I began going to Clear Connections 4 months ago and have noticed a major difference. I used to get frequent headaches and neckaches, but after following the program that was built specifically for my body, I’ve noticed great changes. Ive seen a number of chiropractors and have found the doctors at Clear Connections to be more thorough and detailed than others.They have been able to help me with long-standing pain and numbness and use some approaches and maneuvers that I have not been able to find with other chiropractic providers.

They refuse to tell their patients whether they are vaccinated. They refuse to tell their patients whether they are getting tested for covid. So understand that they are playing russian roulette with your health. It is unconscionable that they are welcoming unvaccinated babies into their practice while they themselves refuse to tell their patients whether they are vaccinated. This is Holistic Deathcare not healthcare. If you care about your health, dont go in there. The only answer you get to the question, are the chiropractors vaccinated? is 1/2 our staff is vaccinated. They also wont return phone calls asking the question. If you believe in science, understand you are risking your life going in there.

My experience at Clear Connections has been extremely positive so far! After years of ballet, an active lifestyle and a few injuries, I was struggling with widespread aches and pain resonating from the sacrum, mid back and headaches. After only a few weeks of adjustments, I am feeling amazing! I like to think I listen to my body well. I am a triathlete, runner, and do CrossFit, so I am aware of aches and pains and when to back off. But when my back was hurting while simply walking I knew something was wrong. I was hurting badly and was referred to Clear Connections through my gym. They got me in quickly and got me started on a plan of attack. While this isnt my first go around with chiropractic care, its definitely the place I finally needed to find. Knowing that they work with a lot of athletes (including many from my gym) made me feel better about knowing that their knowledge of what is needed for each individual person is considered. Within a couple weeks I was back to lifting and have slowly been progressing back to my regular lifting schedule since. I am back to sleeping better, and my recovery from heavy lifting days is going very well. I guess my third chiropractic office was the charm😁

I came in to Clear Connections with severe back/hip pain and sciatic nerve pain through my leg and up my back. I also had constant tension in my neck and shoulders with headaches a few days a week. Since Ive been coming here, and it has only been a couple weeks, I feel a million times better! I havent had a headache since prior to my first visit! And my sciatic nerve pain is gone. My energy and motivation has even improved. I wish I had come in sooner! I would recommend them to everyone, especially moms!

Being at Clear Connections is my first experience with chiropractic care. I’m not going to lie I was a tad bit skeptical going into it. I am a coach and an athlete with a pretty high volume training regimen and have dealt with a good amount of pain. That being said, I try to do what I can to take care of my body through mobility, flexibility, dry needling, cupping, you name it, and of course rest. Chiropractic care was sort of a last resort for me and honestly I wish I would have started it earlier. Sean, Mackenzie, and Krystal are gentle and caring all while getting you adjusted properly and getting your body to move the way it should. I have referred my personal training clients here and will continue to send people their way :)

I was in serious, severe back pain when I started coming in. I had seen 2 physical therapists, and didn’t have great experiences with either. But here, they were able to see me right away and were clear about the expectations to have for my journey. Every time I went in to be adjusted I felt immediate relief and would’ve gone in 7 days a week if allowed!! Now, a couple months in, my back pain has significantly decreased and I have been able to return back to the everyday activities I had been missing out on. Very thankful for Clear Connections!

Summary: I HIGHLY recommend Clear Connections to ANYONE who is considering chiropractic care.Long Version: Without any dramatization, I confidently write that Clear Connections Chiropractic has changed my life.I was badly hurt during a soccer game in 2012 after landing awkwardly from a header. This fall caused a pop followed by searing pain in my lower back/left hip region. I;ve seen countless medical professionals to try and locate the source of the pain since then, but with no luck. 14 X-Rays, 6 MRIs, a full body bone scan, 8 laser therapy treatments, 6 Cortisone injections, 2 years of (other) chiropractic care, and 3 years of Physical Therapy did nothing to help. I was given twelve potential diagnoses, and was eventually told the pain was probably just in my head.I havent been able to walk without pain, sit in a chair without padding, or sleep without my left leg perfectly positioned for almost nine years. I also havent been able to work out at all for three years, and was put on a high dosage of two anti seizure medications to limit the severe nerve pain down my left side. Finding a solution seemed hopeless, until I met Doctor Mackensy Medlin, who recommended I go get checked out at her office.I went to Clear Connections upon her recommendation, and was immediately impressed by their level of care. The staff was kind and accommodating from the start, and wanted to help relieve my pain in any way possible. The adjustments were gentle and specific to my regions of pain, and I felt temporary yet wonderful relief after each adjustment. Every chiropractor in the office was versed in my case, and it was refreshing to feel that people actually cared about helping me again.Additionally, Dr. Medlin refused to believe that the root of the problem could not be found. She went above and beyond researching my region of pain, and ended up recommending a very specific type of MRI for my left hip. This MRI showed a large tear in my labrum, the symptoms of which match up to the pain Ive always experienced. I was directed to an orthopedic surgeon, and I have a procedure this coming week to fix my labrum and help get me (literally) back on my feet.Before Clear Connections, I had lost almost all hope of ever being able to sit without pain again. Now, I can look forward with a smile, counting down the days until Im back with a ball at my feet and no pain in my leg.I thank Clear Connections from the bottom of my heart for not dismissing my pain, and for not giving up until a solution was found. I 10,000/10 RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!!!!

