOL....however, its good to have other options if medication is not mandatory!!!

I would like to say that Im a new patient and so far I am impressed with Dr Keshev! I have only seen her via video calls but she has been very pleasant and very attentive! She immediately sent me for lab work and found out that my iron was very low! Dr Keshev started treatment for me right away!! She also sent me for several x-rays etc,! I never knew as a bariatric patient that I was suppose to take vitamin B12 injections and she informed me of that also. I must say that anything that I mention to her concerning my overall health, she goes above and beyond to solve my issues! Im not going anywhere as long as this woman stays in practice! I believe that I have found a doctor that I will have longevity with!!! If you are considering her go ahead and make the right choice for yourself, I have already referred my sister to her as well!!! She may act nicely, but very unprofessional and unethical. Dangerous tbh. Highly unrecommended. As a physician, she would want to dictate your life and won’t issue risk-preventing medication. She would say something like “your HIV test is negative so you don’t need PreP”, so make sure your assess her education and your risk before continue going.

Dr. Keshav is very knowledgeable and appears to have a passion for her profession. One of her assistants who did my ekg in preparation for my ankle surgery was very patient, caring and pleasant. I enjoyed my visit.

I was suppose to be a new patient but I thought alot of things were suspicious and I didnt want to give someone all my info online to an email that no one could respond back too. So I cancel my appointment and the front desk guy which Im assuming all employees are family says your not aloud to cancel and starts laughing at me. I havent even signed anything? And if thats who sees your information then I definitely dont want that. Even the woman at the front desk very snarky and rude. Sure doctor might be great but I dont wanna give my info to people that arent professional. Im sure theyll even say something snarky to this review as well.

Strictly AWESOME!!! EXCELLENT Bedside manner. Unlike my last Dr. she takes the time to talk, listen, shows concern and then make a command decision on whats best for you. If it wasnt for her, my stage 1 Prostate cancer would have gone probably a few years without being detected. I switched over to her at the beginning of the year and once she seen my past records, she referred me to a specialist right away (something my old Dr of 4 years should have probably been recommended. Im very grateful for her great work and attention to detail!

I really dont like writing much, but I took the time to give this review with the hope that it will help someone to get better care by choosing Dr. Keshav as their primary care doctor. Dr. Keshav is a great doctor who cares very much about her patient health. She takes her time to listen to her patient and allow them to ask questions and share their fears and concerns. She also seems to be a very experienced doctor and usually diagnose correctly the first time rather than have you going back to her for the same issue. You will never feel rushed with this doctor. I dont mind it when she is late to see me because she is with another patient because I know that she will take her time to get me the best care. My husband and I have been seeing her for about ten years now. Even though we relocated. We still drive two hours to see her because we tried other doctors closer to home and never could get the good care like we did when we see her.Some times I have to call the office a couple of times to get lab slip or prescription refills, but I am okay with with, because I dont want to change my doctor again and ended up in the emergency and missed worked like I did when I moved and changed to another doctor.One good thing about Dr. Keshav is that if you have a health concerns that she cannot treat herself she always sends you to a specialist that is experienced and will take good care of you. I would recommend Dr. Keshav to anyone who has tried other doctors and is not getting better.

Waste of time and money. I was at rockville location the other day , I had an appointment and by the time i reached office it’s closed no sign of out for lunch or closed nothing. After several calls to clinic they mentioned that location is closed and opens in an hour as doctor is on the way. After 1 hour of waiting they told that doctor won’t be able to make it today and here is the other doctor who can take care of you. She didn’t even check what’s the problem is and asked me to take advil.. common guys i can take that over the counter i don’t have to see a doctor for that prescription. So negligible.. Never going back again !! NEVER !! BE AWARE !!

Dr. Keshav is great have been coming to her for many years now, she takes her time to listing to your concerns and take her time answering to those concerns. I have moved far but still travel to see her. My only reason for not giving her a 5 star review is because at times her staff can be rude and a little unprofessional ( like I said at times) I work in the medical filed and know that not all people are the most charming to deal with so I try to understand them. Will continue to come see Dr. Keshav.

Dont waste your time. This practice refused to see my nephew for a pre-op visit after concerns the insurance company would not pay for the visit. This despite the insurance company promising over the phone that they would, providing a case number and after I agreed to pay for the visit and get reimbursed later. They did not care about the patients needs at all and my nephew who is a minor and was scheduled for surgery had to move the surgery because we had to find another PCP to do the evaluation. It is sad when doctors offices put money above patient care but in this case, I also think discrimination played a role because we were black.For me to offer to pay for the visit and still be refused, just didnt make any sense. The doctor refused to come out and speak with us. Stay away from this practice unless you dont mind being treated poorly. I have never felt so disrespected by a doctor and his staff. My nephew walked out on his crutches disappointed at the prospect of not getting his surgery as planned. They were truly heartless.

I personally cant say enough good things about Dr. Keshav. I recommend her to anyone I know who mentions they have health problems of any type. She has excellent bedside manners and cares about her patients. My adult daughter and I both go to her and we equally sing her praises BIG time.I originally came to her because of her flexible hours but stayed because of her approach to health care. Without hesitation I recommend her. If she is in your network consider her as your primary care provider.

Dr kashev is a great doctor but unfortunately her staff just makes it so hard for me to want to continue care here. They can be very unprofessional at times and Marlene even hung up on me when I asked a simple question that I’m guessing she didn’t have the answer to. Love the doctor but her staff gets 0 stars from me

I love the time Dr. Keshav takes with each of her patients. She very kind and show real concern for her patients. Been a patient of her for years and even moved to Hagerstown but still travel to Greenbelt. I just feel so comfortable with her being my doctor.

Im super disappointed that I even have to give this office 1 star, especially because I was referred by another patient. The communication between the staff is completely off. The Dr also moves at a snails pace when it comes to making sure documents are available for patients to see in their portal online. I work in Healthcare and have seen many different examples of a busy office and I dont really think its an excuse for lack of work being done. Its not an excuse a patient wants to hear and its definitely not an excuse that holds up when a patient shows up late because the office will cancel your appointment if so. Im saddened that I didnt get the attention to detail that Ive seen so many others say they have. I wont be returning and will seek another PCP and hope I dont have to deal with the same thing.

Dr Keshav is awesome. She is patient, caring, extremely knowledgeable in conventional and alternative medicine, she doesnt rush ,she listens intently, and always has a smile. If one waits longer than normal, its because shes giving the best treatment she can for that patient and that means all patients. Shes the best!!

Dr. Keshav takes her time with you, she listens and guides you in the right direction. I normally can get an appointment that fits my schedule and the wait time isnt long. I have not had any issues with her or the staff. Ive been seeing her for about 3-4 yeas now. I love her as my doctor!

Dr. Keshav is thorough, however her office staff makes it very difficult to take care of simple tasks such as medication refills or follow up questions. Since these are the bulk of our interactions with a primary care provider the frustration mounts quickly.

Shes hands on. I like that she generally cares alot about her patients health. She be very persistent at times but she does to keep you on track. She can be 🔥 firery at times if you dont follow instructions.
