Before my appointment I was very nervous not knowing what to expect upon arrival I was greeted with warm smiles. The ladies at the counter was very professional. The ultrasound tech was very friendly and explain in detail every thing she will be doing , she was very friendly and had a wonderful bubbly personality. My first experience at CVR was perfect. The staff, from the front desk to testing to seeing the Dr. was punctual, courtesy,caring and well knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable . The environment was clean and warm. MY doctor explained everything to me and answered all my questions without rushing and in detail. I would strongly recommend CVR as per my personal experience.

My appointment with Vein Restoration was great. The front desk staff was professional and courteous. I did not have a long wait after checking in nor in the room. The ultrasound technician explained the process as she was performing and answered my questions regarding what I saw on the screen. The nurse practitioner saw me shortly after the ultrasound and explained the results. Although I had no issues on my results, she suggested some exercise I can do to help with my complaints.

It was extremely hot in the offices but the customer service was great! Very personable

I had a vein study done at the Greenbelt location this morning, and my experience was, for the most part, positive. The receptionist was very nice, and the nurse who went over my diagnostic results was very knowledgeable and thorough. My issue was the lack of communication from the technician performing the test. While he didnt do anything overtly unprofessional, I think its very important to communicate what youre going to do with a patient. It can be very jarring to have a technician begin testing and touching you without explaining how it will work, especially if the patient has never had the test done before (as was the case with me). Again, a mostly positive experience, but when youre dealing with a patients personal space and the test involves physically touching them, I dont think there can ever be too much communication between technician and patient.

I have not seen a more dedicated staff.Keep up.

Awful experience with the Greenbelt and Alexandria locations. They tried to overcharge me for my services there. I had to do my own trouble shooting to determine how much I owed if anything. My leg is still in pain. Much more so now. I was rushed through the entire process while at the facility for treatment. They did not numb me enough prior to starting the procedure. I have lost sensation in two areas of my leg. I was encouraged to get services I didn’t need after seeking a second opinion. Don’t waste your time or money. If I could give no stars, I absolutely would.

Didnt know what to expect but from the first step to the last step of my appointment i genuinely enjoyed my visit. The staff so polite and professional. My Technician Cheryl was so attentive and had a good sense of humor. That just made feel comfortable and relaxed. The Doctor was very friendly and took his time to explain the procedure. I must say the staffs are amazing. The Tech is so knowledgeable about your job, but I so impressed by the Medical Assistant (she had me thinking for moment🤔🤔🤔, are you a RN or a doctor😂👏👏) the is super amazing he took is time to make sure he understands everything that you are saying to him. The young lady at the front desk is super amazing, Im not sure if she Spanish but your customer service attitude is excellent. Kudos to you receptionist. I visited another doctor for pain and swollens in my legs and he gave me blood thinner not knowing what is wrong with my leg, so I decided to get a 2nd opinion came to Center for Vein Restoration they did all the necessary tests found nothing and recommend the Ted stockings to monitor me and my legs started to feeling much better since I started wearing them. I am not sure of the Doctor name that saw me but thank you and if I have any problems before my next visit I will come in.

I did a vein treatment at this clinic, they told me that if I paid everything in full, I would get a discount and my surprise was a week I received an extra charge of 800 dollars and the treatment was not completed I do not recommend this clinic look for another Better option

Had an appointment at 3pm, not only was their hospitality superb but that their attempt to unearth every stone to get to the bottom of my problem was commendable. The entire staff of Dr. Sajiv and the doctor himself really took adequate time with me with a very high degree of personability, humor and professionalism. I couldnt believe the doctor himsef took me downstairs from his 3rd floor office to 1st floor office where i am expected to see him today. We all know that doctors have no business with you when theyre done with you. I was impressed. The only reason I deny them 5 star-rating is because that was my first-time with them and I have today and perhaps other days to observe them. I decided to give them a continued watch as i believe all humans have double-personalities, one you see the first time and another you see over time. But theyre great human beings trying to do good out there.
