First visit, very pleasant staff. Thorough with explanation of services needed with pricing and insurance information provided prior to completion of services. Glad I changed from prior dentist. Myself and 2 children seen with cavity fillings, in and out in 2 hours. So far so good.

My experience was great! The customer service was spot on and the dental hygienist Kim was very gentle and precise with my deep cleaning. The office manager Marquita explained everything that needed to be done perfectly. My husband and I will definitely be back!

I had a Dental Procedure done yesterday and let me say that Destiny Rocks..... She was extremely patient with me during the procedure. I do not like pain (LOL) and she made sure I was extremely comfortable. Everyone in this office has a great attitude and awesome spirit. I do recommend them. #mydentalofficeisbetterthanyours.......

Since October we decided go get treatment else wear for lack of customer service. Been speaking with manager Makita regarding a refund on over payment till today they dont answer phones and called with diferent phone and put me in hold untill finally i hang up. See attached phone i cal also show how many times i called with no responce.... very unprofecional extreamly disapointed i can not get anyone responsible to assist or guide me to whom i need to speak to that will help. Not answering is no the way to help. She never called back to excuse her self because she has been busy.... I have been waiting patienly since October.

Lynn Creek is always very professional and the dental hygienist and dentist took very good care of me today for my teeth cleaning, X-rays etc.With the pandemic you feel comfortable at Lynn Creek as they have all necessary safety precautions in place to protect their clients and themselves.

Id been a patient here for years, but this most recent experience was pretty awful.The front office needs to be more conscious of their patients time and check patient records to ensure proper treatment is scheduled and nobodys time is wasted. From arrival to the time I left was 1.5 hours and all that was done was xrays and a short exam.Then they decide to send a letter after I told them I wouldnt be returning. Cute.P.S. The doctor and hygienist are wonderful!

I rarely write a review but the service and staff at Lynn Creek Dental are simply exceptional. I was seen same day for severe tooth pain. I was quickly evaluated and a root canal was scheduled for the next day. The staff is delightful and the adherence to CoVid policies was exceptional. I would highly reccomend.

This is the second time I have billing issues! Whoever does claims does not know what they are doing, Ive never had such an unprofessional experience in a medical field..I would recommend any other dentist to avoid the headache.

I gave this one star because they never answer the phone and don’t call back! I was supposed to have an appt today that I made a week ago and never heard from them ! Guess I dodged a bullet right !

Unfortunately, I chose this dental company because it was near my house. The Dr appear to have good reviews as well as hygienist. However, the office manager (needs a change). First off you have to spend 15 mins on filling out paperwork (we are in 2020 everyone has paperwork filled out online). Then I refuse to sign electronic transmission because of my profession. She tells me because I dont authorize consent for my son information to be plastered out ($40) Now I dont consent for you to put my son information on FB or google of course I expected the insurance company to get his Xrays etc. I have never had to sign anything of this sort. I think this is a money scam...… I feel bad for this DR and hygienist. I hope the Dr will be able to find another office manager for his business.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and they made it an incredible experience. They knew how to work around my anxiety, and kept me calm every step of the way. The whole staff is incredibly sweet. They even gave me earphones so that I could relax with my own music during the procedure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great professional dental services.

Very friendly staff!! Beautiful office. I always have great cleanings from this office, however, my other work has been poor. I went in 3 years ago to get fillings placed on my back teeth. Those same fillings have been replaced every year since then. On 2 occasions, I had to go back in within 2 weeks of getting it done. I take great care of my teeth and dont have any poor habits that would cause the fillings to continuously crack. I truly feel as if it is a con to keep me coming in to take my money. I have decided to switch to a new dentist, which is unfortunate because I did like this office.

