Dr. Dalm and his team are very attentive to their patients. They make you feel heard and listened to.

I was referred to this practice because I have “options” the front desk is rude, the good Dr suggested have a procedure called the Diva. It costs $3000 out of pocket. It was painful the first time but it lessened by the 3rd time. I live an hour away so it was pretty painful the first 3-4 hours after. It didn’t work but he assured me it would. It didn’t ! After the last procedure, there was not a follow up at all. No asking how I felt or checking in on it. Just good bye. I would NOT recommend this practice at all. I had a medical visit this week for the same issue and was told it is a scam for $3000!!! I’m s senior citizen and don’t have that kind of money laying around and I’m still paying on it. They make you sign a waiver to say it may not work but he seemed so sure it would. It didn’t! I’m bringing my attorney on board but I will NEVER recommend this practice to anyone

This office has been such a great experience to deal with in helping me. Everyone has been helpful and friendly every step of the way during my visits but I would especially like to recognize Gracie. She has been amazing and has really made me feel like she cares on a personal level. She has always been there to answer my calls and to help me with the printouts and billing questions I have. As a patient without insurance it can be difficult to navigate the billing system and Gracie has made it so easy for me to get my questions answered. She has always offered suggestions to make it easier for me. Thank you so much for your caring and compassionate ways Gracie I really appreciate all you have done!

Dr Dalm and his staff are amazing!! They make you feel comfortable and valued as the patient. They take there time to answer all your questions and I never felt rushed when calling or visiting there office. I would recommend everyone to try the office if you are looking for a caring, competent Doctor who is great at what he does.

The staff here are so friendly and kind! Dr. Dalm is very kind as well! He took his time with me to make sure all of my questions were answered and thoroughly explain everything. This was the first doctors appointment I have ever been to where I didnt feel like just another patient.

Its great to have a Dr you can trust.

What I thought was just menopause turned out to be much more and I ended up needing a hysterectomy. Dr. Dalm was great at answering my questions and concerns. The care and the empathy he provided were above and beyond. I am 2 weeks post-op and I feel better than I have in years. I would highly recommend Dr. Dalm and his whole staff. Truly a great Doctor with a great team!

Dr. Dalm did my hysterectomy 2 weeks ago and my whole experience was fantastic. I was so nervous about the procedure but each time I spoke with Grace she reassured me I was in good hands. The day of my surgery I was full of anxiety, crying and really just a nervous wreck but Dr. Dalm came to talk to me before going to the operating room and he held my hand and calmed my nerves. He was kind with the absolute best bed side manners. Dr. Dalm and his whole staff, including the nurses at St. Marys, were fantastic. I will send all of my friends and family to Dr. Dalm if they need anything related to his area of expertise.

I have been going to Dr. a Dalm for the last two years. Him and his staff have been such a pleasure to work with. Grace, Amber, Olivia, and Sarah are amazing. When I walk in I just feel so welcomed, especially since they took the time to get to know me. Dr. Dalm and his staff are very informative, professional and very compassionate. Dr. Dalm is the most caring doctor I have worked with while trying to overcome my infertility issues. He and his staff go above and beyond to make starting a family possible for their patients. Overall one of the best doctors I have seen.

Dr Dalm and his staff are very friendly, but please be very AWARE of what this office charges you for their services. Dr dalm over charged my insurance company several hundreds of dollars for services i didnt receive, and sued me for the remainder. Again , the staff here is very friendly BUT they can be very persistent about getting you to get additional services you other wise dont need.

Best doctor ever, cant say enough about how awesome he is!!! I have had problems with my uterus for 13 years, Ive seen at least 12 doctors none were willing to help me. Doctor Dalm was the first one to actually care about me and my problems and was willing to help.

I wouldnt go anywhere else! I have been with Dr. Dalm and Nisha since 2012 and always look forward to my appointments (not necessarily for the appointments themselves :)) but for the welcoming atmosphere and conversation. I had both my children with Dr. Dalm and we had nothing short of wonderful experiences. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Dalm and GR OB/GYN to anyone looking for great care.

I first met Dr. Dalm and Nisha in Nov of 2017. I was at my wits end. I have been in and out of the ER 5+ times, doubling over in debilitating pain, and being completely dismissed by my PCP and OB/GYN.By the time I saw the staff here, I had had a min of 7 bursts ovarian cysts, stage 4 endometriosis, and a questionable mass on my ovary over the course of a year. Dr. Dalm and Nisha listened to me. Believed me. I was scheduled for surgery within a month. They never made me feel like I was crazy, that my pain was in my head. After surgery, I did pelvic floor physical therapy with Lily. Lily was just as amazing as the rest of the staff. Grace always was willing to go the extra mile to help me with prescriptions. Im just over a year and a half past my hysterectomy and Im so happy with the care I received and continue to receive from this office. Its a patient focused practice that generally cares about their patients.

I have been with Dr. Dalm and his staff for over 17 years. They are very knowledgeable and the addition of Nisha is great too! I HIGHLY recommend their practice!

This place is a joke - we had some questions on our billing - asked for clarification - that was never sent. We asked a second and third time - still received nothing.Terrible customer service - then they send us a letter that we were being sent to collections - over $400 that was in dispute - call again to explain the delay and ask for guidance. Nothing.Today - just after the four month delivery of the child we had with this doctor - my wife got served with court documents explaining we were being sued over the $400 bill that now has morphed into a $600+ bill - along with emotional duress.At no point did we get a proactive phone call or a response back from Mr. Dalm’s office.This is after he had already forced my wife to take a second ultrasound that she didn’t want to take - and that was not explained would cost a little over $400 until six weeks after we had our child.Mr. Dalm is not fit to run a medical practice as his billing practices do not meet the “standard of care” of one in his position.We will be filing a compliant and do not recommend anyone associate with this individual.

Dr. Dalm is an amazing obgyn. I have had three pregnancies with only one live birth. He has been by my side for all three pregnancies.I would not trust any other obgyn to get me through my pregnancies and highly recommend him and his practice.Everyone in his office is awesome. Grace and Kaitlin who man the front desk are both fantastic and made my last pregnancy a bit less stressful.Amber is a nurse in the office that has been there forever and she is also kind, compassionate and doesn’t make you feel silly for any question you ask.If your looking for an obgyn office, do yourself a favor and call Grand Rapids Obgyn.
