I was very impressed. Staff was very professional and very friendly. Dr spent a lot of time with me. I didnt feel rushed and she seemed to be genuinely concerned with my dental health. After 40 years with the same dentist, its hard to find a new one that you feel comfortable with. I felt very comfortable with her.

Dr. Blount and her staff made me feel comfortable. They explained the processes. They were quick and painless. This being the day after my cleaning, there is no soreness or swelling in my gums.

My experience was exceptional, as usual. From the appointment reminders to the opportunities for confirmation, the office staff works very hard to make sure patients are scheduled so there’s no waiting or interacting with other patients. They are following every COVID 19 precaution.

I had a wonderful experience. Yesterday (2/17/2020) was my first time visiting Dental Design & I don’t regret it at all. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful & inviting. My dental hygienist, Sam was great! I loved how she made me feel comfortable & talked to me about everything she was doing as it was happening. A highly qualified and courteous staff is a must for practicing physicians, experienced doctors, dentists, and dental hygienist. This staff is nothing short of perfect in every way. They work well together, and Dr. Blount, again, has shown her skill in assembling a competent and capable staff.You will find the dental visit there to be a pleasant one. Maybe the best dental visit ever! Up-to-date modern equipment and a spacious office. Again, it is easy to get to its location. That is a certainly a plus in this busy part of the city. Great customer service

Since it is important to take care of your dental health, Dental Design is the place to get that care. The office staff are thoughtful and efficient. Dr. Blount is an excellent practitioner. She explains your treatment plan clearly. She performs procedures with skill and as little discomfort as possible. I enthusiastically recommend this practice.

I really loved the culture of professionalism and compassion from the moment of walking in the door. From the desk check-in, short wait period, I was handled with so much understanding and care by the Dental assistant & intern. In addition to being educated through technology and handout materials about the service I would be receiving. Although the intern is a little rough with the pressure during the x-rays... I understood she was training and it can take sometime to grab the feel for her role.... I still give 5 Stars. Dr. Blount was a leader in every way, she comforted me and I even fell asleep during my ROOT CANAL... with the snoring she still made me feel no shame. Looking forward to my next visit at the new facility!

Dr Blount and ALL of her staff are wonderful. In addition to being extremely professional and current in industry standards and techniques they are excellent communicators. This is true for making appointments, billing, coordination with insurance through to the visit making sure there is a solid understanding of what is being done before during and after the procedure. Dr Blount sets the standard for courteous friendly professionalism.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I like the fact that they educate their patients with videos. They are timely with appointments, getting you in and out.
