Drove 17 plus miles after two phone calls (my wife was told the same because she did not know that I had called) to secure appointment for blood test. Was told I could get there any time after 9:00 today because they were open between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.I got there at 9:22 and was told that the person that administers the test would not be there until the afternoon at about 2:00 pm and I could visit another facility to get the test done.Mr. Murdock (Jr.) and others, whomever is making these appointments/decisions MUST be aware of the staffing situation, they are not doing you any favors. Whatever process is in place MUST be restructured to avoid circumstances like mine.I visited the other facility and was told the wait time was over 45 minutes, obviously way outside my available time allocated for this appointment.IGH
