Never any issues at this office or other locations. I always feel valued and heard by my provider and her medical assistant. I receive follow-up phone calls in a timely manner and always get all of my questions answered. I recommend Family Physicians to everyone.

My husband usually sees another physician at the Central Office. He called to get an appt today and he was asked to call the Cottonwood Office. The person who answered the phone was very rude. That was just the start of this. Once he got there he sat out in the waiting room for 20 minutes. They called us back to the exam room. We sat in there for almost 45 minutes and during this time we could hear the Dr. and the nurse chatting it up in the hallway. After sitting and waiting for what felt like forever the Dr. came in and did her exam. Once she determined her course of treatment we were told she would call in a RX. Not only did the RX not get called in but when my husband called to find out what was going on the same person was rude to him and told him that it wasnt in the computer system and she would leave the Dr. a note. He asked how long it would take and she said a while and hung up. We have both been patients with Family Physicians for many years and have never been treated this way. I hope this doesnt continue to be an issue.