I have been using chiropractic services for well over 10 years. There are a LOT of kooks out there who have no idea what they are doing. This is definitely NOT one of those places. They know how to adjust.The reason for the bad review is the poor billing technique. Your first visit they will try and set you up on a monthly upfront payment for an absurd amount of visits. For me it was 3-4 adjustments per week. Giving them the benefit, I attempted this plan informing them I would most likely only make 1-2 visits per week for the first few then back to maybe once a month for maintenance. I told them I did not want a recurring monthly payment, they acknowledged and reassured me this wouldnt happen. Sure enough, 3 months later, I receive (2) attempts at charging my wifes already used up HSA card we no longer had from her previous insurance.Besides the billing, prepare yourself for reminder phone calls at least twice a week trying to get you scheduled for a next visit. Sorry, but I do not need a chiropractic babysitter. I told them very nicely, multiple times, I do not need reminders and with my work schedule it is easier for me to schedule the day of with their app.Keep the rest of my visits I prepaid for or donate them to someone in need. I will unfortunately not be back.

I have had back issues for as long as I can remember. Due to money and general life issues, I had never been able to stick with chiropractic care continuously for more than a few months. Despite that, I believed in it.Clear Connections does chiropractic care differently than any other I’ve experienced. Dr. Krystal and Dr. Sean are knowledgeable and passionate. They work with you to ensure affordable care and love to pass on knowledge to a willing ear. I am relieved every time I leave their office.The only complaint I had initially was that it was not communicated to me that the mandatory orientation and following adjustment would cost more than a typical visit. However, I knew it was time to make a positive change, so I could stop being in a constant state of pain. I stuck with it, and I am glad I did. Also, you literally get to see your improvements over time which is a huge deal to me!

I was having such terrible pain in my shoulder I could hardly raise my arm, I couldn’t get myself out of bed and was having a hard time sleeping more than a couple hours at a time that I thought I had torn something like my rotator cuff. One of the best investments you can do to yourself. Every customer wants a solution, great customer service, and flexibility when needed. You have all three there. The staff is amazing. The results start coming sooner than you expect. When I started there my neck was constantly in pain, my upper back, digestion issues, constant migraines, just a mess. In the beginning you wonder how a couple of minutes a week could resolve years of issues. I have been going here for several years now. Always quick to get in and out and always very friendly service.Both doctors are extremely nice and really care about each patients health.I started going for constant headaches and when I stay consistent they don’t come back.

Clear Connections is a great place to get your body back in shape. At the beginning had consistent headaches and lower back pain, now no head aches and little to no back pain. From the beginning to now their progress report shows significant improvement which I can relate to because my health is just getting that much better. While attending Clear Connections, I was optimistic they could help. However, after spending a fortune up front for a care plan, and at the end of said care plan, I had to re-up for even MORE money up front because I wasnt progressing like they would like. Then I used all my visits up too quickly when they never told me how many I had left and so on.Overall, do not get sucked into a care plan marketing scheme. They prey on that fact that you will pay up front and then never use them or forget to use them.JUST BEWARE! go visit by visit instead!

My experience at Clear Connections Chiropractic has been wonderful! Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and fully invested in improving their patients health! I especially appreciate the patient score card that details your progress based on measurable factors. Overall, a great experience!

