I had hired the company because I wanted to get out of my bed once a week and have my linen changed. I have MS and in the bed 23/7. The person they sent did not properly put me in the harness and because my skin is tender it caused me to get bed sores. When I called to complain I was treated with disrespect. I called back to speak to owner and left a message and I have not received a return phone call and it has been over 2 weeks. They had no trouble sending a invoice. Very disappointed in service. Visiting Angles I think not

After several attempts to find a driver to get me to a scheduled 4 hour medical procedure and wait for me were not successful, I contacted Visiting Angels of West Michigan. They immediately set up a driver and coordinated all of the necessary details. Everything worked out perfectly. I was very impressed with the can-do attitude of the VA staff and their friendly and courteous manner. The are the stress-free solution, especially for Seniors.

VA was great to work with from the very first meeting which was exploratory to getting a caregiver scheduled and the caregiver herself. It was a very tough situation that was handled with compassion and professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking in home care for someone you love. They truly are Visiting Angels.

It has been almost a year now that we have had Visiting Angels assist in caring for our mother. It began with just a few hours a day, to 24/7 today. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful, caring team of caregivers helping to care for our mother. From everyone in the office to the caregivers taking care of our mother, words cannot express how grateful we are!!! Communication among the office, caregivers & family members is timely & top-notch. As both a caregiver and a family member I experienced Visiting Angels as an extremely valuable resource to provide assistance to my parents and to our family. We were able to keep our parents living together for a long period of time with their help and care. It is cost effective; the caregivers became part of our parents community and it provided much needed respite for the family. We are very appreciative of this agency. They were responsive to requests for help on every occasion.

The office staff are the most compassionate people I know. They are not only concerned about their clients physical, emotional, mental and even spiritual ( when needed) well being but also their staffs well being in the same ways. communication is great. their staff go above and beyond their caregiver rolls.

Visiting Angels was a total gift for me and my siblings in providing care for my mother during a major transition in her care and life. Trish and Laura were exceptional in providing us with information, options for mothers care plan, and gentle sensitivity as we navigated this chapter in mothers life. The care providers were efficient, always on time, responsive and extremely sensitive to both my mother and us. I could not recommend this organization, their staff, and ministry more highly!!

Visiting Angels was a wonderful help in keeping my mom in her own home where she wanted to be. We started out with help with bathing and eventually increased their presence as moms needs increased. The caregivers were her friends and lovingly cared for her needs. We found the home office to be very responsive to any concerns we had and helped us keep mom home until she went home to heaven at age 99. We are very grateful for all their help. We highly recommend them.

Everyone from care givers to office staff, exceeded our expectations. They try to staff with core group of individuals for each case for stability and peace of mind. They accomodated request for our favorite caregiver to come more often, which was SO APPRECIATED. A+ for integrity, kindness and compassion.

When my mother was sick and needed care, the owners of this company showed compassion not only to my mother but also to me. They are extremely helpful & knowledgeable about how to navigate the system to get things accomplished faster and easier than I could’ve done on my own. They are invaluable as I do my best to care for her from out of state. Trish and Heather are some of the most kind and caring individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Having their support has given me peace of mind in knowing that my mother is taken care.

For the last year, Visiting Angels have provided care for my mom 5 days a week. We have greatly appreciated the willingness to work with our schedule and find just the right people who can provide the care my mom needs with transfers and self care as well as household chores. Perhaps the best thing is the caregivers have become friends we trust to provide care for mom. This company deserves an A+ for the services provided.

The Visiting Angels staff and management provide excellent services and optimal flexibility for our disabled daughters home care needs. Occasionally we have had to make scheduling changes and the staff has always worked hard to accommodate our needs. And the caregivers are friendly, caring, and loving professionals who treat our daughter with respect and compassion. We cant imagine calling on anyone else.

I cannot say enough good about Visiting Angels! They have brightened the life of our mother throughout her changes from an independent apartment to assisted living to the memory care unit, The VAs have adapted their visits to what our mother needs and is able to do--trips to the store, reading, walking outside, companionship--as both her environment and abilities have changed. Those in the office are empathetic, efficient and attentive with scheduling and requests.

So thankful for Visiting Angels! We have had excellent care from our angels several times in providing care and support for my mom, most recently including overnight stays. We have always had kind compassionate and attentive care, good communication and responsive management. I appreciate the effort that goes into assigning each client with caregivers who will be the best match for their needs, and also the care that goes into hiring great people.

I believe they are the areas leading home care companies. Wonderful and compassionate care was given to my Grandpa and Grandma until they graduated to heaven. The ladies of Visiting Angels became part of the family and treated us like that also. Highly recommend!

I worked for them for five years. Great place to work I miss it very much. Only left because needed more hours and became a cna for more $. They care about their clients and their workers. Never had any issues with them. ❤ miss you all

The caregivers at visiting Angels are amazingly compassionate. They helped cook, clean, helped with self care, and would suit and just be a companion. The office staff is awesome as well and super helpful!

My father in law received VA help when he was 100 years old and wanted to stay in his home. He loved it when the workers came because they were interested in all his stories and pictures of his life!
