Gerrilee did a great job trying to get my Oticon hearing aids to work it didn’t happen but she gave it her all. Very nice and professional lady.

Megan the audiologist worked me into her busy schedule on the same day I called to try to extract a piece of my hearing aid from the ear canal. The piece was pretty deep in the canal and she did not have the equipment needed for visualization and extraction at the same time. I appreciated her willingness to try. I then presented to the ER where they did have the equipment needed, and it was a difficult job, but eventually did it. I salute Megan for her valiant attempt and her education on how to prevent this from happening again. I look forward to to seeing her again under easier, more routine circumstances, and I thank her so much!

Great service. My mother moved to GR recently from out of state. She was due for a hearing check on her existing hearing aids. Appointment was booked within 2 weeks. Staff took great care of her, including appropriate protections against COVID. Thorough evaluation of hearing. Aids were working fine; they did not try to up-sell her to something new. Sold her maintenance supplies. Also kindly told her that the company (Oticon) will be discontinuing the existing batteries, and ordered an extra set of batteries so she wont have to buy new hearing aids when her batteries die. We know where well return for re-check and when she does need new hearing aids!
