Apparently, the CFO of this company requested any unpaid bills to be sent to collections, rather than directly addressing billing questions to patients themselves when in for services. I updated my address with someone which was never updated in their computer system and mail/bills apparently kept going to my old address. Instead of asking me about my payments when I came in, got sent to collections instead (which gets them less compensation than talking to me directly for payment.) After discussion, they did get me out of collections to be fair, but with as poor as communication is here, I dont want to deal with it and put my financial future and health at risk again. My therapist was alright but this companys uppers dont care about the patient, just their bottom line.

Without this place, I would be dead. Their staff are super sweet and kind. My therapists Ive had been fantastic. I recommend people to seek out help for their mental health, as it changed my view completely.We all have a loved one suffering in silence. You might be that loved one. Give them a chance!

They were all very good place to be we just need case management in ATA to help us with rides in our paperwork bike rides to the store rides to our practices for Special Olympics and stuff and we already have a therapist City County Health Department what we can get in touch with another therapist but still have to go to hell for that one but that this is a great place to be and get all your stuff done and taken care of awesome place God bless you all.

This is a great place with very friendly staff members. I was in a dark place and seeing a counselor here really helped me climb up.

Ive been coming here off an on for 10 years. Ive seen a lot change. It could use to be remodeled tho.

This is not a place you want to put your trust in. Dr Evans will set you up to fail. They will kick you to the curb without any thought of your welfare. They will railroad you and lie to avoid answering questions. Dont expect any phone calls returned because no one there does their job.