This is my 3rd chiropractor Ive been to and I will say hands down this is the best so far! Clear Connections staff is unlike anything Ive experienced... SO nice, SO happy, SO uplifting.. they really have their customer service down and its refreshing to be around.Theyre knowledge and techniques are miles ahead of the others Ive tried. They are very up to date and I love that they focus on the nervous system. No other practice has even brought up the nervous system.. which blows my mind now because it controls everything!I am on my 6th week of treatment and already having been reaping the benefits since week 3. My headaches have decreased, my insomnia has almost been non existent, and my overall pain in my body has improved so much. Its so weird to me to not be experiencing all the pain I once was and Im so freaking happy!! I cant wait to keep going and keep seeing more and more benefits.Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff! You guys are awesome.

I have been under chiropractic care occasionally in past years, as my dad got me interested at a young age. Recently, my mom began coming to Clear Connections and suggested I go in for an evaluation. I was born with mild scoliosis and, since my early 20’s, have had frequent back spasms and headaches.Due to my job and being on my feet all day, my problems have worsened in the past few years. I knew I wanted to start chiropractic care again in order to take preventative action for my future health. After the first week at Clear Connections, I noticed an improvement! Every time I have an adjustment, I feel so much better and stand straighter. I was so impressed during my re-exam to see the progress I’ve made in my balance and weight distribution! I have noticed that it is much easier to keep good posture when I’m working and driving. I love seeing the infrared scan results and using the bilateral scale!Getting adjusted at Clear Connections has made me feel so much better that now I can tell when I’m out of alignment! I have been a member of Clear Connections for 2 months and have seen a great deal of improvement. I am a CrossFit athlete and have seen improvements with mobility, strength, and energy. My workout recovery period has been reduced and I have been sleeping much better and not waking up with lower back discomfort. The team at Clear Connections is very friendly and welcoming and Im very glad I chose them and would highly recommend them!

Love this place!!! All of the staff are awesome and very friendly.

The staff is very helpful and kind. The evening hours are great for people who work day shifts, they are very flexible. The treatment I have received so far has been great, I work a desk job so my body does get pretty stiff, but the team at Clear Connections has been great at getting me treatment to help alleviate that stiffness to help my body feel less tense. Also they do a great job of explaining the treatment and giving you exercises to do on your own to continue to help your body improve.

I went in for SI joint pain and felt major improvements within no time! Very helpful and informative. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and professional establishment and staff. This office is very good at getting to the root of your problems and creating a plan to fix any issues you may be having. The doctors are very well educated and do their best to educate the patients. I love this chiropractor! They worked with me as a student to get back in track with my health, plus they have a cool vibe and soothing music every time I go in.They utilize manual adjustments and an activator, which is something Id never seen used before. Its extremely gentle and doesnt leave me sore afterwards.

I first came to the office heading for a surgery table and thanks to the love the office and doctors put in to there patients I am pretty sure that wont be needed. They take care of my whole family my wife and 3 daughters youngest being 3 months oldest being 7 in a couple months and they make it to where my kids cant wait to see them for their appointment. I started coming to Clear Connections when I was pregnant with my son 5 years ago. They have since helped me through a second pregnancy. Both Sean and Krystal are gentle, caring chiropractors who genuinely care about their patients. I always look forward to my appointments because I know my body will be operating at its optimum afterward!

For the past year, I had been having headaches almost daily. They had been affecting my work and my ability to do class work. I am a student so I spend a lot of time staring at my computer so I knew it was something to do with my neck. I love how at Clear Connections they give a thorough exam of your issues before actually making any adjustments, and how they try to educate their patients on why subluxations can occur and how to prevent them (through proper posture). I love going in and getting adjusted and I’ve been feeling 10x better since I’ve been going there, and I hardly get headaches anymore. I’m so grateful that I found them and I highly recommend their office!

I visited Clear Connections after they attended our company health fair & many of my coworkers recommended them. I was very nervous but my headache issues were getting the best of me and I knew I needed to try something different. Ive followed the plan that was set up for me and am happy to say that my headaches and back pain caused from stress have greatly reduced. Going from having several headaches a week to maybe once every other week (at most) is a huge relief. Sean and Krystal are awesome. The whole office helps its clients shed light on how beneficial and almost necessary chiropractic care is for all, not just those with symptoms. I used to have headaches frequently at night, carrying into the morning. Since going to Clear Connections, Ive seen a huge difference in headache frequency and my posture, which is always a plus for cosmetic and health reasons :) Highly Recommend! Appointments are almost always in and out, rarely waiting around.

I was skeptical at first when I purchased my Groupon, but I have never looked back. I think it was about a month into my care plan when one of my employees commented on how my posture had improved and my energy levels were a lot higher than he remembered. It was pretty cool. Great people and environment. Highly recommended.
