Dr. KIMBERLY PARSON, DDS and her staff were amazing. I had never heard of Revive Family Dentistry before. My wife had recently went there and told me that they were great. I am proud to say she was wrong., They were awesome. The level of professionalism I received with a combination of courtesy, kindness and customer service. Proves that there are still companies that are in it for more then just the money. They went above and beyond in patient care. My wife moved our family over to this dentist after being dissatisfied with the previous ones skills with fillings. She and the rest of us have been very pleased with this office. The dentist explains everything she does in detail, and has found some issues that photos, and my follow-up research, show clearly needed attention. Dr Kimberly and her team are the best! I went in as a new patient. I had a major accident when I was 11 that cracked my two front teeth that had to be re-done. Dr Kimberly and her dental assistant exceeded my expectations. The whole staff is friendly and treat you like family! Also Dr Kimberly as such a gentle touch when you have to get the BIG STICK! I was unable to chew food on either side of my mouth due to needed root canal extractions, Infections and a incomplete implant. I had to puree my food. I was in a great deal of pain and feeling hopeless regarding any dental progress.During my first visit with Dr Parson, she sat down and listened to me with genuine concern. Her Angelic approach was comforting and reassuring. She spent copious time with me reviewing and explaining the the x-rays. Then she put together a detailed plan to restore my teeth and over all oral health. First things first she gave me a prescriptions to clear the infection.During the second visit, Dr. Parsons extracted the root canal minus any trauma; just kindness and gentle care. I received a follow up call from Dr Parsons directly, checking on my progress. She genuinely valued me as a customer; She takes pride in her skill.Today was my forth visit and I’m well on my way to overall great oral health. I’m eating solid food again and smiling with confidence.Dr Parsons Office is a new build and state of the art facility. What a peaceful and professional encounter. The dentist is my worst nightmare but this experience was a dream! The staff is professional, outpouring and the exam room and restroom is very clean. Wow, what an amazing experience I had on today at Revive Family Dentistry. For starters I was greeted by Jay and might I say she was very welcoming and friendly. The dental assistant Ronique was also friendly and professional as she prepared me for Dr. Parson to come in for my exam. I came in for my 6 month cleaning and Dr. Parson did an amazing job. She was very thorough in explaining everything to me and made me feel very comfortable in the chair. Let me start by saying...I have PTSD from dentistry in the past. 4 stars is a big deal for me. I had to have a crown replaced. Renee up front has been super nice and prepared. She helped me actually find what carrier I have. I was a bit late to my appt, see aforementioned trauma, they were gracious. The dentist was really calming and knew what she was doing. Her assistant is super nice. I think she is a bit new but haven’t we all been new at some point. Even in my fear I stayed patient and calm so she wouldn’t get flustered while she struggled a bit. I really love that the owner/dentist’s family is local to Mansfield/Grand Prairie. I like to support local business!

OMG where do I start! I had such an amazing experience at this dentist office. It started from the initial phone call the voice on the line was pleasant and very professional. I was experiencing tooth pain and Glory to God they had a cancellation and was able to get me in same day! I get to the office and it was very nice and clean. They followed all Covid guidelines checked my temp at the door. The Hygentist and the dentist was so nice and compassionate. Made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend everyone to try this practice. Im so happy to say I have finally found a dentist that doesnt feel like Im going to a drive thru.

Okay so i’m sitting in the parking lot writing my review, I wanna start with the receptionist in the front. that is your first point of contact as a customer and i must say she is very friendly, professional & very patient! then there’s ro ro & she was just as professional and patient! although i couldn’t see faces because of masks, i could def sense a smile my entire visit! and last but not least dr.parson, so detailed about everything that was going on with my teeth. I’m no dentist but afterwards she def explained in civilian terms what was going on and the best possible treatment! an understanding dentist that listens and takes everything into consideration is what i’ve desired from a dentist and Revive Family Dentistry met those needs! i must also mention it was my daughter’s first ever dentist appointment at 11 months and she did AWESOME! i was shocked! my baby gravitated towards the staff and that lets me know i chose the right place!!
