Dr. Elias and his team are very professional and caring. They want the dental work to be right and work you in when there is an emergency. My family and I have gone here for years and trust his judgment and follow-through. The hygienists have been friendly and thorough, getting to know my whole family, always asking about them by name when they are working on me.

So far Ive been very happy with Dr. Elias and his staffl, especially my friendly dental hygenist this morning Rebecca, who was just so pleasant, so helpful, and so cheerful. Everyone else Ive dealt with here has also been very nice, no problems at all.

Wonderful office! From the moment you step in, you are welcomed. The entire staff is so friendly. I appreciate Dr Elias conservative approach, performing the most basic procedures first, moving on to more extensive procedures when necessary. Dr Elias took the time to patiently explain to me exactly what was going on when I visited his office with tooth pain. I am very pleased with my experiences.

Horrible scheduling experience. In order to even be seen you will have to wait over 2 months. Need to reschedule? Wait another 2 months. The times I called to schedule appointments I did not feel as though my business would be appreciated, so I cancelled and went elsewhere

I had my first appointment here yesterday which went very well. The staff is very nice and easy to talk to. I had my second appointment today after I accidentally cracked a filling in half flossing this morning. They got me in right away and even answered the phone before their office was officially open for business. Its hard to receive this great of customer service these days. Bravo.

Amazing place! Dr. Elias and his team do great work. Atmosphere is professional and they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended this office.

Nancy is not welcoming and seems like even talking to her is a problem to her. Love everyone here and the staff, just wish Nancy didnt have the attitude of Im better than you.

Horrible experience! If it werent for Nancy the front desk lady they may have gotten 2 possibly 3 stars. Everytime we delt with Nancy she was absolutely horrendous. On the phone and in person. I needed xrays sent over and it was like I asked the world of her. Sorry to make you click your mouse a couple more times. And the xrays were never even emailed over. I went to a new office and had to be rescheduled because she didnt email them!
