These people are the most helpful and polite, professional people in dentistry I have yet to meet in all my 40 plus years on this planet! Id highly recommend them especially if you have dentist phobias like I do!!!!

If I can give no stars I would. Worst service I ever experienced. They are very unprofessional and that male Dentist is incompetent. For your health and safety. Please seek dental assistance elsewhere. Dentist never even supplied me antibiotics after pulling my teeth out. I ended up in the emergency room. And was given the necessary after care at spectrum health emergency. When I complained about their incompetence. The dentist make excuses to not treat me again, by lying saying that I had no insurance. Obviously that was a lie. I have Medicaid and Medicare. Been going there longer then he worked there. He even tried to reach at me to remove me as I was showing proof of my insurance. I had to tell him to not touch me. I canceled all future appointments. And sought future dental care with a more professional competent and experienced medical office.

I went in for a emergency tooth extraction and there was no way it could have been considered a simple extraction and they sent me out without anything to help with the pain and didnt suture me up like my insurance was under the impression that was part of the extraction process. If it wasnt for the fact that they are aboit the only place to get it done with my insurance i would never return

I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever go to this place.The Dentist an assistant that seen me showed no professionalism or compassion at all.I was treated like I was less than human from start to finish.I was ridiculed in front of my son and every one else who were in the office.All my teeth are beyond help as far as far as them doing work on them.I had my insurance charged for any an everything they could charge it for with out questions.The assistant did not want to do the cleaning an it showed when she started poking an prodding as hard as she could.It hurt so bad an she kept digging as hard as she could. It was to the point where I had to make her stop. Then she called in the dentist an the Dentist proceeded to ridicule me an tell me how bad my teeth were all I can hear her yelling is decay decay decay and she is yelling this so loud that it’s causing a scene in the back.I never received a full cleaning of the top or bottom.Not because I didn’t go but because they could not show compassion .Do not go here ever.They will judge you before they do the work.They also tried to schedule me to have teeth cleaned that were beyond repair.I might have the worst mouth they ever dealt with I will not argue that but no matter what my mouth looked like I was coming here to start the process an I did not get any help from the dentist who seen me she actually set me back in the process because I had to hype myself up to go these only to be ridiculed.

Dr. Boncher is amazing! I never felt even so much as a pinch. Best dental experience Ive had.

I went in with no appointment for an emergency tooth extraction, without insurance, knowing they could set me up with a payment plan. They were pretty busy (as I expected) I watched the entirety of Kung-fu Panda in the lobby waiting to be squeezed in 😅Overall they were very nice and did a great job of getting that nasty tooth out! Im so grateful, and will definitely be back as a regular patient!

Believe the reviews. I called for a crown and they wanted me to have full exam done. I informed them I just want a crown done thats it. I just paid an exam 2 weeks ago at another office and just had a root canal last week Friday. I know what I need done. Im not going to pay twice just for you to tell me what I already know. Thats ridiculous! Go somewhere else!

I was a patient with Cherry Dental for years but then I became homeless and then with COVID they said I’m considered a “new patient” and they can’t see me because they aren’t seeing new patients at this time. No wonder nobody likes going to the dentist!

I went there as a walk in for a tooth extraction. I waited a decent amount of time but that was expected. They did the best they could on getting me in there at a decent time. The front desk ladies were so nice. The dentist and his assistant were AMAZING! Im such a scary person when it comes to my teeth and they made me as comfortable as they couldve... Thanx guys

We went to the eye doctor.. the staff was very good with my kids and even fixed my glasses while the kids were picking out theirs. The only issue was.. they told me 1-2 weeks to pick up the glasses and they would call me when they came in. I never got the call and when we got them back 3 weeks later, they were the wrong ones... my son ended up going 5 weeks without glasses at school...

My Daughter came here for a filling, she got in right away. This is her first time getting any dental work done. She never screamed or cried, she didnt even know that they poked her mouth with a needle. Shes about to be 13 anyway, the dental assistant was really nice and the dentist did a great job, I couldnt even tell where he put the filling in and, she was able to go to school right after the procedure. I guess it just depends on who you get etc. from our experience, I was pleased at this visit.

Have had nothing but issues with this dentist they rescheduled my appt. 3 times I reschedule once and now they can’t accommodate. The receptionist are very nice but I wouldn’t send anyone to this dentist office unless you want the run around.

