The hygienist was very friendly and engaging as always. Dr Wiedemer knows his stuff. The doctor hygienist combo at this office is fast and effective without making you wait or feeling like they are pushing you out the door.

Reiterating a review below, we had almost an exact same situation a lack communication, uncomfortable atmosphere, strange conversations during procedures between staff as well as an obvious lack of connection between staff, hostility from office staff about concerns of a bill, and mixing up patient accounts.We also had them mix up our accounts, office staff actually very inappropriately yelled at my mom after she questioned a bill. They did a full set of xrays on me when I wasnt due for them so now Im paying out of pocket for them. They charged my mom for xrays, when they didnt do them. Ill be switching dentists.

I came on time for my appt as I usually do. I was scheduled for a 12pm appt, and didn’t get called back until 12:11pm, while another guy who just happened to walk in was picked up right away. I didn’t like that someone could’ve communicated with me that someone will be right with me, but that wasn’t the case. Besides that the hygienist I seen was really good. Along with the Dr.

As a healthcare provider myself, I understand the stress of running and operating an office. They work closely with patients and their insurance to try and make your experience great! The staff and the doctors are fantastic! Great office and great experience! Highly recommend!!

Ive been going here ever since they bought the office from the previous dentist couple. Clean and modern office and they use the newest tech. Wonderful staffs and doctors all aroundKyle at the front desk is always a delight to talk to. The hygienists here are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Wiedemer and Webb are very straight forward and you can tell they truly care for their patients well-being. They will never recommend extra services that you dont need or try to up sell you on anything.They explain things very thoroughly and make information easy to digest. The services they do recommend you get done are truly proactive for your health and pricing is very reasonable!COVID-19 Edit:Just got my teeth cleaned the other day and they are at the tip-top of keeping everything clean and making sure their environment is safe during a pandemic.

My family and I have found our new dental home at Dentists at Eastcastle! We all had a wonderful experience! Kyle and Sarah were so friendly and helpful when I made the dental appointments for my family and myself as well as answering my questions. When I arrived for my appointment everyone was very welcoming. Dr. Webb was very friendly, kind as well as thorough and gentle during my oral exam! My hygienist Sherri, was very friendly and did a wonderful job scaling and polishing my teeth. My teeth feel so clean! What also impressed me was the super clean office and all the equipment and safety measures they have implemented to keep my family and I safe during COVID!Dr. Wiedener treated my husband at his dental appointment and my husband said that Dr. Wiedener was kind, friendly and gentle as well! My husband was also happy with his new crown! My husband’s hygienist was Robin, who was very friendly and did a wonderful job as well!

I was given a referral for Dr Wiedemer and what started as a consult turned into over 1.5 hours of intensive care for my teenage son. He thoroughly explained his cautious approach, proving logical options given my son’s age and spent the end of his day repairing a large infection which could have turned root canal and crown. He spent a lot of time talking over possibilities and procedure as he moved forward in my sons pain-free repair. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating and we are moving our family to the practice. I’m grateful and it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Needed to take time to share my appreciation and encourage others!

The first visit was very informative and relaxing. I am African America and noticed that although it was not a diverse office staff I felt relaxed and that they cared for me. I have my appointment for cleaning in a few weeks and we will see how they treat me then.

Great hygienist yesterday well done

Excellent office! Always welcoming, friendly and professional hygienists, and they collaborate well with my 2 different dental insurance plans. When I needed a filling, they were able to schedule right after my cleaning so I didnt have to make a separate appointment. When I had a chip in my front tooth, they got me in the same day, fixed the issue, and worked with my insurance so the incident was a minimal cost to me. I was most grateful that I could go back to being comfortable smiling that same day. Highly recommended.

