The personal that checked me in and out was not friendly and very curt. The person who came to take me to x-ray and the x-ray technician were curt also. The Dr. took care of my problem in a professional manner. The nurse who came in with her was happy and very helpful. I felt so much better after I had been with them. I have gone to the Ft Collins office for all my problems and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I only went to the Greeley facility because they had a appointment the next day. I will make sure any other appointment be in the Loveland or Ft Collins facility.

My appointment experience was excellent. I was welcomed at check-in, which was very short. Slight wait for x-ray, which was fine quicky and efficient. My doctor was very informative and explained what was wrong, and explained my treatment. In all my visit was an, again, excellent experience. I walked out feeling better about my condition.

I have nothing to say but good things about Orthopaedic & Spine Center, Dr. Hale, David Messinger and their staff. The appointments run on time; they are friendly and professional; and you dont have to wait weeks to get an appointment. My surgery went so well, and after only 8 weeks, I am feeling great! I wouldnt hesitate to go back to them if I needed to. They are great. I highly recommend them.

I saw Doctor Ray Van Den Hoven 25 years ago for a completely different issue it was like I just saw him yesterday how he knew who I was and asked about the family but the most important was how he just put me at ease and answered all my questions. I left knowing what all took place at my appointment.

Dr. Lancaster is compassionate, though, thoughtful and he listens to the patient. He makes frequent eye contact and has a ready answer to questions asked.He is easy to talk to.

Dr Hale has taken care of my right knee for.several years. He will perform my upcoming knee replacement. I trust him completely!

I sought treatment at OCR for an ankle injury Ive suffered from during the last year. I was put In a room after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time by a harried assistant who told me Mondays are like this. I waited longer until Dr. STITH hurried in, looked at the paper and said there was nothing wrong with my ankle. He didnt review the images, he didnt touch my foot. I asked why I would have such pain, inability to walk, and unable to stand from a crouch if there was nothing g wrong? He answered In a cold, uncaring, uncompassionate manner, I dont know. Then waved the report and says, Nothing wrong. I asked what do I do now, he said, I dont know. I realized he had no ounce of concern for me and my desire to be healed from this injury. I wasnt looking for pain pills, and didnt ask for any. He said all he could do for me was a steroid shot. Desperate, I allowed him to give it. He then told me not to wear the boot that was allowing me to walk. Said I didnt need it. Insinuated it was all in my head.I left there diminished, demoralized, and lost about where else to go for help. Never have I been treated this poorly by anyone in Healthcare. An avocado has a better bedside manner and compassion for people. This was absolutely terrible and I will never go back.I have a cartilage lesion on the talus and overcompensation caused peroneal tendinitis and his shot was in the wrong place to actually help me. AVOID DR STITH AND OCR.

All staff was wonderful. The only thing was I think they should do different is help with pain relief. I broke right tibia and was in brace for five months then I took a fall and hurt left knee they did x-rays found nothing Im now waiting to see when my MRI . I dont want strong pain pills just something to curve the pain. I feel like Im going crazy I cant sleep due to the pain. Other then that they are sweet staff.

It was a pleasure working with Dr. Ebel to relieve some of the pain from adhesive capsulitis. I went into his office expecting one protocol and after having a conversation with him he updated the protocol and was able to give me a cortisone shot to alleviate some of the pain I had been experiencing for the last few months. He listened carefully and wanted the best outcome for me. I definitely recommend Dr. Ebel.

On June 9th at around 2 in the afternoon I had the most pejorative conversation with Kim who works under Dr. Riley Hale. Ive worked in retail pharmacy for 20 years and I understand the frustration of the job; however, I always provide the best customer service to patients and providers. I was audibly shocked when Kim said she didnt have time to do a prior authorization for a patient and she became insolent. Kim said the patient will have to use a Good Rx discount card and pay out of pocket for his medication. She had access to all the information for the prior authorization but she preferred to inconvenience the patient all the while knowing the patient is on Medicaid and doesnt have the luxury of paying out of pocket or using other avenues for payment. Saw him first time to get help with ankle fusion pain. He gave me a painless inj that worked. I have less pain, redness and swelling. I had one previous day before in Denver that failed and about made me pass out. I would recommend to anyone to give dr a try. The whole staff here is outstanding. I went in to get my Achilles checked out which ended up being ruptured. They got me in right away and were extremely efficient. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and before I could finish the paperwork the nurse already came to grab me for my appointment. Dr Dallow was in right away was very friendly and very thorough. He did an ultrasound and explained everything in great detail. After that Ben came in and fitted me for a boot. Once again very friendly and efficient. Gave me several suggestions to make my job and life easier while I was going to be out of commission. He also gave me his phone number in case I needed anything else or had any questions. I was in and out in an hour. It is usually never good when you have to go and see a Doctor for these reasons but the entire team made it a very easy and great experience. I highly recommend them

I saw Dr. Biggs, and I basically just gifted him money because he did absolutely nothing. I told him I had a preexisting injury and I had concerns I had made it worse. He just kept asking me if I wanted pain meds (which I did not). No recommendations or questions about what caused the injury, if its worse. No Fs were given. I dont need a doctor to be all nice and chatty, but I need one that actually is willing to attempt to find a solution to an injury. Would not recommend.

I live in loveland, but needed to see a doctor so I took the first available appointment in Greeley. My appointment was scheduled for 11:10. I arrived at 11:00 to fill out paperwork and get checked in. I finally gave up on the appointment at 12:00 when I was still sitting in the waiting room and no one could tell me anything. Patients are not a priority, not worth the gas it took me to drive to Greeley.