New doctor.. I think she just got her license, acted like I had been cured and no longer needed pain medication because I am being treated at pain management. When you do get medication they prescribed it one way but dont want you to take it that way. They tell you to stretch it out for the month. Also when you call, youll get to leave a message not talk with anyone. Dont bother when the message say press 1 for English and 3 for Spanish because you press for English but right after that its repeated in Spanish. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Cherry Health is terrible. Their wait time for new patients is months. I waited for 3 months for my first appointment, just for them to cancel it a week before and reschedule for a couple months later. I found a new place to go. Similar things have happened to other people I know who go there. They cancelled my fiancees prescription because they thought she had cancelled an appointment, but it was the clinic who cancelled the appointment. On another ocassion my fiancee was waiting to be seen and they actually forgot she was there... for over an hour. Their records are terrible, theyre poorly staffed, and they dont care about their patients.I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a clinic that actually makes an effort to take care of its patients.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would.......I made an apt of course it was 4 weeks out, office lady called and canceled the apt, no big deal. my new apt was of course 6 weeks out.. no problem.lady called 1 day before my apt and canceled.. i wouldnt recommend this place at all the dr had something planned. i need a dr that cares about patients. this place obviously has no care at all about anything i wasnt going to wait 6 weeks again! waste of time

DO NOT GO HERE.Absolutely awful service to start. The office and people working the phones are SO RUDE.They called to cancel my appointment (that was VERY important) 30 minutes before I was scheduled to go in because THEY didn’t put the order in for the shot I needed to get. Then the person talking to me actually laughed when I said I was frustrated at the fact they called me the day of the appointment to cancel.So rediculous how rude and disrepectful the staff is.

New dentist after my cherry street experience a year ago tells me theres no reason I should have been told your cavitys cannot be filled until the wisdom teeth are pulled bc it makes little sense... Which is what I thought then. Root canal today bc of my inexperienced dentists ignorance at cherry street and clear apathy, very uncomfortable compared to new dentist. ....go somewhere else if anything but a cleaning is needed.

Waited forever to speak with someone on the initial phone call so I started reading the reviews. Now I know why the reviews are so bad. No way a patient should be on the phone for so long without speaking to someone.

First time at clinic everyone from desk to Dr Macireddy very helpful! Always nervous about switching Drs but my Dr and everyone I dealt with were great!

The staff was thorough and polite.

The worst place you can go for care. they treat you like ur seeking drugs. it takes the office three days to call you back. you cant speak to a nurse you have to leave a mesage. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING MEDICAL!!!!

Horrible experience 1st time around, with 1st doctor and appointments. Which were 1-2 months out if that, due to understaffing. No better after switching providers. Wait forever to get in just for RX change or upgrade, or general checkip. Ridiculous. Thank goodness much better, closer providers around.

The docter had horrible bed side manner made me feel like I was a price ofmcrap cause I fell on hard times and am unemployed Nd had Medicaid. The therapist was nice Nd the nurse too but when I call I have trouble getting ahold of em I get answering machines. Which is annoying when I need to see my phychaitrist asap Nd therapist.

Dr. Waz and April have made me nothing less than comfortable since ive been going there (since July). They both listened to my every concern and question and answered them the best they could. I love how they both will joke around to lighten the mood. He always makes sure im in no pain. I just love them lol. I had a diff dental assistant once there and she NEVER wore gloves getting anything ready. Grossed me out. Front desk staff isnt too bad for the most part......except when you have to repeat your name 10 times because she isnt paying attention even though she kept asking for my name....that drove me pretty crazy. Front desk staff and the old lady who never wore gloves is why i deducted a star. Dr. Waz is a great dentist. Very lucky to have him.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE.I got there at 6 AM for the emergency service. Mind you, I was SECOND in line. Once the doors opened at 7AM I wasnt even seen until 10AM. I was taken back for x-rays and then brought BACK out into the waiting room for 2 more hours. Once they FINALLY got me back to see the dentist they find out I was on penicillin for an infection (which they would have known had they read my forms properly) and sent me home. Waste of 6 hours. They are rude, inconsiderate and completely unorganized. everyone there is just stupid. period. They didnt mention anything about fees when we talked over the phone, then wasted a drive all the way back to this idiotic place to find out that there is a $40 fee to get your xrays? needless to say, worst place ever for any type of medical/dental procedure. kids came out crying and people waited for hours just to be seen. horrible establishment.

Honestly worse experience ever, the nurses and secretarys here are rude, I was new to this place didnt know much and when I told them my situation the lady in the front desk gave me an attitude. Not to mention I wanted a member of my family to come so I ask a nurse if I could she automatically said are you serious, no, no ,no it was just one person. The worst nurse ever. I dont want to ever come back, if I could give it zero I would.

On 16 September 2016 at around 930am, a female Hispanic staff member in dentist office closed the window on me while I was asking her where the stairs were to get to 2nd floor. I looked around and everyone looked at me and couldnt believe she just did that. I guess you get treated like trash if you are not their departments patient.

They are so rude especially if ur not the same race as them and I am not i dont see race every ones the same but not to them
