I have been to the vein center for three visits in the last 10 days. I have felt very secure in my decision to have Dr. Laura treat my legs. The staff overall have been very respectful, kind and genuinely caring about my situation. I feel I have made the right decision to work with these fine people.

I was very pleased with the personal care that I received. In some doctor offices, the patient is treated like just a name and a number, however not at this office. Dr. Kelsey and her staff were caring and competent. They made sure I understood the results of my tests and made some suggestions for further tests. I would recommend them to anybody.

Things went smoothly until the end of the appointment when I sat for 45-minutes awaiting the final meeting with a physician. They did not attend to me until they saw me leaving the premises. Then they pulled me back in, the doctor spent 5-mintues or less regurgitating the same thing the nurse told me. Then they charged me almost $200 for that priviledge. Unacceptable.

Excellent staff, and she is just the sweetest Dr. to possibly have.

I got cellulitis after the last vein treatment. This happened just before I was to go on vacation. I called your office and was told to come into the GR office. When I got there which was 8 minutes before my scheduled appointment, the office was closed. Went back to Muskegon where I made an emergency appointment with my primary. I got a script from him and went on vacation anyway. Been gone a month and still can’t get in the water. I will try to send you some pictures of your work. If not you can see them when I get home. I have sent them to my attorney already.

Doctors are fine, however the administration and billing department are terrible. Weve had multiple bills sent to collections for bills weve verified that have been paid on their online systems. Dealing with them has become a nightmare. Theyre incapable of explaining billing and why there are multiple bills for the same procedure. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

What an amazing office! For a first time patient I have never felt so comfortable leaving an office. They made me feel informed and comfortable with my diagnosis. They spent a lengthy amount of time allowing me to ask questions and never made me feel like I was out of place. Such a scary time in my life was changing into a one of the most confident. Dr. Kelsey and staff are so great! They know their business, but yet, they are very personable! Id HIGHLY recommend her and this office. I work in a medical office myself, so it can be hard to impress me 😜 but I absolutely loved my entire experience!! Only recommendations would be to have everyone introduce themselves (they may have, I was slightly anxious) and to print original copies instead of making copies of paperwork, though I wouldnt count that against them! Great team!! Im excited for my future well being, thanks to them!!

Havent finished my procedures! veins still show but it shows the vein is closed and everything is working properly. Will have to wait and see at the next follow up visit in June 2019

The consultation was great, whatever service they use to get these reviews is so annoying it makes me want to select another provider just because I shouldnt get a daily email asking for this review.

Every single appointment I had Ive sat in the waiting room a minimum of 45 minutes past my appt time! I leave work early just to sit and wait!
