This woman really knows how to relax every inch of your body! She was very strong and really knew how to get the tightest knots out of my back. The clinic is also spotless and thoroughly sanitized. I’m recommending my entire family to her.

I would definitely say that my experience with Teneia was the latter!! Not only did she hit all the areas that I mentioned, but I felt like I was hanging out with a friend which helped me to relax more. I had the greatest massage 💆 today by Teneia! She listened to my needs and gave the best neck, shoulders and back massage- those are my trouble areas. Leg, hand and feet were great too. I have had many massage therapists in the past so having a good therapist is critical for me. Teneia has excellent massage instincts with abilities to find the focus areas without asking. She has an excellent Yelp rating and for good reason. If you try her on one of the rare Groupon offerings I would suggest that you continue on with her as a regular client. Worth it!

Tenia is an excellent massage therapist. She has flexible hours (by appointment only) and she enjoys helping people. She attends to every detail – dim lighting, relaxing music, heating pads to warm neck or back muscles, and before she begins the treatment (Swedish or deep tissue massage) she asks each client about any areas of discomfort for special focus. Massage therapy is especially helpful if you’re suffering with pain or stiffness from arthritis. Tenia has really helped me. Why don’t you give her a try?
