Sherry is phenomenal! The evaluation and consult were so thorough. After a month of therapy, I feel great! My flexibility had improved so much and the tightness and soreness around my hip is gone. Thank you, to Sherry and her assistant for their patience and for being so gracious to me during my sessions. Youre the best!!

I walked in and was greeted with a smile, by the young ladies at the front desk. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I will recommend this office to anyone

The doctors here listen to the patient and take everything into consideration. They work with your other doctors to make sure they get the right course of action for your treatment plan and ensure that it is the right steps to take. You are informed in the process and they ensure you know all that will be taking place. Everyone in the office is really great and treat you like you have been coming there for years. I have yet to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable in this office. I can really appreciate all they have done to make me comfortable and ease my pain.

I have been attending APMI in Greenbelt for over four years now and so far I have zero complaints. The very cordial staff are helpful the clinic itself is very very clean and well-maintained and sanitized. My sciatic nerve and low back has been improving greatly since I started going back to therapy here. I highly recommend APMI and Monica Leid, PA-C is simply amazing she make you feel welcome from the time that you walk in the door shes always professional and kind she communicates well to make sure you understand everything before you leave the office. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at APMI in Greenbelt, especially my physical therapist, last but not least I had to speak about the medical receptionist Aisha😍 each time I walked in the door she greets me by my name and that makes me feel so welcomed. Once again, I recommend this APMI to anyone that needs Physical Therapy and Pain Management.

I generally have no complaints but today when I visited my pain management office in Greenbelt my experience was nothing but horrible. Monica Leid was very rude and unprofessional. My urine kept coming back with no temperature (so she claim)so i had to retake it 3 times .. she accused me of bringing urine in from outside and transferring it into their cup , secondly she just left me in the room for over an hour without giving me an explanation until I went into her office and asked her what was going. She said it was nothing she could do for me and I couldn’t get my prescription but if I wanted to I could schedule an appointment with the Dr. at a later date. I asked if I could retake the rest one more time and it finally had an temperature. It seems like this office is money hungry and they only want you to keep getting procedures done every three months and if u decline they make up stories and treat you like an criminal. I will be searching for a new pain center immediately because I don’t have to give my business where I’m treated like an criminal.

Hi my experience with this facility is really great and the Dr listens to what you have to say about the way your feeling and about the pain ur in and what will make you comfortable with the care that he or she provides for you also what type of procedures they have, what are your options n how the Dr take care of you when your in the room both you and the Doctor go over what your experiences are what both of you discuss ur feelings aboutthe way how they go over how they previouslydid with the care they did at that time.

This is bar none is the worst pain clinic I have ever been to (the APMI Greenbelt office). You are never given the opportunity to see an actual physician but instead, a bunch of ableist physician assistants. The wait time is unGodly. I had an appointment and waited over an hour to be seen though I was a current patient. Also, I find their PA staff to be quite cruel, dismissive, condescending, and for medical professionals, they have extremely poor bedside manner. The physician assistants act like its a nuisance to see you though youre paying for their time. They rarely make eye contact and show very little emotion or compassion towards patients. They make you wait forever to see them during your appointment. In the end, you only get to speak with them for less than 5 minutes. They dont even bother to remember or say your name.To be quite frank, I believe they are apart of the problem when it comes to racial bias in pain treatment. Research shows that black patients are less likely to be prescribed prescription pain medications than white patients. That why they act like its such a big deal to write you a damn prescription in their Greenbelt office. Its a predominantly black area. From my personal experience, Ive felt the discrimination first hand in how unwilling they are to allow you to speak on the phone to an actual doctor or the physician assistant, but just the receptionists. They treat you more like a criminal or drug addict and not a patient in chronic severe pain.I am disappointed I ever got treatment at their pain clinic and have given them my money for months only to have my pain management care to be awful and managed by such uncaring individuals.

I have been treated at the Greenbelt facility and surgery center in the past six months. My experience has been positive. The staff is helpful and I had relief after two steroid injections. The physical therapy office is also very nice and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

This place has been the best thing to happen to me since my auto accident. Dr. Ghorbani is extremely knowledgeable, and Vanessa and Aisha are always very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place!

I’m giving 2 stars but they go to the 5-star reception staff and not the “doctors “. We met with Dr Ghorbani once and thought we were on the same page as far as pain management. After the initial appointment we were shuffled to another, “Dr” Irene, who treats every patient like an addict and doesn’t really listen. It took threatening to leave the practice before we were able to see another provider. Scheduled procedures are all day affairs - appointments generally run a couple of HOURS behind what is scheduled. Too bad there’s so many crooked doctors in this specialty - if there was an opportunity to switch providers under my insurance I wouldn’t think twice!
