I tried to give these counselors an opportunity to help me through a rough time of my life. They were terrible! They didnt showed that they cared and took things personal when it was about me. Someone above the counselors called me to check in when my issues were not being addressed and she hung up on me when I told her they were hindering me instead of helping. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I tell other people to go somewhere else because these people do NOT care. THEY are the reason why suicides happen. I would NOT trust them with anyones life! TERRIBLE they should be SHUT DOWN!
