This is Amari Rodgers, and i can honestly say it’s the best customer service I’ve ever had at an Eye doctor place before . Very friendly workers and awesome Doctor. And got my contacts and glasses in little over a week! De Anna specifically made my visit very welcoming , and i will not be changing eye doctors while i am here!

Brenda the Store Manager is outstanding. I had issues with an adverse reaction to a new type of contact lenses, and she was prompt and thorough in issuing the return, credit, and ordering of anther type. She is an excellent listener, and highly customer oriented. She is simply terrific.

DeAnna did an excellent job with helping pick up quality frames for me. I wasn’t able to find what I liked and within a few minutes, she had two picked out that looked great! Honest and efficient customer service! Definitely appreciated and will be back in the future!

This place is the best. I live in an rv and had a little one toss all my contacts. I was blind and we were stranded. They fit me in and understood my situation. If you are in Green Bay and need something eye related this is the place to go

The doctor was very thorough and telling me exactly what was going on during and after the eye exam. Very first eye doctor Ive been to that explained to me exactly what was going on with my eyes. My glasses fit me very well best Ive ever had they dont slide down, they dont hurt my ears. Shopko has always been the best place to get I wear and I am so very very happy that they have continued with their Shopko Optical.l

I cant say enough about all the wonderful ladies who work at this location! Thorough,always a great experience, and just so sweet. It is a well-oiled machine couldnt be happier!! We had a great experience with Dr King and the staff. We had Ezmarelda fitting us for frames. The exam and fitting were thorough, quick and affordable. We cant wait to get our glasses!

This location entails a phenomenal staff. If I were to describe them with one word, accommodating.

Recently switched from another local Optometrist office. The front office staff at Shopko Optical Green Bay on Mason is wonderful. I felt welcomed and appreciated for choosing them to provide me with eye care. The Optometrist was great as well. Sadly, other practices suffer because of the unfriendliness of the front office team. I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful for their professionalism.

Firstly, I just love Dr King, she’s been our fam eye Doc for years now, so of course, we followed her to Shopko. When I had my exam recently it was Digital with virtual medicine! This was very new for us but, the technology is awesome and while it does take a little longer-with all photos, it felt really thorough and cutting edge! And as always, had a quality exam with the best Doc and the newest technology!!

DeAnna was super great at helping me find a new style but nothing crazy. It was just what I wanted and we were in and out!

This was the first time my husband and I went to this Shopko Optical on west mason st. Everyone there was so friendly and courteous , they made you feel comfortable the second you stepped in the door. There was no wait time, we were in and out. Im happy we went there!

The location is at the mini-mall West of Festival Foods in the middle. (Familia Dental, Buffet etc)The lens exam with a Dr are done digitally. = This is a pretty innovative process and fairly quick since the Dr does many of these a day for many stores. I think it is a better process. All tests are sent to a Dr digitally also.

Thorough, professional, fun and precise. It was an enjoyable experience!

It was very different. The tech did not really seem to know what she was doing. She spent a lot of time setting up and working on computer stuff. Once she did the tests they were fine but it was awkward and took WAY TOO long. Then, the virtual eye exam again had me waiting a long time for for the person getting the prescription set and then waiting again for the doctor to come on.Everyone was extremely nice though.

Would love to give it more stars, but the price for glasses is outrageous! The optometrist was excellent. The staff members were great, but looking at glasses and the cost nearly blew me away. It would be almost like taking a pay check to purchase them. No frames less than $89.

Can not say enough about staff. Dr. King was awesome. Sara was great helping me choose glasses and helping with my insurance process. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great customer service. They take time to answer questions but also get you in and out in a timely manner. Didn’t feel pressured when looking at options for frames or lens types, and made good recommendations based on my needs. I had seen an optometrist at Shopko Stores when it was still open, and the service was ok there. I’m glad that the service at Shopko Optical currently is superior: customer retention seems like more of a priority now. Definitely more personal than the other eye care chains. Highly recommend!