The team at Lynn Creek Dental is the best. I dont ever remember actually laughing and being at ease while being at a dental appointment.From the minute you walk in the door, they are professional, great customer service and went out of their way to make me comfortable!Ralph and Stacy were especially helpful and the dentist is very good at what he does and patient and nice to the patients.Having a TV is the perfect diversion for me while Im at the dentist. Immediately when you walk In you feel at home & at ease here. Not only is the decor pretty, soft & comfortable...but most importantly the staff is so polite & welcoming. The dental hygienist who took my exrays & polished my teeth treated me with respect, was professional and very kind. She did a wonderful job! The dentist was great as well, he even had a sense of humor...which I reallyEnjoy! I have to go back next week for some work, however now i am not even dreading it like I always have in the past with other clinics.Feel good about your decision to call them and set an appointment. They put all the other clinics that I have been too, to shame and I must say that is refreshing these days!

Absolutely the best Dental staff in the DFW. Doctor George set the pace with providing a great attitude and working environment. He explains all procedure in a language you can understand and that puts me at ease. After everything is complete, he follows up with you to make sure he answers any other question you might have. The support staff is excellent as well. They make me feel like family.

I love the new dentist and new staff better than the last dentist who was not concerned in what the patient wanted but more of what he wanted which I know because he knows best as the dentist but never took into consideration as to what the patient can afford and only stood by that and never discussed any other alternatives.My only complaint and most important is they do not answer their phones it ALWAYS GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL AND THEY DO NOT RETURN THEIR CALLS AT ALL!

3:00pm appointment for wife. 4:25 and still hasnt been seen. Dont do it if time means anything to you. The appointment time means nothing to them.Wife left after they tried to do everything they could charge extra for but clean teeth. Office manager is a rude smart ass. Reported to insurance as a bait and switch.Lots of other choices in Grand Prairie dont waste your time or money. Just go anywhere else or you will regret it.

I switched to Lynn Creek this week and was extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and efficiency. No wait time my appointment was scheduled accurately.Came back next day, an hour earlier by accident and they took me anyway!!! In and out in less than 30 min for my filling on tooth #15!Very happy with my new Dental Team!

The new staff , the receptionist, the hygienists, the doctor that performed my root canal were great!Ive been going to dentist ALL my life , braces and all.I wish my parents would have found them.But now that I have my own children we will always go to Lynn Creek.

I took my son to Lynn Creek Dental. He did not have any insurance, so I was concerned with the out of pocket expense. As a result, his exams were free, and i was able to setup a monthly payment plan to complete the payments. That was awesome.

A caring and painless experience!

From the first time I spoke with them on the phone, to when I left the office, the staff was excellent and made sure I was taken care of. I felt completely comfortable during my entire visit and knew I was in good hands. I hated going to the dentist when I was younger, I always felt like I was in trouble or not taking care of my teeth properly; At Lynn Creek, I had no anxiety what so ever. They also offer payment plans which is very helpful on tight budgets.

SCAM! Stay away from this place! The staff is nice and my hygienist was great, but the billing practices are shady at best. Before scheduling, I called to verify that they were in-network with my insurance (in those words.) I was told yes, that they accept my insurance. After my initial exam, I was told I needed a deep clean and that my out of pocket portion would be 550 (which they checked on their computer) and had me pay in full at the time of the procedure. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for double that! Called my insurance, they said they only covered $200 of a $1200 bill because they were out of network. When I called to speak to the office manager (who was very rude,) she told me too bad, I signed my name so I have to pay within 10 days. Maybe they made a mistake right? Wrong, I had a friend call and ask the same question I did, and was told the same lie. I cant blame the staff since they are just doing their job, but the owners should be ashamed. Fool me once, shame on you, but next time Im taking my business elsewhere.

My little girl loved her visit. Dr Cho had her laughing in the chair. Tonya at the front was super nice like always. She loves coming to get her teeth cleaned!

Wonderful staff. Extremely friendly and tries to work around your schedule. Never gave off that judgemental feeling that some dentist places do especially when you havent been in around 3 years. Not that I would ever do anything like that...

I took my 7 year old for check up. A dr named George didn’t even bother to check the x-ray and was not helpful at all. He didn’t explain or try to understand why we were there. Worst experience.

This office is operated by DFW Family Dentistry. They have an aggressive strategy for billing patients and would rather lose 2 patients rather than not charge a $25 fee for rescheduling an appointment. They are more concerned about making money than keeping patients long term. I will be seeking a new dentist with better customer service immediately!