Very poor service got there not even more than 8months scheduled 1st appointment cleaning they came with the list of what to do with my kids teeth about cavities and amount my kids teeth are good with no issue, orthodontics had zero concern he mentioned my son teeth it’s healthier. So they schedule my family 6plus months out never call or text for remainder the guy on the front desk horrible billed my insurance for over 600dollars..they have different four numbers for specific patients.they guy in front was arguing😡😳. will not recommend to anyone bad reception horrible 🥵there quality of work poor not friendly they are after your money.

Had X-rays and a tooth pulled. Dr Wiedemer was so good to explain what they were looking for and what he was going to do. Put me right at ease. The X-ray tech was very good at what she had to do. The X-rays are very up to date and because they are digital you can see so much more. Set up for my next appointment and am looking forward to going. The office staff was so kind and helpful. I like a dentist that talks to you and explains what he is doing and what will be happening next. Good old fashion dental care. Thank you to everyone who was involved.

They were helpful also in making sure I was able to do everything in one visit to save me the trouble of coming multiple times. Dr. Wiedemer is very professional in his work but fun at the same time. Explains all the details of how the appointment presented & what if anything was needed to take care of. I worked with him for a year or so , so I know how good of a dentist he is!

Always enjoy myself when I get to my appointments with the Dentists on Eastcastle. Hygienist are very thorough as well as friendly. Doesnt matter if I then see Dr. Webb, or Dr. Wiedemer, both are great to have a visit with. I always know that the whole group has my oral health in mind as well as how my general well being.

We saw a dentist there last fall and felt as if they push heavily on sales and more expensive procedures, without giving patients much option for less expensive options. Also, encountered a condescending hygienist who should have kept the “small talk” very small. Hence, we won’t be going back there. On a positive note, the reception staff are always friendly.

I have to compliment Dr. Wiedemer on his excellent care. I had an implant go bad that he had nothing to do with. Dr. Wiedemer did his research with the oral surgeon, ordered the necessary parts for the repair of the implant, and gently made the repair to the implant. I have been going to this office prior to their new dentists, Drs Webb & Wiedemer( so I have probably been with them for 35+ years) The entire staff is great! Elaine has been my hygienist for a long time and she really cares about her patients. Kyle is a great office manager and really pays attention to the patients. Yesterday there was a lady who seemed to have quite a few children, and I was very impressed with the way the entire team seemed to interact with these children. Had this been my experience when my children were younger(pre Syverson) I would have gladly brought my children here!!! Highly recommended!

Im not crazy about getting my teeth worked on because of pain in the past but this last filling that was very deep, didnt hurt at all. Yeah for no pain!

Waited over 5 mins which was improved from my first visit. Spending an hour is not necessary with the dental hygienist.

I came in with a problem created by a different Dentist. Dr Wiedemer came up with a fix in a very short amount of time. Im very satisfied with the service and results. Thanks.

I started with this office when it was at Eastern and 32nd! Drs Webb and Weidemer have recetnly taken over and are very knowledgeable. The entire staff is helpful and friendly! I would recommend this office!!!

Im a bit disappointed with my last appointment. There was no reminder to tell me that I should take preventative medication before my appointment. Last year I had a knee replacement so it is necessary for me to take an antibiotic before my appointment. Since I drive over an hour to get to my appointment in the Grand Rapids area I couldnt go home and get my medication. The doctors have medication at the office so they provided the dosage to me but charged me $15.00 for this. While I sat in the chair having my teeth cleaned I was told my teeth looked white and asked if I had teeth whitening products and/or if I needed more gel. Next I was asked if I had used a mouth guard because it appeared that at one time I did grind my teeth. I already have one so I dont need one. Lastly I was asked if I had an electric tooth brush and I said that I purchased one there already but felt like the brush was not large enough. Of course I was shown the brushes that I could purchase that were somewhat larger than what I have. All in all, I felt that there was more emphasis on purchasing products than the care of my teeth. All of the above suggestions were reiterated at the counter by the hygienist to the receptionist which lead me to think that it is her responsibility to inform me of these products. To say the least I am disappointed with this approach. I would hope that the doctors read this and take action to pursue a different approach with their staff and patients.