I had a cracked filling and was in pain with no appts were available at my old dentist. I called Lynn Creek and they were able to get me in the same day! The office and staff are lovely. A great experience in every way. Lynn Creek will now be my regular dentist stop.

The Dentist office is so relaxing and updated with the modern technology equipment that made me feel very comfortable. Ive met with Dr. Scott Leune and he was so gental and kind when talking and examining my mouth. Overall my first visit was such a terrific experience that I have recommended my friends to try it out.

Unfortunately, this place went to crap after the original staff from 2011-2013~ left. Very crappy staff. Fortunately, I have found another dentist at a different location. Shes the best dentist in the world :-)

This is Cutis Snyder and my wife and I recently visited Lynn Creek Dental Care and we immediatley felt right at home. Very relaxing place with excellent staff and dentists. Warm neck pillow to relax while you wait for the dentist and gourmet coffee. We absolutely will recommend this place to all our friends.

They were very professional and quick. I expected to wait for a long time because of other dentist experiences, but was in and out with great service.

Unacceptable billing practices. I was called and texted multiple times to confirm my appointment and each time I did. When I arrived for my appointment they told me my insurance had not been verified. I was given the option to reschedule or pay out of pocket and get reimbursed after my insurance was verified. Since I was already there and had taken the time off work I decided to pay out of pocket and was assured that a reimbursement would take 2-4 weeks. 6 MONTHS later I AM STILL WAITING for my reimbursement. My insurance has already paid and so have I. At this point, they have been paid twice for one procedure.

What a terrible experience. DONT REFER ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY!!! Unfortunately inside this office, they told my wife she needed deep cleaning and didn’t care to mention it wouldn’t be covered under our insurance. Next, they never reached out to us about an outstanding bill that our insurance didn’t cover, collection called. I tried to talk to their billing department to get a better understanding and talked to the most unprofessional representative named Deshuana. I tried to keep my cool and she responded defensive as if she was the one who had debt collection call her. This continued on multiple occasion.

I love the fact that they offer so many incentives for using there dental facility. I also enjoy the fact that i can have dental work done and set up a payment plan and pay off the bill in a couple of months

I love this office and regret not becoming a patient sooner.

Lynn Creek dental has lost me and my family as a patient. Waiting too long. I was called and texted multiple times to confirm my appointment after a year stopped with them yesterday my husband arrived for his appointment they told him he needs deep cleaning and give medical treatment for bleeding that cost over $174.00 his own money, he refused to do all those things than the another offer is given $54 for normal cleaning with his insurance coverage. When he just got his tooth done at Smiles and Dental implants at Carrier PRWY 4 months ago. I want to tell you people they dont check your insurance and tell you the information until you showed up. Customer service is poorly and horrible. Now my family is choosing Jefferson Dental Care.Dont try this place.

Lynn Creek dental has lost me as a patient. I was in tons of pain after a basic cleaning. If you are looking for a new dentist please keep looking, you will regret choosing Lynn Creek. Their turnover rate for a dentist and management is horrible and now I know why.

Excellent service, Nice Facility and Friendly Staff

This dentist office is horrible with customer service. My husband was uninsured and it took me an actual week to get a hold of the staff to get a straight answer about his treatment. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. It is also difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I complained to the management company of the dentist office in writing and I have yet to hear from anyone about my issues. I think this office is blatantly discriminating against uninsured dental patients.

I came here because a previous dentist I went too really was horrible I mean horrible, but these guys took care of me, I never had such a good dental experience before, until I came here, the staff from the front desk lady all the way up to the dentist were just friendly and professional just all around good customer service, I love these guys definitely making it my dental home!

The front office staff is always nice and friendly. Rene and Wendy were extra cordial and helpful today preparing me for my appointments. Kim is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She takes her time and makes each patient feel comfortable. I went to sleep! Dr. An and Maria are fantastic! Dr. An truly cares and goes the extra mile to ensure his patients feel as little pain as possible. I’m very pleased with this team and highly recommend them.
